Prehired Reviews (%countItem)

Before Prehired, I had 8 years of retail experience working at the mall. I stumbled upon an ad for preHIRED after being exhausted from random job interviews where I didn't even know if I wanted the job. I didn't want to be desperate for just any job so I was interested specifically about software sales because of the financial gain and work-life stability I was looking for. PreHIRED seemed like the perfect fit for me because I am a college graduate that never used my bachelor's degree and when I learned I could use the program to find a job directly after, it seemed like a good fit. When I first learned about preHIRED, I thought it was a scam because it seemed too good to be true. As with most ads I see everywhere, I thought it was a scam until actually going through the program.

My favorite part of the program was learning sales psychology and breaking down the sales process in science-based sales®. I always hated studying before but this was super interesting to me because I knew I could apply it for my future. It was very interesting to actually relate some of the sales methodologies mentioned because I have previously done some of these things (good and bad sales tactics). Previously I was just relying on what I considered my natural sales ability, and I was wrong so now I really can't wait to start my professional sales career and implement what I learned. I definitely agree with "what gets measured gets mastered"- I wanted to get better in sales and this was exactly the next level I didn't even know I even needed. Thank you Prehired. At the end of the day, it is an investment in yourself to get to that next level and I highly recommend the program to anyone considering it.

PreHIRED trained me in so many things to do with Sales it has become a part of me. After going through the course and getting certified I can honestly say that what I learned in the course has changed me even as a person and in no way is this a bad thing!

Josh's work in the preHIRED Science Based Sales training program is changing lives! Josh uses his extensive knowledge of sales and sales tools, to give people the skills to hit the ground running and build successful sales careers. There is never a dull moment in the preHIRED program, and working with so many authentic and positive individuals has been a true blessing. If you're a newbie wanting to build a sales career, or a sales pro wanting to take it up a notch, take the plunge and check out preHIRED! You will be in good hands!

I simply cannot believe the toxic reviews that are listed here for preHIRED. Unbelievable. Shame on these adults.

I am starting my new SDR position at When I Work in Minneapolis this coming Monday. I had a very small bit of sales experience but wasn't earning a dime with my bachelor's degree. I was able to complete the training and get hired within 2 months of me initially reaching out to preHIRED.

My new boss Sam lauded my ability to ask great questions and showcase stellar and relevant personality traits that it takes to get certified in a completely new industry that I had no direct prior experience in. She told me that I was the clear front runner in their search and even gave me their determination earlier than expected I had to get back to another company on an offer they had recently given me and decline that offer promptly.

PreHIRED is great. PreHIRED works. I cannot wait to start making this money so that I can pay them back for their investment in me and my family. Folks like Vanessa and "George" clearly do not have what it takes to make it in this role and industry, hence their being screened away and taking the time to leave toxic reviews online with Revdex.com. Integrity matters and I truly feel sorry for them. I and the other hundreds of successful graduates will tell you the honest truth - PreHIRED works and will change your life if you are willing to work hard and actually get the job done. You will be taught all of the tools, skills, and workflows necessary to succeed as an SDR at any tech company. What other career field are you going to get into where a certification can get you in the door where you'll earn 6 figures 2-4 years from starting? Software Sales is the ticket. PreHIRED is the conductor. The hundreds of video reviews are legit. I just had my video success interview this morning.

Look me up on linkedin and ask any questions you need to. I am a real person with a big afro. Can't miss me.

Hi Torres, thank you so much for the review. Congrats on your new job. Your work ethic and positive attitude made it possible, and we're happy we could help you speed up the process.

The program sounds good; however don't you get deathly sick and or miss the passive aggressiveness from *** because they will strip your opportunity out of your hands. The lack of professionalism is not worth it. I have recommended so many and through my experience have left because of the same treatment. I say if your into sales go into Life insurance at least you can make your own schedule, make your OWN money and don't have to deal with staff members short comings.

Prehired Response • Nov 16, 2019

It's sad to see ***'s review. We let her to reschedule when she was sick (as any caring company would), yet she didn't follow the pre-interview instructions for the new time she chose. Her Advisor also texted her each day before the interview to remind her to check those instructions. Since she didn't take the steps we asked, we canceled her meeting and let her know it was purely a policy issue. We get 2,000+ applicants per month, so following our process is important. Hearing that, she chose to lash out instead of taking responsibility, which further justifies not going forward with her. With that in mind, if you're the type who follows guidance well, and you want help starting a 6-figure software sales career, come check us out.

They were so rude calling me and texting me at 7:30 in the morning. They asked me if I had double checked my credit score.
I have good credit and I can pay for the course out right, but he didn't even want to waste his time talking to a potential customer before he knew that he could pay for the course. What kind of school does that? The school will take a percentage of your first two years salary. Because I had questions about it, because It could be from $10,000 to $26,000, Caleb said he was going to cancelled my scheduled call, the call where I would've gotten to ask him about the course content and benefits, but that was not his priority. It was a very strange experience! check out these guys LinkedIn pages. I don't see that they were in software sales before this anywhere. I would be very cautious! These guys teach sales? You don't talk to prospects like that in business.

Prehired Response • Aug 02, 2019

We're more than happy to respond to this complaint, line by line...

To start off with, this person is not a customer but an applicant we didn't accept because they didn't display the attitudes and behaviors we look for when inviting someone to join Prehired.

This applicant is also not using their real name for this review. This is surprising considering she flat out told us she was going to write a bad review during her Membership Interview. She then texted AND emailed the Membership Advisor (we aren't allowed to say his name here, even though the applicant did in her review) afterward saying, "Review is done F+."

"They were so rude calling me and texting me at 7:30 in the morning."

If you consider it rude for someone to call or text you at 7:30 in the morning to help you, that's one indicator we're not a fit. It's totally fine if that's not a good time, since you can simply ignore the call or text and follow up later.

Instead, she was texting back and forth with the Membership Advisor. To help her get clarity faster, he asked, "Do you have 5 mins for me to give you a call?" She replied, "Yes."

"They asked me if I had double checked my credit score. I have good credit and I can pay for the course out right, but he didn't even want to waste his time talking to a potential customer before he knew that he could pay for the course."

To clarify, this applicant started the phone call saying she had questions about pricing. So the Membership Advisor answered her questions first.

He asked her to check her credit score since she said on her application she wanted the income share agreement payment option, instead of paying upfront.

She also messaged the Membership Advisor saying, "I have not checked my credit score," so he asked her to check to be respectful of her time and ours. That's what his outreach text was about.

Why do we ask for credit score for the income share agreement payment option?

Because it's one filter for who's most likely to keep their commitments after we invest time / energy training and mentoring them. We're taking a financial risk.

Yes, we realize someone's credit score isn't a perfect reflection of them. Yet we get thousands of applications every month, so we can't meet with everyone who wants to.

Even if we could, a 30- to 45-minute interview also isn't enough to know whether someone will keep their commitments.

"What kind of school does that?"

We're not a school. We're a professional membership association offering training and mentoring into the best 6-figure software sales jobs around the country.

That's why we're so careful about who we allow into our community, accepting less than 5% of applicants.

Even if this person could pay in full upfront, we would never allow her in. Even one person with a toxic, blaming attitude like hers could make our community an unpleasant place to be.

"Because I had questions about it, because It could be from $10,000 to $26,000, the Membership Advisor said he was going to cancelled my scheduled call, the call where I would've gotten to ask him about the course content and benefits, but that was not his priority. It was a very strange experience!"

She said she needed to think after the Membership Advisor spoke with her about pricing, so he suggested putting off her interview until she had time to think and also to research us more. That's when she became irate.

We don't interviews people who haven't at least read the information on our website.

"Check out these guys LinkedIn pages. I don't see that they were in software sales before this anywhere. I would be very cautious!

Because she's upset, now she's trying to damage our reputation here.

You can see our founder's LinkedIn profile (with 80+ written endorsements) by searching for ***, based in Charleston, South Carolina and works at preHIRED. (We aren't allowed to put links here.)

While every company has some negative reviews, our 100s of positive reviews speak for themselves. Since we can't post links, Google "prehired reviews." On our website, click the "Reviews" link in the top menu.

"These guys teach sales? You don't talk to prospects like that in business."

This final comment is maybe the most ironic.

If you could hear how she talked to the Membership Advisor, it's nowhere near what someone would expect in any cordial conversation, let alone when applying for membership in a professional community.

If you're reading this deciding whether to apply to our program, please don't be like this person.

We're ALWAYS open to feedback, yet false statements are never fair play. We will defend ourselves with the truth.

Also, if you're offended at being asked to clarify information on your application or tend to blame others, we're not the right fit for you.

On the other hand, if your attitude is "If it is to be, it's up to me" and you're looking for help to launch a career in software sales, come check us out.

I have been through the preHIRED program and have been hired! I was hired in Jan of 2019 and started with a base salary of 50,000 with a OTE of 90,000. I have been in my new career for 6 months and have made a total of 45,800 gross. I am super thankful I went through the course and cannot express enough how much it has changed me and my families life for the better. This course is a REAL course that delivers REAL results! Thank you to everyone at PreHIRED.

Really close to the 90 day risk free and its clear that the are not going to give me my money back.
Was juggling this course and a 50 hour a week job. I was recently laid off and me paying things like internet and phone is at risk. I tried to explain but they insist on me finish certification in complete disregard for my situation. Its clear I'm not making the 90 day risk free guarantee. And more clear its false advertisement on their behalf. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 90 DAY GUARANTEE. They teach you later that's pretty much a tool to get people hooked.

Desired Outcome

Acknowledge I wont make the 90 days and I'm in a bad situation. Just do the right thing refund my full amount of $***.

I really wish we could've helped this person, because he seemed like such a good guy and was enthusiastic about our program when we interviewed him on his admissions call.

We explained step-by-step what it would take to be successful on his admissions interview, asked him if would he be able to do the required work to be successful. He was excited and said he would definitely do the work and make us proud.

I like this member he is a nice guy but just didn't do what he said he would do. He refused to listen to our instruction in almost every interaction he had an excuse for why he hadn't followed the program or our mentoring.

He also ghosted us after over 5 attempts of emails, texts, and phone calls to help him reach the goals he set for himself.

And our money back guarantee is really simple... in fact, the only way not to get a refund is if you choose not to complete the program or listen to our instruction. This is made clear before we offer enrollment to anyone and this customer didn't complete the program or listen to our instruction.

For anyone reading this review and considering to apply to Prehired but is concerned, please ask us about this member and we'll be happy to share all records and interactions with him so you can be sure not to make his same mistakes.

Also, here is our full refund policy:
https://www.sciencebasedsales.io/prehired-guarantee.

Money Back Guarantee:

"1. Complete the full program and certification within 30 days.

2. Follow our Science-Based Sales(r) system for at least 5 hours a week for 90 days.

3. If you don't have any job offers after the 90-day period, email us before the 100th day at ***@prehired.io for a full refund.

This is not a "no questions asked" money back guarantee. We work with you 1-on-1 to get results and you still have to do the work, which is not much. We give you free access to sales software, so we're able to easily see your results and help you along the way. "

The only way you won't get a refund is if you don't even try, or refuse to listen to what we're telling you. So if you're ready for a career change, this is a risk-neutral way to finally deserve and get the sales career you want."

I sincerely hope this member will choose to be teachable and coachable. With the right attitude, we'd consider helping him again in the future.

I said on two different calls that I was too busy to do the 5 five hours a week and I was told that it was fine. I was told those conversations were recorded. I submitted all the files required for certification. Refund the money.

Do the right thing. Your throwing up numbers like 90% but you still havent even confirmed the %96 hire rate the Revdex.com has been contacting you about since the 11th way before this ordeal has started. Your whole course has good ratings because a piece of the course specifically tells people to endorse tou or they cannot proceed and finish the course. Do the right thing. Provide the refund. You cant even prove the %90 percent hire rate you speak of. How do you expect to fool everyone when till this very day you havent verified the %96 rate to the Revdex.com? Had that post been on Revdex.com the day I considered I wouldnt of joined. And what makes matters worse, one of their recruiters was a recruiter for digital altitude, a MLM that was also a scam that took peoples' money.

Background
Student has been in the program for almost 3 months and made very little progress while more than 90% of all other members have already been hired in the same time frame.

This student has made excuses in every coaching call for why they've not made progress or implemented our instructions from previous interactions

After weeks of silence and avoiding our calls and attempts to help we receive a random call

RING RING RING

Prehired: Hey, it's Prehired how can I help?

Student: I think I want to stop and just get a refund.

Prehired: Hey Student, it's been a while since we've heard from you. Well, you can stop and give up, but you won't satisfy the conditions of a refund.

Student: It's within 90 days...

Prehired: Yes, but you've still not completed the program and not listened to our guidance. You have to complete the program and follow our system.

You do that and fail, then you get a refund. You don't get a refund for changing your mind and giving up.

Our process hasn't changed and it won't change because you changed your mind. We've kept our end of helping you... it's time for you to do the work.

Student: Yeah, but it's so hard. I'm working a full time job.

Prehired: Many others are too, but they've made time to complete the program. It's been almost 3 months and all others that joined at the same time as you have been hired ... why do you think that is?

Student: Yeah, I know I should've been doing more. I'm actually almost done with the program.

Prehired: So what can we do to help you finish this and get you hired? We've already reviewed your sales system, you just need to make a few hours worth of changes and then you can start getting interviews lined up.

Student: Ok... (thinking) I can get the changes finished by Sunday night.

Prehired: Ok, it's Saturday at 3pm so you can get it done in the next day and a half?

Student: Yes, definitely. I'm ready to do this.

Prehired: Ok, cool we'll review it first thing on Monday and start getting you interviews lined up next week!

Student: Awesome!

Monday morning

Prehired Advisor 1: Hey, did the student's changes ever get submitted last night?

Prehired Advisor 2: No, they didn't. Try contacting him.

Prehired Advisor 1: Already did text, email, and voicemail... no response. I'll try again tomorrow.

Tries to contact multiple times again

Wednesday Afternoon

Prehired Advisor 1: Hey I've tried like 6-7 times to help Student finish and get interviews. Have you heard from him at all?

Prehired Advisor 2: No nothing he's not responding to me either.

Thursday

Student sends a random text to Prehired Advisor 1...

Student: Hey, I can't do this I just want to refund

Prehired Advisor 1: Hey what happened man? I though you said you were going to finish? Give me a call and let's chat because you remember you don't qualify for a refund by just giving up.

No Response from Student

2 Days Later

Prehired Advisor 1: You heard back from Student after that?

Prehired Advisor 2: Nope.

Prehired Advisor 1: Get this. This student ghosted me after trying to help him, then he says he wants a refund even though we told him he can't because he's not listening to us or even trying... then he just wrote a bad review on us on the Revdex.com.org.

Prehired Advisor 2: You for real? After all the time we spent trying to help him?

Prehired Advisor 1: Yeah, it sucks. He was so close but he just wouldn't listen to anything I said and kept making excuses.

Prehired Advisor 2: Ok, cool. We'll just respond to him there since he doesn't want to talk to us directly. But you know how we roll... we won't be bullied by anyone threatening us when we keep our end of the agreement.

Which brings us to the start of this complaint

P.S. Message us directly if you'd like to apply to Prehired and we can explain how important being committed and coachable is important to succeeding in the program.

We've literally only had 5 people out of 352 since we launched respond like this student. The others succeed where the 5 failed just because they were willing to listen and were committed to change.
