Complaint: ***This "response" failed to address a single issue in my complaint.In addition Premera lied and stated they responded to me personally, but they have failed to respond to my complaint sent directly to themI sent Premera the exact message I sent the Revdex.com on the same day I sent this to the Revdex.com and they failed to respond.This is a legitimate complaint and for Premera to ask for this to be removed from Premeras Revdex.com page while failing to provide a response, failing to respond to me and then requesting that the Revdex.com not display the complaint further proves how corrupt and evil this company is for shutting off a persons health insurance with no warning at all.Its ridiculous that they request days to respond after shutting off my health insurance because they failed to charge my credit card on file that was set to "auto pay"So again, I request a response to my complaint and I would like a response in less than days.I want my health insurance turned on again

Hi,
Regarding Complaint No***
I have just received a letter from Lifewise of Washington informing me that my health plan has been cancelled as of October 31st I assume that no further funds are due to them, if I receive any bills do I need to reopen the complaint?

appreciate your help in the above matter, you have been very effective in getting this resolved
The letter I have just received is dated November It is postmarked November on their franking machine
It arrived in my PO Box today December 3, it was not there yesterday
