Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: THE QUOTE WAS $ I WAS CHARGED OVER $1,PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $FOR A PART THAT WAS NOT NECESSARY ACCORDING TO OUR MECHANIC WE TOOK THE CAR TO ANOTHER MECHANIC WHO GAVE US THE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT THAT SHOWED THE SAME CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND THERMOSTAT (BOTH THINGS THE DEALERSHIP CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED) ADDITIONALLY, I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK BEFORE DRIVING UPSTATE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS FIXED, THEN I DROVE UP TO MY FAMILY IN UPSTATE NEW YORK AND AGAIN THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ONWHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN IT WAS THEN I WAS TOLD THE DIAGNOSTIC WAS UNABLE TO BE READ WITHOUT A NEW BATTERY I REQUESTED THE MANAGER ASK THE OWNER TO GIVE ME A CREDIT SINCE THE QUOTE AND THE CHARGE WAS AN $DIFFERENCE MY HUSBAND DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE $800, HE WAS TOLD THAT ADDITIONAL WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE, HE WAS NEVER QUOTED AN AMOUNT, WE WERE BOTH LED TO BELIEVE THAT THE WORK BEING DONE WAS RELATED TO THE "BRAIN" THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME BACK OR RETURNED MY CALLS I WOULD LIKE A CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: according to the response the "customer" installed the bulb incorrectly causing the issueThis is a statement as the customer did not install a bulb at allI removed the bulb, which cracked in my hand I am again requesting a full refundThe fact that removing a bulb can cause severe wiring issues through out the car does not make sense and can only be a design flaw If anything, a fuse should have blown which would have cost only a few dollars to fix In addition to the full refund I am requesting proof of the damage that was caused by removing the bulb Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: He has admitted to us multiple times that he told us to return the car in Florida, but his argument was that he told us that because he didn’t know there were scratches I would have never returned the car in Florida on my own because I had no idea that was even an option until Rocco and Ritchie told me to do it We knew there were scratches on the car in Florida and discussed that with Ritchie and Rocco when they had us call our son in Florida to make sure there weren’t any dentsOur son checked his car and confirmed no dents and said there were scratchesWhen we relayed that message to Ritchie and Rocco they said something like, “Looks like we have a deal.” The last thing we did before we left the dealership was to ask Rocco if it would matter which dealership we dropped the car at and Rocco said it didn’t matter, we just needed to remember to get him a return receipt, which is what we didNot once did he mention that if there was anything considered excessive wear and tear that we would be responsible for paying the charges Also, I received the same type of ‘excessive wear and tear’ invoice for both the car returned in Florida and the car returned in ParamusThe argument that they wouldn’t have told me to return the car in Florida because they would be opening themselves up to charges doesn’t make sense since their own dealership submitted an invoice to Hyundai Motor Finance for which they had to send a check made out to me and Hyundai Motor Finance I’m attaching a detailed timeline of my experience with the dealership because I don’t have enough characters to type it all out

[redacted] purchased her lease Her credit was not up to par so she put the vehicle in [redacted] name taxes were charged for the service contract and the gap insurance as well as the vehicle [redacted] was invited to come in and talk to the general manager to go over the paperwork and refused Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because: their is no problem with The wires, their is no tamapred wire, I brought my car to a professional shop called *** ** *** the only thing he found wrong was a battery which he then replacessed with a brand new oneSo Hyundai is highly unprofessional for trying to get over someone with money when their was nothing wrong I also have papers stating what was wrong with my car thank you my car is now working perfectly fine since I got a brand new battery !

My General Sales Manager tells me that they have made an appointment with Mr*** for February 6th at 9:00AM to bring the car in and have the sensors installed.Tell us why here

We have paperwork signed by customers husband with total approval of $1000. The customers husbands birthday was circled with authorized amount. This is how we prove authorization and begin service work. Customer was aware of charges, she needs to touch base with her husband

A CHECK WAS ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 12, TO ALLY PAYMENT PROCESSING CENTER FOR $1905.69 AS THE WARRANTY WAS CASNCELLED. I HOPE THAT THIS RESOLVES THE PROBLEMTell us why here

until I can confirm the check was received and funds posted to my account, I cannot consider this issue resolved I have been told times before that the "check has been sent", so I am being cautious until I have proof that it was sent correctly and that it can be deposited by the lienholder
