These guys does not disclose anything before hand and lies to the customers that somethings does not work. In my case they claimed that Google Voice or Vonage does not work only AT&T works with their service. Since I don't have AT&T I had to take their wireless service device. They don't even mention that there is a Contract Term for taking wireless device. In my case our HOA has a master contract with Premier to provide monitoring service. Their wireless service contract has 5 yr term much much longer than their master contract expires with HOA. A month later they activated my neighbors service with Google Voice. I called customer service to ask the same and they hung up on me twice.

November 29, 2016   Revdex.com: After reviewing the message from Mr. [redacted] we feel that we need to follow up with a response to each of his concerns.  We did originally suggest to Mr. [redacted] that we might be able to save the car deal if we were able to secure a qualifying comaker on the deal.  He supplied us with the name and email of his possible comaker and we forwarded her a PDF of our credit application and asked her to complete and return to us via fax.  Over the next few days we were told numerous times that the fax would be coming but no one at the dealership ever received the application.  Mr [redacted]s statement saying that it was the dealership that backed out of the deal and not the lender is not exactly accurate.  When we first submitted the application to the bank the monthly income the customer stated he made did not end up matching up with year to date paystubs.  His year to date gross income as of September 5, 2016 did not even equal the amount he claimed to have made each month all year.  Once the bank saw the paystubs they placed the deal on hold unless Mr [redacted] could provide more provable income.  We gave him ample time to prove more income in case the documentation we were supplied with was not complete.  We never received additional income verification.  The deal was reaching its expiration time with the bank and we told Mr [redacted] that the only possible way to save the deal was to add a comaker with additional income to justify the car payment.  When we did not receive the comaker information in time the deal had ended up expiring with the bank and the bank asked us what we wanted to do.  In order to continue we would have had to start the entire process all over again with no guarantee of an approval.  So it was at this point we asked Mr [redacted] to return the vehicle.  He has returned the vehicle and has been reimbursed for his down payment and the first car payment he had made to the lender.  We hope that this will resolve this matter.  We are very sorry that this car deal was unable to reach completion. We told Mr [redacted] that we wanted to do a car deal with him and the bank did want to provide him with financing, but we have to be able to verify all information submitted on a credit application and if anything is not accurate we stand the risk of the car deal having to back up.   Regards, Hardin County Honda [redacted] Hardin County Honda ###-###-#### [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was asked if I could secure a cosigner and I did.  I was told we would start from scratch with the cosigner.  I was denied before the cosigner even provided the credit application.  I have spoke with the lender and was told that it was the dealership that actually backed out of the deal, NOT the lender.  I was also told from the lender that they would be sending out a letter.  I have not received such letter as of yet.  I will be returning the vehicle and will expect a check for the down payment and first payment ($2000 PLUS $154.25) before the key is turned over to the dealership.  The contract was signed by both parties and payment accepted the first payment which acknowledges the contract terms.

[redacted] County Honda is responding to a recent complaint regarding contract disputes. On September 25, 2015 a customer bought a 2009 Honda CR-V EX-L with full disclosure on all title work, contract...

paperwork, and available finance options that she could purchase on her own free will. In this complaint, the customer states that their signature is not on some of the contracts. That is false as the banks would NOT accept any contract or fund any contract with missing signatures. The issue is that the signature did not transfer to all the carbon copies. If hard copies of the contract are needed from the financial institution, those can be provided to the customerat any time. I can also assure you that no vehicle was switched during the time she looked and made the purchase. There is absolutely no reason under any circumstances that would have transpired. [redacted] County Honda has never done business that way and never will. In regards to the claims of looking at a "Flex Fuel Honda vehicle, Honda does not make a vehicle with Flex Fuel capabilities. In regards to claims made that she was refused cancellation of the extended service contract by our finance manager, this is not an accurate account. The finance manager goes over the benefits of the agreement and leaves it up to the customer to decide whether they want to cancel or not. We cannot refuse this to someone. This customer can come in at any time and cancel the extended service contract at their own free will. On March 6, 2016 the customer wrote a letter asking for a full refund on the extended warranty. The used car manager spoke with the customer numerous times offering to cancel the contract, but it is required for the customer to come in the store to do so. The customer refused to come back in. Full refunds cannot be issued on these. We can cancel them, and there is a pro-rated portion refunded. At no point in time has this customer expressed desire to get a full refund for the entirety of the purchase cost. This customer signed a bank contract, purchase order (reflecting exact mileage of the purchase), Vehicle Title Registration (reflecting exact mileage of the purchase), GAP contract, warranty contract, and several other documents that made it very clear what was being purchased. To resolve this issue, the customer needs to come in and cancel the warranty in person and sign the necessary documents. [redacted] County Honda has maintained an honest and great reputation for almost 40 years and willcontinue to do so.[redacted]Manager[redacted] County Honda[redacted]

BE ADVISED THAT MR. [redacted] CAME INTO OUR DEALERSHIP UNCERTAIN ON WHAT HE WANTED TO PURCHASE. HE HAD DISCUSSIONS WITH OURS SALES REP, [redacted], WITH REGARD TO THE PURCHASE OF EITHER...

A 2015 HONDA CIVIC OR HONDA FIT.  TOWARDS THE END OF THE NEGOTIATION THE CUSTOMER REQUESTED THE CIVIC ,WHICH WAS NOT IN STOCK, AND STATED HE WOULD PURCHASE THE UNIT AT [redacted] PRICING. WE RAN CREDIT ON THE CUSTOMER AND DETERMINED THAT IF WE COULD GET THE CUSTOMER FINANCED IT WOULD BE A SECONDARY PAPER PURCHASE WHICH REQUIRES A FEE TO PURCHASE THE PAPER.  [redacted] PRICING LEAVES NO ROOM FOR NEGOTIATIONS SO WE TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT WE WOULD HONOR [redacted] PRICING ON THE CIVIC IF HE WAS ABLE TO OBTAIN HIS OWN FINANCING.  AT NO TIME IN THE NEGOTIATIONS DID THE CUSTOMER MENTION MONEY DOWN OR PAYMENTS. HIS FOCUS WAS ON THE SALE PRICE.  WE AGREED TO THE [redacted] SALE PRICE ON THE CIVIC AND TOLD THE CUSTOMER THE UNIT WAS NOT IN STOCK AND WE WOULD HAVE TO ACQUIRE THE UNIT FROM ANOTHER DEALER.  THIS IS NOT AN UNCOMMON SITUATION IN THE SALE OF A NEW VEHICLE AS WE PAY DRIVERS TO RETRIEVE THE INVENTORY. THE INFO THE CUSTOMER SENT TO [redacted] WAS ON THE WRONG CAR. AS STATED PREVIOUSLY, HE WAS ALSO INTERESTED IN THE FIT. THE PAPER WORK HE SUBMITTED TO [redacted] WAS ON THE FIT WHICH HE HAD ALSO REQUESTED A PURCHASE PRICE. THE CUSTOMER GAVE US A $200.00 CASH DEPOSIT. WE PROCEEDED TO DEALER TRADE FOR THE UNIT AND HAD IT AVAILABLE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO PICK UP THE NEXT AFTERNOON.
WE INVESTED THE CUSTOMERS MONEY TO RETRIEVE THE CAR HE WANTED. THAT IS COMMON PRACTICE. THE MISUNDERSTANDING DOES NOT TAKE AWAY THE EXPENSE OF OBTAINING THE UNIT. I NEED NOT RESPOND WITH REGARD TO THE CUSTOMERS BELLIGERENT ATTITUDE AND FALSE ACCUSATION STATED IN HIS COMPLAINT. HARDIN COUNTY HONDA HAS BEEN PART OF THE MILITARY COMMUNITY FOR 33 YEARS.  OUR RECORD IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND OUR CURRENT Revdex.com STANDINGS TELL THE STORY.

From: [redacted] Sent: Friday, November 18, 2016 1:08 PM Subject: complaint id [redacted] response To Whom it May Concern: Hardin County Honda received a complaint from the Revdex.com regarding [redacted] (complaint ID [redacted]) and the selling practices involved. On October 10,...

2016, Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2003 BMW 530I from us. Mr. [redacted]'s purchase was contingent upon providing proper documentation proving his residence, employment, and income. When he came in to take delivery of the vehicle he provided these documents.  Upon the receipt of these and other documents the bank starts the process to fund the loan to the dealership. The reason for the “kick back” is that during the processing of this loan, the bank found that Mr. [redacted]'s income was provided through financial aid. Due to the fact that this lender will not use financial aid as a source of income and subsequently will not fund the loan (pay the dealership for the vehicle) we have asked Mr. [redacted] to return the vehicle. During the processing of this loan, he did make one payment of approximately $155 to the lender. This will be refunded to Mr. [redacted] along with his initial down payment upon the return of the BMW. Most respectfully, [redacted] Manager Hardin County Honda [redacted] ###-###-####
