PR Media Solutions LLC IS A SCAM!
I did not receive any updates on my booksales, no updates whether or not I am entitled to receive any royalties and the worst thing is I am having a hard time trying to get a hold of someone to address my concerns. It seems that Jacob are no longer interested in dealing with me after they found out that they can no longer squeeze money out from me. No one is responding to my email no one is answering my calls and the worst thing is they have provided me an "author website" which does not look like one, they don't even know how to spell my name. This is terrible and I am so embarrassed. Totally stressful and humiliating. I want my money back! I want it back!

Company is not fulfilling the terms of my signed contract to republish and market my book, Cancer Fight.
I signed a contract with said company on September 20, 2019 to re-publish and market my self-published book entitled, Cancer Fight: My Wife's Faithful, Fearless Battle Against Breast Cancer.

At the time that I signed the contract, the company was known as Carter Press and located in New Jersey. After I signed the contract, the company became PR Media Solutions and relocated to Florida. I don't know whether the name change resulted from a change in ownership or a restructuring and rebranding of the company.

My initial contact with the company was with Jeff M. I was informed in late 2019 that Jeff M. had taken a leave of absence and my account would be handled by Brian M.

I paid the company money to do the following: re-publish my book; create a national/international marketing campaign for my book to increase on-line and bookstore sales; get my book into bookstores, such as Barnes and Noble; market my book to attract a literary agent and major publishing company; obtain a professional review of the book for marketing purposes and the inclusion of a blurb from the reputable and recognized reviewer on the book cover re-design; update the author's bio for inclusion in the book cover re-design.

I paid for the above services in three installments.

On 8/19/19, I paid $699 to Carter Press.
On 10/3/19, I paid $450 to PR Media Solutions.
On 11/12/19, I paid $450 to PR Media Solutions.

These financial transactions were completed on the phone, by me authorizing the specific withdrawal amounts via my debit card from my Bank.

I'm now in a position where the company will not return my phone calls, email, and Facebook chat appeals.

To date, the company has provided me with a book cover design, but has failed to make good on its commitment to actually re-publish and market my book, and to fulfill the other terms of the contract.

The book cover re-design is nothing more than a rearrangement of photographs that were part of the original book cover. Cancer Fight was published in 2017 by Xlibris press.

This process has dragged on for much too long without satisfactory progress or timely updates on the project's status.

In the last three weeks I've made numerous attempts to contact the company without success.

Since I made my first payment in August of 2019, I have turned down offers by other companies to market my book, with the understanding that I had a signed agreement to achieve the goals stated above.

I no longer have faith that the company will fulfill the terms of my contract and verbal assurances.

I would like to terminate my relationship with this company and receive a full refund.
