Ballwin, MO 63021                         Mr. [redacted] contacted me to get a service call done and needed right away, I provided him with that service. He is correct about the nozzle not being the same; he had a different kind of nozzle that we do not care on the service vans. He contacted me after receiving the bill about the pressure reducing valve cost. The cost of the pressure reducing valve has not change in five years. We are not a [redacted]; we not order hundreds and thousands of these to get a better price. Mr. [redacted] should have bought the reducing valve from [redacted] then. Sum it up the correct nozzle was changed and the reduce valve cost has never changed in five years. You can’t compare us to [redacted] parts pricing.         Thanks [redacted]

1:50 p.m.- 4:30 p.m.. Then 7 working days later the install crew that installs all of the irrigation components was there on 5/14 from 11:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and on 5/15 from 8:00 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. and completed the job. I don't know where the customer is saying it take a month. We have never in company history delayed and jobs that long ever.The customer called us because we accidentally sent him a bill for his shut down in which it should of be at no charge, which I took care of it, but then seen he still had a balance on his new install job of 10% that he never payed So I question him about it and said he wasn't going to pay it cause it take a month to install the system.Never heard from him thru out the year until he needed some thing from us, and now he wants a discount.This is just another case where the customer wants some thing for free. Precision Irrigation install a great quality system but does not want to pay for it. Precision Irrigation has done nothing wrong, I request that this case be dismissed with no marks on our record

Precision Irrigation installed underground sprinkler system on or about 9/30/2013. As always we seed all disturbed areas. Mr. [redacted] has a mixture of Bermuda grass and fescue grass through out his yard. Our company put down fescue grass seed...

after the system was installed. Mr. [redacted] called to let us know about the fescue seed in the yard, we ordered some Bermuda sod for him and placed it throughout the yard at no cost to him. Mr. [redacted] wanted more Bermuda sod, so we ordered more sod for him again at no cost to him. The day before the appointment was set for he called and cancelled, causing us to have to throw this sod away. Five months later, Mr. [redacted] called again, in January of 2015 about the fescue seed. we went back out there twice during February and March, and sprayed the fescue to help the Bermuda to take over. Again we did not hear from him until July 2015, with this complaint to the Revdex.com. Precision Irrigation went above and beyond to help Mr. [redacted] and make him happy. The Bermuda grass needs time to take over, Mr. [redacted] knows this information. Precision Irrigation also told Mr. [redacted] that because he already has Bermuda & Fescue mix that we could give him a price to change it over to one kind of grass, he chose not to do that. We feel that our company did everything we could to take care of this matter and therefore, I must ask that this case be dismissed at this time.

Mr. [redacted] had an appointment for a service call on 6/21 for irrigation repairs. I don’t know where Mr. [redacted] came up with dollar amount of $350.00. We replaced 8 rotor sprinkler heads that are $46.08 each, that adds up to $368.64, plus his brass ball valve was cracked and had to be replaced, which...

has to be cut out and copper work done, and need to add in labor for all of this. There is no way he got an estimate for $350.00. I talked to Mr. [redacted] on the phone and explained this to him and asked if the tech wrote anything down , he said no. Mr. [redacted] was begging me to help him out in any way possible. I told him I could take off an hour labor of $94.00, but not parts.         Thanks [redacted]

In response to this claim our company would like to have happy customers at all times. We are now aware of this issue and will have these items credited to Ms. [redacted]'s account as of today...

June 8, 2015. I will attach a copy of the customer's credit as further notification and would like to send our deepest regrets that this has happened to her. Our company is willing and ready to make this right.

The start-up was completed on may 24 th in the AM with our senior tech;  everything has been completed; We did not charge for labor but we do have to charge for the parts that were used in starting the system;

I am rejecting this response because: they have failed to address the root cause of my concern. They have not completed the work to my satisfaction, failed to conduct a final walk through, and billed a credit card without authorization. I have yet to see a final bill, Leon waiver or final fixes to my install.

I am rejecting this response because:          This is an unsatisfactory response from Precision Irrigation. My submitted complaint was a very detailed in stating events throughout this process. The occurrences as written in my complaint confirm unethical business practices by Precision Irrigation. I would please ask the men and women of the Revdex.com to review my complaint and efforts from us can stop "Shady" business. My desire is to have this resolved as soon as possible. I want Precision Irrigation to do one thing correct and honor their quote.

There has been a refund of $1000 for the down payment of the irrigation system made to Mr Mayer.  There was a huge problem with the computer system we have when issuing the refund.  We have also had numerous phone issues as well.  my apologies for this.

As our company policy states, we usually do not return pre-paid package purchases.  However, we did comply with Mr. [redacted] request since he was moving from the residence.  We did process a refund of $229.00 on March 31, 2017 as promised to Mr. [redacted].We feel as if we complied with the...

Precision has contacted me following this complaint and has honored my request for a refund of $426.24. I received the check on July 18.

We send out certified technicians to perform the start up on the sprinkler systems, after the startup has been performed the backflow paperwork gets routed by zip code at the office so the license backflow tester can perform the test and tag the backflow preventer.  It must be a license tester...

to do this.  All Missouri backflow device must be test annually, thre are some cities that try to set a certain date to be turned in, but Mssouri laws states as long as it's in the calendar year.  We try to get them done as fast as we can. [redacted].

With the weather being as wet we can not safely bring our machines onto the yards of the homeowners with out destroying the yard;  With the weather clear up and the yards drying out we can get to having a set...

schedule so we are working to resolve this issue and should have the matter taken care of in the next few week.

I am rejecting this response because:What the business response is what is supposed to happen.  Unfortunately for the past 4 or 5 years this has not been the performance of Precision Irrigation. Each year I have received a letter from the St. Peters Water Department stating  I have been in violation because they have not received neither the test report or the required fee which I had paid to Precision Irrigation. After numerous phone calls it usually comes to light Precision Irrigation has sent the information to the wrong water company--City of St. Charles and the problem gets resolved.  This year 2016 it did not get resolved until the St Peters Water Dept treatened to shut off my water.
There is absolutely no excuse for this to happen every year.   Precision Irrigation needs to fix there system/records to ensure the required testing is handled correctly.
