I've used Preferred Home Services for a bit over a year and am absolutely delighted with the service at every level They installed a new downstairs HVAC unit for me last summer and have breathed new life into the old upstairs one They clearly, absolutely, know what they're doing, and their prices are very reasonable They even have a very persistent scheduler, who made sure I scheduled the maintenance I had already paid for---and who called to tell me that the tech guy would be late because of road blockage from an accident

Both persons were very nice They did all they could not to charge me too much They did not do anything that didn't need to be done

T J arrived a bit after 10:AM, just after I was called to let me know he was on his way He went directly to work on the A/C He worked quickly and efficiently : he went over the work report with me and gave me a copy No major problems were found

Eric is really a great plumber, not only efficient on his computer to give a quote, but also personable, kind and has great manners His work was done in a timely fashion and he never took a break! He carried all the supplies and cleaned after he was finished Could not have been happier!

When one is new to the area you may not know who to contact for a particular service I was very fortunate to have a realtor select Preferred Home Services to inspect the home I was about to acquire A year later they called to perform an annual inspection The call was good timing for the thermostat had malfunctioned several times in the cooling and heating cycles over the months Thermostats that do not shut off at the desired temperature could be an expensive malfunction mistakes After a call from *** and sitting up an appointment ** arrived His timing was great - now I have a proper functioning thermostat and a company with a great reputation Thanks gang

Preferred Home Services has recently replaced the hot water heater That is normally a task that I would do myself But now I'm years old, don't fare all that well with ladders because of a balance issue The gallon water heater installed in my attic failed and needed to be replacedtaking a gallon water out of my attic was a real problem, but putting in the gallon water heater was a real taskThe technicians performed these tasks very smoothly and quickly The cost of the water heater replacement was more than I expected, but, when you consider the time and effort needed to perform the above mention tasks I ended up with a real bargain
