When tech arrived to home the homeowner already had the water shut off and stated that his pipes were frozenHomeowner had torn out the drywall in the garage and had a propane heater blowing on the pipes to un-thaw themFollowing protocol and procedure as expected by the warranty company whom Premier is contracted with, the tech reported this information to the warranty company and also to see if the homeowner would be covered for possible repairs, and at that time the tech was advised that the homeowner would not be covered, for they do not cover any repairs needed due to frozen pipesAlso per the homeowner's home warranty company, the deductible/service fee is due upon arrival/at start of service

I took two days of vacation to have this company "correct" an issue with my Water Heater (WH)I was referred to them through my home warranty company and later it was determined the warranty did not cover the Anode RodSo, like a good nature citizen, I paid the service call- mostly so I would not have to find a different company and pay a second service call for the same information to be repeatedFirstly, when the technician arrived I told him "I don't know a ton about water heaters, but after researching the symptoms, WH brand and model, I am confident that is most likely the Anode Rod." He quickly tried to sell me that my brand and model did not use an Anode Rod (even though there was a sticker on the WH reading 'ANODE' and the owners manual disputed his claimsThen I was told I had to reschedule for service and maintenance, and I would have my WH cleaned and Anode replaced, two days laterThe technician showed up for the scheduled maintenance, completed the cleaning and treatment of the WH, which took approximately mins, then began set up in order to replace the Anode rodHowever, before he got started he said "hey man I have the wrong part, and I have to run to another jobI will go complete this other job, grab the part and call you when I am on my way back." I reluctantly agreed, and here is the shocker- HE NEVER CAME BACK THAT NIGHTI did not hear from the technician until mid-afternoon the following dayWe agreed on a time for him to come over and finish the services rendered- it took approximately minsThe technician then suggested stopping by a few days later to check on seals (free of charge) and of course, never showed upEffectively, I moved my schedule around three times in order to accommodate the company, when the company should accommodate the customer!! I called the company and conversed with the wonderful "office staff" as I evidently interrupted her texting during our conversation (yeah I heard your bird tweet notification and caught your long pause "uhhhhh" prior to addressing my concerns.) I requested some sort of discount (20% (or $35)) since a minute total project took days from my scheduleUpon my request I was told "let me call you back"I gave it a week, and here I am writing a reviewThis company does not care what you think, want, or how satisfied you areHappy belated Veterans dayDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!
On a scale of one to ten:
Owner business practice-
Office staff professionalism-
Technician knowledge and professionalism-
Follow up service- negative

This company was hired by my home warranty company I wish I'd done my own research
The tech they sent, "Ken" was very pleasant, but knew absolutely nothing about what he was assigned to work Even after looking at the system, he repeated "well, it's working though" because there was water flow He finally offered to call his managers, because "they will know that's why they get paid the big bucks."
At that point, we were done This is not something we're going to fumble through
Following that minute visit, I received a bill for $

This company was who I was given through my home warranty company, unfortunately. This company came to our home and said they could do nothing until we created access. Okay, so the following day I contact the company and request an appointment for 5 days later and received no response. Two days following, my husband called and informed them I left a message requesting an appointment for the repair and they responded with it was too early to give a good time (this was on a Friday, I asked if they could come the following Tuesday). My husband stays home Tuesday as he was told they could do Tuesday, but we were never informed of a time. Of course, the company never shows. My husband called twice throughout the day, with no response. The warranty company calls them and they deny any contact with us and informed they would call to schedule. I called the company in an attempt to schedule and Jerry states that he isn't sure who we are and he was trying to find our paperwork. I refreshed his memory and all the sudden, oh yeah I remember you guys. No apology, no offer for an appointment, and proceeded to tell me that it was mine and my husband's fault because they never confirmed a time (after we called the 4 times). This company collected our payment and never completed any work what so ever and proceeded to yell at me and blame my husband and I for their mistake.

I would NEVER recommend this "company" to anyone.
