 i am not screwing around dealing with this matter anymore--either way I am still stuck with the evil rav--tried to email premier to see if they would do a good deal for their 2008 murcury millan awd but never heard a word yet--just bring this to a close cause there is nothing that can be done--im the one who was stupid enough and premier knew a sucker was coming in--wish they would have the rav to get me out of it and into that 2008 murcury millan awd at a good deal but they would have to go through my dad on that but (Revdex.com) bring this to a close cause my dad will not budge on the real prblem and I am tired of fighting--just tell premier I would wish though that the term of the loan which I was told was 4 years and it ended up being 5 years --if you have not sold that murcury millan awd see if you would get me out of the rav and into it but the credit decisions are through my dad --kinda wish you would make the books being equal meaning get me payoff on the rav 13,998 and the payment being 300 or less no money down--but I am tired of fighting and my dad will not do nothing like that--if I was told the term of the loan was 5 years I would have said no to that deal but I dont know what dad ended up signing--he is an older man and dont know if he knew the term was a 5 year loan--i was told 4 --but close the Revdex.com complaint but if premier can get me a better deal then the mess I am in now let me know if they can get through to dad but close this I am sick of fighting it.

We just picked our truck up for the second time and it is still not fixed and now being told that we have to pay for another $50 part to get it fixed and will need to schedule another appointment.

In regards to ID [redacted] the incentives that the customer saw earlier in the day, have just changed from general motors the night prior. Us and general motors updated the incentives at the same time leading to a misprint of the incentives on the website. Our company DOES put a disclaimer on the...

website under the incentives in case something like this does accrue. We noticed the double pull of the incentives during the day and we did in fact make the changes necessary as soon as we noticed them. Unfortunately when [redacted] came in he did not see the changes that were made prior to coming in the same day. We have been in contact with [redacted] several times after the fact and he seemed to understand what happened after the fact and understand that sometimes mistakes do happened, We caught the mistake the same day and changed it as soon as we noticed it. In no way shape or form and are we doing anything misleading with our advertising and that is the reason that we do have disclaimers on our website.This is our response to the complaint. GM and Premier updated website. It was corrected as soon as we became aware.

I have received this case once I stated working here on 8/1/14 , and had tried to contact the customer and was unable to reach them until 8/18/14 and informed the customer that we were sorry for the inconveniences we have caused them. I offered to have them bring in the vehicle for a free oil change since they go through oil rather quickly, and have one of my senior technicians  perform a  further inspection (at no charge) since the vehicle has not been in the service department since the date of purchase. The customer also has an extended warranty on the vehicle which would more likely than not cover the costs of repairs if needed. The customer declined the offer, and said that they would not further pursue the issue with the Revdex.com. I once again expressed my apologies for any inconveniences that may have been caused and offered to help out with anything they may need in the future.

[redacted] brought his vehicle in on February 24, 2015. We proceeded to diagnosis the vehicle. We ordered the key on February 27, 2015. We received that on March 2, 2015. The other part [redacted] was also received on March 2, 2015. We discovered that it also need the steering column and  had to...

order the steering column and module. We did not receive that until March 19, 2015. We had the vehicle done on March 20, 2015. Customer has picked up their vehicle.We will offe[redacted] 3 future full fluid changes/ filter changes.We apologize for any inconvenience  for the amount of time it took to complete the repairs but we have no control over the time it sometimes takes to receive parts.

be replacing the harness for the fuel pump module. We had replaced the Fuel pump module on the previous repair 8/29/14 due to corrosion of the module and stated that the harness may need to be replaced at a later time. As of right now we will perform the service at no further charge. If there is anything else I may be able to assist with please let me know.

I am sorry to hear from the customer has chosen to buy a [redacted]. We did install an engine the customer had shipped here. We explained to them that we could not warranty a motor that was purchased from an outside vendor. The engine replacement has nothing to do with the transmission. The engine and transmission bolt on totally separate of each other. We were not in the transmission at all.If their mechanic found something wrong with the transmission that was a separate issue from what we repaired.If the customer would want to purchase another GM product the offer still stands.

We have been in contact with the customer and have the concern under review with our [redacted]s service representative and will have a final solution answer by January 10th.
