Review: I took my truck there to get the a/c problem diagnosed the lady on the phone said a/c diagnoses are free and then the mechanic will call you to go over the findings. They called and told me what was wrong with it, I told them I could not afford 1,200 right now and I will be there in a bit to pick it up. Then the receptionist called me and told me the truck was ready and that my bill is $94.10 I said "what for?" She said that "it took him over an hour to diagnose the problem." I said "why would you not call me during the diagnoses to tell me that it will take more time to figure out what was wrong and that there would be a charge?" The lady then said I'm sorry you were not informed let me talk to the mechanic and I'll call you back. She never called me back so I went to pick up my vehicle. She then explained to me again about how it took over an hour. I told her "next time someone calls for an estimate inform them there could be a charge if it goes over a certain time limit."

I unwillingly Paid the $94.10 and got my truck.

They also have a bill bord that says buy one get one free oil change that is no longer honored by them. A friend of mine went there for her oil change just for that incentive 2 weeks ago. they told her "oh that's an old offer we just have not taken it down yet not informing her when she first dropped off her truck that it was old. Today when I was there the bill board still says buy one get one free oil change. This business does not inform their customers of any charges they will get or any credits they won't get.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because they falsely informed me that the diagnosis would be free. And did not inform me that there could be a charge if it takes an hour. No phone call nothing. I was just slapped with a $94.10 bill.

We received a complaint letter from you regarding a labor charge to a customer named [redacted]. I visited with my Service Advisor about it and he told me she was not supposed to get charged. He failed to call for authorization so it was our fault. Our customer service rep had only been on the job for about two weeks when this occurred and she didn’t know how to handle it. [redacted] was out to lunch or at least someplace where she couldn’t find him to ask. We have written a letter of apology to [redacted] along with a check for $94.10 and a coupon for a free oil change. It never should have come to this point but it somehow never got brought to my attention until I got the letter from you. Sorry for all the trouble for such a simple misunderstanding on our part.
