Motor Vehicle Assurance is a under writer for all vehicles makes and modelsWe provide the extension to consumers when the original manufacture warranty expiresAfter the contract is sold, if a customer wants to cancel they call into customer serviceAt this time, a rep would explain the cancellation policyThe rep did not refuse to cancel the account, they explained you have to send in documentation to close the account firstAccounts are sensitive because they are assigned to your vehicles vin numberIf you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact a customer service representative at your earliest convenience.?

Revdex.com account as our office is growing and expanding After reviewing all the details to this case I gathered all dates and phone calls from your accountWhat I have is the date of the sale as 1/11, 1/speaking with *** who answered all questions pertaining to when you will be reviewing the policy, the date you received the policy 1/23, two calls from 1/that were both dropped, and another call from 1/when you tried to cancel In regards to the calls being dropped 1/26, that was something that we could not control, as they were working on our phone lines since the expansionAs for the call on 1/27, you spoke to three different repsAfter listening to the calls, I am deeply sorry for the way one of the customer services reps handled the callTherefore, we record all customer services calls so we can use them for training purposes and disciplinary actionsThis is no way I want my company ran, and I apologize for the quality of the call The contract was cancelled 2/and the refund was processed 3/All customers are entitled to days to review the policy in which you were still within that trialOur customer services reps tried to do their job in earning your business, but in an aggressive manner that is against our company ethicsThese reps will all be re-trained in how to handle calls better I apologize again for any stress this has causedThe money was refunded on March If there is anything else I could do please reach out Joshua P*** General Manager Motor Vehicle Assurance***

The policy was sold 5/17/and the cancel date in the system is 6/8/This falls within the day period which awards you a full refundThe down deposit of $will be refunded within 2-weeks.

*** *** I understand your frustration regarding this matterIt be an annoyance to receive a lot of phone calls and mailers for a service you do not wantI would like reiterate that we do not by any means send out threatening solicitation mailers to potential consumersThis is not a practice we believe inI was a bit concerned regarding the information you posted here about the mailer you received so I decided to further investigateI have found that a company with a similar name to ours, that offers the same services are behind these mailers you are receiving, along with thousands of other potential consumersI recently spoke with a man who received the same mailer, thinking it was coming from our office and the mailer has the same name of '*** ***' with an identical 'customer id'We realized that these mailers are being sent from a company called ' Vehicle Assurance' (hence the similarity in names, we are Motor Vehicle Assurance in New Jersey) located out of MissouriThe phone number located on this mailer should be *** *** *** Again, this is not a contact number for us, this phone number belongs to Vehicle AssuranceI hope to have been some help in this matter determining the right company sending solicitation mailers and calling youRest assured, your information has never been in our database and you will not receive a call from usIf you do need any additional help with this matter, do not hesitate to call support at *** *** *** and ask for a member of managementHave a great day!

As stated in the contract (policy booklet) the cancellation process states in order to cancel and receive a full refund you must write a written cancel letter to us, Nationwide Vehicle Assurance and the administrator, SunPath within days of when the booklet was delivered to the addressThe day period has expiredThere is no refund due at this time.
