My sales background prior to joining preHIRED was working at a call center doing 70+ cold-call per days, recruiting for a University, and doing nonprofit fundraising and education sales. Even though I found the work to be very fulfilling, after 4 years I felt I peaked in the education/nonprofit sector and was hungry for the next challenge.
I learned about preHIRED after seeing a Facebook ad one day from preHired, and thought it was too good to be true at first. My skepticism was nullified when I learned about all the incredible success stories and testimonials from past members.
My favorite part about the program is the community in preHIRED. Everyone, from the staff, to the members, and the alumni from the program, are incredibly helpful and supportive. They WANT to see you succeed. Because when you succeed, everyone succeeds.
Because of the tough job market right now as a result of COVID-19, I thought it was going to be months before I got hired...but after finishing the program, I got a job offer from my top company within 4 weeks of starting the job search!

On my first month on the job, I more than doubled the quota that I was assigned as my sales goal! All thanks to implementing the methods and skills I learned in the program.

This is by far the best investment I made in my career development. Thank you Josh, and everyone at preHIRED. You have definitely changed the trajectory of my life.

I always felt like they were excited to see me grow. When I needed to improve, they let me know is a kind and insightful manner. When I did good, they were very supportive. I've learned so much during this course, I couldn't imagine going back to my old career. And there's no other way but up from here!!

I was in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 8 years since I've dropped out of college, and I needed to make a change. I was tired of the industry I was in, and I needed to do something to change my life for the better. I ran into preHIRED on a Facebook Ad, and I did my research because I was skeptical at first. I'm also the kind of person that does a thorough research before making a decision, so it took me several months until I made up my mind.

I've learned a lot about what I was really interested in learning! I love psychology, especially anything that relates to behavioral economics, and the methodology and field (SaaS) I was going in aligned perfectly with my field of interest. Not only you learn the techniques, but also WHY those work and that's my favorite part of learning.

I must say for my overall experience, the team and the staff has been overwhelmingly supportive. I've gone through some really tough times while I was going through the program, and I even considered dropping out despite the risk of having to pay back my ISA without anything gained from it. However, everyone, particularly my mentor, connector and partnership manager, were very understanding of my situation and worked with me till the end. I was able to finish my program, even though it dragged on a few more weeks than I had wanted to, and successfully landed a job with more interviews coming through yet!

For those of you considering preHIRED, remember two things: Perseverance, and Communication. The rest can be taught and you can become successful just like us!

preHIRED is a life changing program that, if you let it, will help get hired to a top tech company. In my own experience, I made sure to follow everything that the mentors and staff at preHIRED had to teach me. In less than 60 days, I earned my certification and accepted an offer from a tech company that is ranked on LinkedIn top companies. preHIRED is definitely worth it this is not a scam. Do your own research; if working in tech is something you want to do then don't hesitate to apply and start your new career in tech with preHIRED!

I had never worked formally in sales, but had become very familiar with upselling after over a decade in hospitality. However, my friends in the industry can attest that you're often working long shifts on your feet and I was tired of not being challenged to grow. I had recently moved to NYC and didn't have the financial flexibility that I wanted, or an upwards trajectory for career advancement.

I discovered the Prehired program and thought it was too good to be true since what can a six week program offer that six years of college couldn't provide for me? But after doing research on the company and the employees, I realized this is a real opportunity and I went for it and have enjoyed learning what Prehired has to offer.

My favorite part of Prehired was the focus on making yourself marketable with attention to social media presence, coaching on various profiles, and learning more about sales automation tools. With the skills I learned in Prehired, it's making applying for jobs a breeze and I feel completely prepared for interviews. I'm completely satisfied with going through the Prehired program to become certified. *** & *** have created an entertaining and engaging program, I couldn't have done it without you!

After being told at my current job as an Occupancy Specialist that there was no room for advancement I knew it was time for a career change. I knew that I had worked in sales before and was good at it, but of course things had changed by now. I knew that I had to find a way to sharpen my skills before pursuing a sales career again. I was so excited to come across preHIRED when I did. The program was amazing and the trainers and mentors did a great job of explaining the information and was always very helpful with questions. I felt confident that I was training to be the best and be a great asset to a *** company. I am so thankful for preHired, and how they set you up for success.

Before preHIRED, I worked primarily as a rideshare driver to make ends meet. I have about 9 years of combined sales and rideshare experience. Working through both fields taught me the fundamentals of sales.

I was interested in preHIRED's program because it trained people from all walks of life to make a career in tech sales. I knew tech sales are one of the most challenging and competitive industries but I wanted to pursue it as I appreciate challenges and wanted to force growth out of myself. It wasn't ever about the money, I wanted nothing but pure growth out of myself from feeling stagnant for almost a decade.. however, I also hated how much work I stressed over to make at least 40K a year, so working in tech sales did entice me for that reason as well.

Even though I heard of the program's outcomes in having successful members being launched into amazing companies to work for, I doubted myself hard. I did not think my previous work experience would matter or help me start a career in tech sales.

My favorite part of preHIRED was learning the psychology behind Science-Based Salesï®. Learning the ways of how prospective people think, and how to approach prospects really gave me valuable insight into the sales industryacross any platform. It really gave me the confidence that I was missing when I had my previous doubts about the program. I can now say that I am an expert in lead generation and sales automation with utmost assurance. I also want to acknowledge and give credit to whom it's dueand that is to the team including my amazing mentor.

We are the average of the five people we associate with daily. Although my circle was small, I am much more openminded to being apart of a cohort with like-minded people that just want to see me successful. One-on-one meetings and calls definitely helped shape my tenacity moving forward as a person.

To anyone considering the preHIRED program, if it's been on your mind long enough, (and you will know how long that means to you), stop doubting yourself and go for it. Schedule that introductory meeting, get a feel for the type of person you can become while in this industry, and ride that wave of uncertainty.

Especially if you don't like where you are in life, you're going to like where you'll go with preHIRED. In a matter of weeks, you will find your confidence, your determination, and your drive.

This was honestly a life-altering course for me. I came from an education background and did real estate on the side, I wanted to move into a career that had a high paying salary.

The website almost seemed too good to be true, but I followed the program verbatim and applied past sales skills from smaller jobs I had in college and I was able to score a great SaaS job where I was promoted within 8 months. I have recommended this course to friends and family members that have also seen success from the program and I would definitely recommend it to those looking for a change!

I took this course during COVID and leaving public safety... within 5 weeks I landed a role in Business Development with a 62%increase to what my at the time salary was ! This course is above a 5 star the mentors assigned to you get you battle ready to break into an industry that typically requires a bachelor's or higher !!

Joshua has created an amazing program with preHIRED. I was a special education teacher for 15 years and also had 6 years of sales experience in fundraising sales and recruiting. I decided it was time for a change and I wanted to get into a field that was lucrative and rewarding. When I found the ad for preHIRED, I almost didn't click on it. I figured it was just a scam. But, when I saw all the glowing reviews, I became very excited and thought this could actually be the answer in helping me transition to an SDR role in the tech industry. After getting certified, I have to say that I loved the professionalism and support of the mentors. From the initial job interview, to learning the tools of the industry and interviewing techniques, to the job search, I can say that these guys were there every step of the way. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to sign up for preHIRED and am so excited for the future. Thanks, Josh and preHIRED I couldn't have done all this without you!

I would like to thank Josh J and the whole preHIRED staff for the opportunity to enroll in your program and learn from you guys. You guys are awesome at what you do. I learned so much about, sales, networking, business relationship building, and other topics. I feel confident that I will receive several job offers once I'm certified in Science-Based Sales. If you're not satisfied with where your life is now, I would recommend anyone to join the preHIRED team and change your life

Before I joined preHired, I was a bit skeptical... but I checked out the SaaS industry, and I checked out preHired. It all seemed on the up and up, so I joined. They let you study their course for a week or 30% of the course before you decide, so I was able to see the curriculum was solid before I committed.

I had very little sales experience, but their course trains you completely and gears you up for job hunting, and they are there with you every step of the way guiding you.

I completed the course and now have a new job in the software industry! Couldn't be more satisfied!

Before I joined PreHIRED I was a bartender for over 5 years. I was so sick and tired of everything from the long hours, the rude drunk guest and more importantly the pay. I was making the most money I could make in the industry and it simply wasn't enough.
They say if it is too good to be true than it probably is, and I can't lie that is what I thought when I first heard about the preHIRED program. I really thought it was a scam but after doing tons of research on the company I realized that this program was a huge opportunity and I had to go for it. I am now an organizational guru. The program taught me how to really amplify my organizational skill by using CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforces to keep me on the right track and have the most productive work day.
The preHIRED program has changed my life for the better. I am now on track to reach my six-figure income goal in less than 5 years!
Thanks Josh and Prehired I couldn't have done all this without you!

PreHIRED promised to give you time, but then they cut you off, kept silence and then sent you straight to collection without your knowledge.
Despite my overwhelming personal circumstances, I was able to fulfill my assignment on time at their direction. (Jan 14 - Jan 21, 2020). They withdrew me on Jan 20, 2020 (before due date) with an email on which I followed up quite quickly with their representative. None has responded. So I stopped using their programs, and turned down all job offers that came due to this. Until Feb 6, their representative contacted me via email like everything was normal and tried to get me to restart. This is not how the contract works. They breached the contract first, and now they tried to tie me back to the contract and have I say regrettable things out of anger.
(My circumstances were that I was sick, and I was hit badly in a car crash. Yet I still fulfilled their direction)
Now a collection company called RFGI is contacting me out of the blue to try to collect on the full tuition ($30k) because preHIRED has said that I breached the contract instead of them. More importantly, preHIRED did not send me a single notice regarding this matter. They are playing a game where they make all the rules.
I tried to contact them again via phone and emails because I think I could resolve this with them in a civilized way, but all my recent attempts were again met with silence.
If this is a legit business, they would have tried to resolve with me as soon as the problem arised. But no, they waited in silence until the time passed by so they could claim that I breached the contract.
If anyone else is interested in preHIRED, take this warning and stay away. You are better off taking your chances with accredited colleges because, at least, they will respond, be transparent with you and help you out in tough situation.

Desired Outcome

Immediate withdrawal of the debt collection and restoration to my credit score.

Prehired Response • Aug 10, 2020

Hi ***,

We totally respect that you feel it's unfair. And we're sorry about the February 6th email, from our Marketing department, about restarting the program. That was an accident.

For context, here are the events during your Career Search Process which caused you to be withdrawn:

In week 1 (12/2 - 12/8), you reached out to only 1 hiring manager.

In week 2 (12/9 - 12/15), you reached out to only 4 hiring managers.

In week 3 (12/16 - 12/22), you reached out to only 4 hiring managers.

In week 4 (12/23 - 12/29), you reached out to 0 hiring managers.

In week 5 (12/30 - 1/5), you reached out to only 11 hiring managers.

In week 6 (1/6 - 1/12), you reached out to 0 hiring managers.

In week 7 (1/13 - 1/19), you reached out to 0 hiring managers.

You are required to reach out to a minimum of 25 hiring managers a week (which takes less than 5 hours a week). Given that you did not meet your requirements from week to week in your Career Search Process, and there were two weeks with no activity, you were finally withdrawn after repeated warnings from your Prehired Mentor.

The last withdrawal warning was when your Mentor emailed you on January 13th, letting you know you needed to do the work in the week of January 13th - 19th.

So, when your Mentor saw (on Monday, January 20th) you had again reached out to zero contacts the previous week, you were withdrawn by the Membership Committee for violating the Code of Conduct in your Membership Agreement.

When we talked in the last few days by email, you let us know neither option we offered you for resuming the program was affordable. So, our Membership Committee has now agreed to stop the collections process if you're willing to do the work required to be successful. Yes, that means no payments until you're hired or harm to your credit.

Your Mentor spoke highly of your aptitude while you were in the program, so we truly believe you can get hired and succeed in software sales if you commit 100% to follow the process. We think you'd especially do well given your recovery from your painful car crash injuries from seven months ago.

With that in mind, we're waiting on your response from our Membership Committee's offer. Are you ready to start with a clean slate and finally achieve your goals?

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Hi ***,

Thank you for being transparent with me. However, I needed this transparency from the very beginning of the prospecting period, and especially around Jan 13th and 14th when *** warned me about the final strike. Even when I was withdrawn on Jan 20th, I asked and did not receive any response clearly about this.

Honestly, I have a couple of grand to pull through the pandemic in my bank account. You can confirm this with Meratas. The rest that I have is an old beat up car, much credit card debt, and student loan. I have no asset to build my wealth. This is the exact reason why I joined your program in the first place, so I can get a better job with better pay.

I did not commit any breach of contract. I have the police report and log of multiple visits to a physical therapist and physician to justify my tardiness. At any university or professional workplace, any homework or assignment would have been postponed had some incident like this happened. Yet *** still counted "strikes" against me during this difficult period. In fact, I asked him more than once to give me an extension, but no definitive answer was given. Furthermore, *** and I agreed on Jan 14. I quote:" Can you at least hit 20 from here on out?". This means technically I get to have at least 7 days to finish my assignment from that day. So whatever I did until Jan 21st should still be considered within the time limit.

This is not fair for me and other students/consumers. If, because of inflexible weekly prospecting criteria, vague strikes, withdrawal and silence, other students and I end up with $30k more in debt and not a good job in place to pay for this, this does not look like the value the PreHIRED offers in its marketing effort. If I am not mistaken, PreHIRED's purpose is to help others in less fortunate life circumstances to gain meaningful and good employment, not pushing them into further dire financial situations. Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience from the course, and to be honest, I only would like to share with you about the issue to fix and improve the course. It's good for your company and other consumers.

Most of all, for these incredible reasons, I dispute the debt.

Prehired Response • Aug 17, 2020

Hi ***,

We respect your decision to not come back into the program and be taken out of collections. And we're sorry to hear there's any buyer's remorse.

Since we have a contract together and we've upheld everything we promised to, including reaching out to you several times before withdrawing you, we just can't offer to release you from your commitments.

What we can do, though, is extend the discounted buyout offer our Membership Committee made you in email and on the phone until September 15. If you wish to take us up on that, let us know and we'll work with you on arrangements.

Otherwise, we can also work with you on a payment plan you can afford. We want to help you in a way fair to both of us.

Of course, if you change your mind about coming back into the program, you still can do that as well.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As I explained many times in my email, I have completed my work on time as promised by the mentor Prehired assigned to me. My email records still prove it. Yet you dropped me on that day, and when I tried to clairfy, I was met with complete silence. So this means Prehired broke the contract, not me.
You were reaching out to me multiple times to let me know that you are counting strikes against me during a difficult period of my life. Despite that, I finally made it. Instead of keeping the contract going, you dropped me, waited silence and put me in this situation.
"What we can do, though, is extend the discounted buyout offer our Membership Committee made you in email and on the phone until September 15. " - Why would I take this option when Prehired broke the contract first? No, Prehired dropped me, and no explanation after I tried to clarify. Why must I pay for Prehired's mistake? Prehired wins no matter what it does wrong? This is not a contract.
All right. Considering that I did pass the course, I am not above taking a free course, so I use public tuition information from a well-known accredited university, the Georgia State University (close to where I live). Anyone that went to college would agree that Prehired course could be considered a standard 3-credit course. A more-than fair number was calculated and put forth. I would like to have a follow-up on that email sent Aug 11th, 2020.
For the last time, please consider carefully my email so we can move on from this. It is not worth my time or yours to drag this out longer.

I was a bartender when I came across preHIRED with limited sales experience from YEARS ago. Mostly in telemarketing. Not only was I 41 years old (pretty old for a male bartender) but I was tired of having no job security, no benefits for my family and no clear idea of what to do to prepare for retiring or how I was going to be able to leave my family anything when I pass from this world. Had no way of achieving my dream to buy a house and increase my families quality of life. Then 3 weeks ago I found preHIRED.

I was skeptical like I feel most are or would be. But I needed a change and badly! Going back to college didn't make sense at my age, especially since I couldn't afford to stop working to do a 4 year degree. Plus I had no $$ to do college. So I dug deeper to find that preHIRED and Josh are all about integrity here! No fluff. All fact!

My favorite part of preHIRED personally was the zoom conferences with some of the past members who moved on to careers. Hearing about their experience through the program inspired me. I have to say the sales psychology and how deep it dives was pretty impressive as well!

I still got a little bit to go. I barely passed my coursework to my mentor for certification and am beginning my job search tomorrow! I haven't started yet but I'm already receiving offers! I look forward to coming back and letting you all know how that went! But I couldn't have done any of it without this BRILLIANT program! Thank you Josh and staff! This has been an amazing journey so far! I can't wait to see more unfold!

I started the program and had great material but realized it just wasn't for me. When I asked Prehired could I be released from the contract even though it was past the cancellation date, they kindly agreed to do so even though they didn't have to. They are a great group of people really trying to help folks that wanna work in software sales.

Excellent course that gets you ready for a SDR role!!! Loved every minute of it. I've been in sales for more than 15 years, and this is by far the best course I have ever taken. Josh makes it real easy and breaks it down step by step, which anyone can pick up on quick. My mentor, Josue, was always there for me whenever I had any questions. Keep up the great job, guys. Thank you for all your help.

Before I joined preHIRED, I did not have any sales experience. I have been wanting to get into a sales position for a while, just had no idea where to start or how to start.
I came across an ad on Facebook for preHIRED. When I first saw the ad on Facebook, I had my doubts, I have seen this ad in the past. The third time I came across the ad, I said let's look into it more. I did my research and found that this, in fact, was a legit deal.
My favorite part of preHIRED is, the motivation you feel when watching the videos. They definitely get you to actually want to finish the videos to keep moving forward. The owner certainly makes everything personable and enjoyable (you will laugh at him because I did).
I would suggest anyone to just do it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You have a mentor throughout the program (which are great!) and you also get to ask all sorts of questions and they have all of the answers for you!
Thanks, Josh and preHIRED - I couldn't have done all this without you!

Josh J and his team do a TREMENDOUS job at unveiling key techniques, simplifying the complicated topics, and making sure ordinary people are successful. There's a lot of material to cover, and it is broken down beautifully to ensure comprehension and retainment. I learned a lot from preHIRED and I'm very excited to start my new career!
A big thank you goes out to Josh, Josue and the rest of the team!

I have no sales background or training in sales, but I was looking for a job that had a secure future and a stable environment for my family. When I saw that Prehired was training people to sell software, I jumped on it immediately because of the long-term stability in the tech industry.

I had only one concern when considering Prehired: my integrity. I am fiercely sincere, and I was afraid that I would need to sacrifice that to learn the art of the sale. My admissions advisor immediately quelled that concern by telling me that honesty was a top attribute in the SDRs they want to train in the program.

I love how Prehired has given me lifetime access to their resources and mentorship. The training was thorough from the introduction and explanation of tech tools all the way to the psychology of the sale. In keeping with the theme of integrity, they taught how and when to back out of a sale if it doesn't align with the needs of the customer. Being a devout Christian and former pastor, I greatly appreciated Josh's openness about his faith in Jesus Christ.

If you have the opportunity to get into this program, do so without hesitation. This is a great foundation for building a lifelong, rewarding career.
