have spoken with our install crew we are backed up due to the rainy season with the ground very wet and not able to get our machines out there to get the job done we had to put a halt to our future installs; When we have began this process there is not time table when we can start the service ;but now that weather is drying up and getting more stable; we are getting to each install as fast as we can; We also want to make sure we are providing top quality work

First time we went out to the property to install her Christmas lights in November she asked my install guys to leave her property cause we were trespassing, knowing that it was scheduled to be doneWe left the property and called Mrs*** to go back out there on November 14thMrs***
called in on December 6th stating that the timer was not working and some bulbs were outPrecision sent a service tech out and replaced the bulbs and timer at no charge which was not under warrantyTalking to customer service in the office we never got any other calls from herWe went out to remove her Christmas lights on February 4th and again got removed from her property stating we are trespassingMrs*** needs to call in to make an appointment to get her lights removed at this time

I will get into contact with the accounting department and see how far this has progressed;

I don't know where the miss communication happened in the office, but I do apologize for that. We have been mulching her property since and service were never cancelled by Mrs***. I am very happy to refund her account $for the mulch, but Mrs*** has not paid for
any of the other services that we provided for her. Balance due $235.00, credit of $total amount due of $171.00. Again I will credit the mulch, but I need remaining balance paid before the credit goes through.*** ***

I personally called Mrs*** within minutes of receiving the complaint. This challenge stems from the obligations that Precision Irrigation didn't fulfill and with the onboarding of their customers and Pro Irrigation is cleaning up the mess. This customer received an invoice
(that has since been zeroed out) for a backflow test that was performed as it was rejected from STL County due to fraud on Precision Irrigations submittal. The customer was asked to provide evidence that they had already paid for an annual package, of which they did promptly, and this invoice was zeroed out as well as Pro Irrigation is honoring their pre paid winterization yet to be performed. This complaint should really be on Precision's accounts it was complications stemming from their inability to honor the service they were paid for and Pro Irrigation is just working to correct their problems. Furthermore Pro Irrigation was provided no contact info to notify the customer of any problems but just took the high road to test the device so that the customer wouldn't have an interruption of water service or receive a finePlease contact me for any further info! I personally spoke to this lady and tried to explain that this is an older system and that problems occur as systems ageshe was given the services that were paid for and as for the backflow preventer dumping, this is what they are meant to do
if a sprinkler head gets dirt into it while retracting it will do what we refer to as dumpingthis prevents the dirt from getting into other system parts and causing damageoften this just needs to be flushed and it will seal back upThis is a common occurrence when re-opening a system in the springtimeThis customer kept telling me how we installed this system improperly almost years before she bought this house, this system has had very few problems but after years they age and do tend to have more issueswe have tried to satisfy her but she wants us to everything for free, this is not how we operate, this is a billable call and we cannot fix it for free backflow repair can range from a simple flush of the system at $service call to $for a replacementI feel like this is a bogus claim because we would not go out there for free and fix something that she doesn't understand is a part that does require maintenance

I am rejecting this response because: I never told them when they came to install the lights to leave. I did however tell them to leave when they came out on the February 1st to leave. Reason being that no one has ever contacted me concerning the lights shorting out and not working. I'm asking for a refund

I have changed my mind. Instead of completing the work, I would like a refund - $1000.

The reason that we have not been out to do the install was because the ground was very wet through the floods; all appointments have been pushed back and delayed; we are now scheduling those installs but the refund has been issued.
