I contacted this company because of the no out of pocket expense and was skeptical. I was however approved for a loan. They just came out this week and installed the panels, inverter box, and whatever else needed to be done. They wrapped my water heater, put insulation in my crawl space, and gave me led bulbs! They would have given me a nest thermostat, but I already had one. The crew was very polite, came early, worked late, and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. They were very professional! I can't wait to start saving money. I highly recommend this company.

So far so bad. No communication. Paying on a loan for something I don’t have.
we were prepared to move forward with your installation on Sept. 4, but at your request, we held off and are redesigning your system and making every effort to get that done.
Was told onSept 4 that they couldn’t do the design they had drawn up. #1 the panels could not go where they the drawing showed #2they didn’t have the proper tools to do a metal roof the design was for a shingle roof. #3 they never got a design change for the job. They left,I called the company emeditaly and they said”we never got any notice of a design change.”pictures were taken months before but never changed. They did know. No one wants to take responsibility for the blunder!!! We’re still going round and round with them. Thank you for listening. No one else will

The system they installed the nest themostat it shut off we have no air the moment. We have to call a Pro to get the problem fixed. We just got the system installed today so far its not looking good for Nest! They should send the guys back who installed it instead they want us to pay a HVAC tech for a product they installed and we never had problems with the air before. Polar solar homes use regular themostats in your install instead of nest for now on!

The crew was amazing! Everything was done efficiently and they cleaned up after they were done and I would never had known they were there. Power Home Solar kept me informed throughout the whole process and the schedule was kept the whole time. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The installation went well and the crew was respectful. However, they broke the windshield on one of our cars and dented the hood of another without telling me anything had happened. It is obvious some things fell off the roof and hit the cars. We found the damage the next morning. I have contacted their Customer Service and hope for some resolution from them.
