The owner of my building hired Precision Plumbing, located at [redacted] and the plumber who did the improper piping was Tito, this is according to [redacted]. Therefore, this plumber put everyone in the building at risk and [redacted] had to shut off the main valve. I was told by [redacted] in order for the Gas to be turned on, the Plumber would have to summit a work order form and then [redacted] would go out to the building and check on the work performed by this so call plumber by the name of Tito. When I called [redacted] they had no technician going out to my building. Now this Tito, is coming back to the building to correct the problem, but the problem is, that I called [redacted] and they have no schedule appointment for my building. In order for the Gas to be turned back on [redacted] has to be on sight to turn it back on from the main valve. God know what, this Tito person will do. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, OR TITO, IT WOULD BE A MISTAKE AND POSSIBLY VERY DEADLY. IF ANYONE KNOWS WHO OWNS THIS COMPANY, I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TO SPEAK WITH THEM AND NOT TITO. I know my review is all over the place but remember if you hear an explosion, it is my building in [redacted] and look into Precision Plumbing and the so call plumber by the name of Tito. God help us all.

Review: I initially hired Precision Plumbing Services, Inc located at [redacted], Telephone # ###-###-####. I hired them to convert my heating system from oil to gas. From the beginning I dealt with [redacted] from Precision, who left the country immediate proceeding the possession of my deposit for the job.

I discussed with him the scope of work to be done and he briefly wrote notes of this on a notepad and soon after requested I give him a deposit. Before physically giving him the deposit check, we agreed that he will not deposit the check until their company send an official contract detailing the terms discussed. He promised to send the check by noon the following day, before his departure, and agreed for both parties to sign it as well. When I called him that morning, he said his office will send it to me. The office did not send the contract until a week after his departure. Moreover, the scope of work discussed and agreed upon orally were not mentioned in the contract as well.

After his company cashed the check, I was contacted by [redacted], who also works in the same company, he affirmed he would send a "scrap-guy" over to my house to remove the old boiler and radiators. On the first day the scrap guy arrived,

he and his helper started to break the old radiators and damaged my wooden floor in the process. They made a huge mess in my house, dropped the old radiators from the staircase, thus causing further damages to the walls of my house as well as outside in the massed up my wooden floor and made a mess inside my house, they dropped radiates from my stairs and cause damaged to the walls, outside in the driveway and my pavement in the driveway. I later learned the helper with the "scrap" guy was either intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, thus making him mentally incapable to do the job appropriately and in a professional manner. After these findings, I asked the two men to leave and return another day. The day after, the "scrap guy" returned with a another helper in order to finish removing the rest of the radiators. They further damaged my house with the hand truck. Apart from this, the guy left three torch cylinders in my driveway for over two weeks and I kept calling [redacted] from their office to have them removed. At this point I became annoyed and irritated by the lack of professionalism portrayed by this company and had no choice but to discontinue from further services from this company as it was doing more damage than good to my house.

After notifying Precision plumbing of the termination of the services, [redacted] visited and the cylinders and left over oil in two buckets remained at my house, thus causing dangerous situations in my house. He then called the "scrap guy" and asked him to come that same day and pick up the remained stuff. Not to my surprise, the guy did not show up that same day, but rather two days later and only took with him the two cylinder and refused to remove the oil, stating [redacted] himself will come take the oil.

Furthermore, no one came forward from the company addressing the issues I had faced regarding their services and after my constant phone calls to the company regarding the refund of my deposit, they failed to communicate efficiently with me. I left countless number of messages only to have no communication reciprocated from the company's end. On 08/**/14, I had called the office and spoke to the secretary regarding this and politely told her, they leave me no choice but to file a formal complaint against them, I was then told by her, "You do what you have to do, I gave your message". To this day, [redacted] is still supposedly out of country and his phone is disconnected. Therefore, I have no other option but to request you to help me get my deposit back. I have been cheated constantly by this company and have suffered damages because of the unprofessional manners this company performed under. Moreover, this company never filed the job or took any other legal initiative necessary to initiate the job. I was forced to hire a different company. They first started the procedure by filing the job and getting reports together, as required by Law.

Nonetheless, upon request, I can provide you with further details regarding this issue. The [redacted] for Precision is [redacted] I humbly request you to kindly help me in this matter. I have been cheated by this company and have suffered immense amount of damages by the poor performance and shady business practices exercised by this company, and seek your help for remedy from these losses.Desired Settlement: I just need my Deposit back at this point. I don't want to deal with this company anymore.

Review: My company had a 1-year contract with Precision Plumbing for monthly sprinkler inspections at one of our commercial properties. The contract term was from 11/*/13 - 11/*/14. No services were provided from November, 2013 through June, 2014. The monthly inspections were never done until we called the company and demanded that they show up in July.

After speaking to the owner and requesting that he honor the 1-year contract by extending the term to July 2015, I was spoken to in a very rude and unprofessional manner and the owner refused to comply. He also refused to refund any of the money that we had paid (IN FULL) back in November.Desired Settlement: We demand that we either be refunded the full amount of $653.25 that we paid at the start of the contract, or alternatively, that the company extend the term of the contract to June, 2015 in order to fulfill the 1-year of monthly service that they had promised us.
