We use Preferred Home Services because they are competent, they come when we call, they are friendly, and they come when they say they'll come

Aaron S [redacted] went way above and beyond in the repair work he did on our shower faucet leak and kitchen faucet leak He worked VERY HARD for over hours to remove a stuck Moen shower faucet cartridge and would not give up no matter what happened He got the cartridge out and was able to install the new one and even that was difficult Then he realized that he didn't have the correct "O" rings for the kitchen sink faucet and searched stores for over an hour until he found some that would work and returned and finished the job even though it was late and most repairmen would have gone home Great guy, very pleasant, highly reccomended! Doesn't give up until the job is DONE! A real asset to his company

My HVAC repair experience w/ Preferred Home Services was so positive a "10" on the "how likely are you to recommend this business to someone else scale" below isn't even high enough, in my opinion I recruited Preferred Homes Services after I had had continuous problems w/ my new HVAC system that was installed by a different company in the summer time, six months ago While the original installer made attempts in good faith to fix the issue over several months, the attempts failed unfortunately, and the problem persistedI finally had enough, and wanted a new company to take a look at the system to see if they could solve the problem And that's just what Preferred Home Services did!! While they didn't create the problem w/ my HVAC system, that didn't matter, they took on the problem like it was their own, and worked diligently until they solved the problem They were absolutely amazing!! From Joe the HVAC Technician who was so nice and thorough in diagnosing the problem and answering every question that I asked (which were about in total!) in a way that I could understand to Tara (also super nice!) in the office who worked with me to schedule appointments, gave me "heads up" calls before Joe was in route to my house, so I could leave work with enough time to get home and meet him there, and she also was thorough in answering all of my questions related to billing And then there was Kyle, VP of the company, who made a special trip to my house to provide another set of eyes in helping to diagnose the problem Wow! What service! I am so grateful! After six months of my HVAC system not working right (which was a major annoyance for me!!), I now have a system that runs great, and runs the way it should have run all along Thank you, Preferred Home Services!! I recommend them wholeheartedly!!!

Outstanding service always provided by Preferred Home Services....from [redacted] scheduling to the technicians who come to do the job [redacted] came on Tuesday to do the semi-annual checkup on my Lennox AC/Heat Pump Very knowledgeable young man , courteous and explained the procedure as he was servicing the unitHe thoroughly check the distribution unit in the attic and then the outside compressor , blower motor and fanand then cleaned the coils He did not rush the job and made sure all facets of the inspection was complete I highly recommend Preferred Home Services for your AC/Heating needs
