Apologies for the trouble you encountered. For one reason or another our fraud detection system flagged your account. This can happen for a wide range of reasons. We constantly have groups attempting to access our US surveys from...

outside the country. This is a serious problem for us as our clients depend on us to deliver valid participants to their research studies.
Our support department followed up with you with our standard process to complete another level of verification. I understand this can be a frustrating process but we don't have a better alternative at this time. We have no interest in stealing your identity and all of your information is stored on highly secure systems at all times.
I see that you previously cashed out $20 from your account and were paid so hopefully we can both agree that we are an upstanding company interested in paying valid participants for their opinions.
I've gone ahead and opened your account so you may continue participating in surveys. You had a few rewards that expired so I've reinstated them giving you a balance of $22.50 which you are welcome to redeem at any time.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance on this matter.

I still want to close the account and get all the money out that I am owed. Their system would only allow me to take out the $20not the entire $22.50. I want the remaining money owed to me ($2.50) and then I want the account closed and all personal information deleted. I want verification that this has been done.
There was no notice of the fraud investigation until I asked why my the account couldn't be accessed, and their answer then was very vague. I requested verification of my password, and that information came back as what I had in my records. I had to keep pushing to even find out something was being looked at and got NO information on why the account was being reviewed. I do NOT trust this company with my information due to the way they have handled this matter.
I am still not pleased as what I wantedcomplete cash out, account closed, and verification that all my personal information is gone from their site. There was no notice of the reinstatement or apology for the inconvenience. I just started getting emails on surveys from them againno explanation as usual. There has been NO direct communication to me regarding the issue other than what is in this file since before I filed the complaint. I am aware of other similar complaints about this company and do not see that they are correcting their processes.
Please ensure I get my remaining money that is owed, the account is closed, there is verification that my personally identifiable information has been safely and completely deleted. Thank you, [redacted]

Our minimum redemption threshold is $10 as referenced in our Terms of Use which the member agreed to at the time she signed up. The member may complete additional surveys to reach that amount and redeem or we can close the account for her.
We won't be bullied by an unreasonable person or the Revdex.com and I believe we have made a more than reasonable attempt to resolve this amicably. This whole situation is a ridiculous over-reaction to us protecting our business from constant fraud attacks we are under from overseas groups.

Your response is rude and abusive. I know your terms of business, but you were the one that cut my account off without sending any explanation to my attention when it was done. It was done slyly under the table without asking for any input from me. I never had an opportunity to answer any questions regarding what flagged my account, and that makes me wonder if you were hacked or if I am at risk from your practices. I had to pursue an explanation and find out what you did and why. That answer did NOT explain your answers and hence I took this action. I asked for the account to be COMPLETELY cashed out when this was resolved in my INITIAL complaint. You did not do that and I had to initiate a payout myself. That said, I had over $20 at the time you issued your response, but the cash out would NOT allow me to take the surplus over the $20 leaving a remainder balancer. I feel I am complexly reasonable asking for the entire $20 plus what has been accumulated. Other survey sites let you cash out entire amounts once you have met their threshold (and these are your competitors which you clearly do not match up to in ethics). I have been trying to earn $20 to get a cash payout and close this disreputable account myself. However, I [redacted]'t trust that closing my account would protect my information and have it permanently removed from your service as I also requested in my INITIAL request.
I strongly object to being called a bully (and I would hope the Revdex.com would object to that was well)I have not pursued this through social media or any outlets that I could have tapped to publicize your questionable practices and my concerns.
I may rethink my professional approach if you keep being abusive in your responses. I feel I deserve the right to pursue other actions up to and including legal action your rude communication if you [redacted]'t rethink you communications and apologize immediately. Yes, I am now mad and playing hard ball thanks to YOUR actions. You are being completely rude and unfair when I am trying to act in a professional manner. Shame on you! This is NOT the way to retain people who work hard and are willing and able to respond to surveys and provide quality information.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS ANSWER AT ALL. I AM MORE FURIOUS THAN I WAS BEFORE!

As I'm sure you understand, in our partnership with [redacted], we supply the surveys and they are responsible for paying rewards to their members....

Sometimes our systems that issue those rewards have errors so possibly this happened with yours. In any event, we value your participation in our surveys so I've just sent you $15.90 via [redacted] to resolve this matter.I hope this resolves your concern.Sincerely,[redacted]Precision Sample, LLC

I have responded to the customer separately and will resolve this issue directly as its not really a complaint but a clarification about why she was or was not invited to a specific survey.

I believe your complaint mainly pertains to surveys you've taken at RewardingWays, please correct me if I'm wrong. We value you as a member and appreciate your participation but I think...

we both know that you take surveys rather quickly and don't pay much attention as you're participating. In your RewardingWays account, our clients have rejected as poor quality 20 of the 250 surveys you've completed. This is close to 10% and right on the verge of where we close down accounts for violating our terms. The reason rewards were removed from your account is because your responses were rejected and our client did not pay us for them. The total value of these rewards was right around $25.I'm prepared to pay you this $25 today via Paypal directly from us so that we can have a fresh start to our relationship. I am rejecting this response because: The survey number is [redacted] and I completed it in May. I don't know why the credit wasn't issued. It took over 40 mins to complete and I didn't rush thru survey. I answered to the best of my ability and if they had an issue with my answers that could have been communicated to me. Why did they issue a pending credit then take it away with no explanation.

I would like to have the money deposited into my paypal- [redacted]I did not know that the reason that my surveys were rejected was because of speed, now that I know, I will slow down as I tend to read fast. [redacted],We have figured out how you saw a balance in your SurveyDownline account. Due to an error in our technology you were shown your survey history and accumulated rewards for surveys you completed at Clixsense that were provided by us. So all of those rewards were paid to you by Clixsense and no rewards have been taken from you. I hope we can both be reasonable here. We apologize for the error but I think we are both very much aware that you have not taken a survey at SurveyDownline since 2012 and never completed enough surveys there to ever earn anywhere near $50+ in rewards. (You completed two surveys each with a $1 reward back in 2012)As a compromise, I am willing to deposit $20 into your SurveyDownline account that you may redeem at your convenience. Please let me know if you accept and once you have accepted I will deposit into your account.As for Mintvine, we do provide some of the surveys there but have no control over their reward payments so any issues you are experiencing there are not due to any action on our part nor under our control.SurveyDownline is a site we own and control but Clixsense and Mintvine are partners and completely separate companies from Precision Sample.Thank you,[redacted]

[redacted],Apologies for the delay responding here. We've conferred with our client and they are of the opinion that you did not keep the software installed on your computer for the full 30 days. This is the reason why you did not receive your reward when we paid our other members in that survey. Considering that you've been with us for a while and have participated in many surveys without incident, I've gone ahead and sent you $25.00 via Paypal.
