I paid them $700 for a loan for school and it was supposed to come off my credit and it has not come off yet and now the company is closed
Year2019

Desired Outcome

I want my money back and I want this loan off of my credit

In 2019 I contacted this company with student loan debt. I paid $600 and nothing has been done in what was promised in them helping.
I have noticed upon researching that a company is involved out of NewYork that my money went too, it's called *** Bronx NY, I have tried to inquire on the matter by calling, all I got was a man whom could speak English very well. He informed me the owner was not there and to call back in a couple of weeks, this happened 3 times.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund from the company and arrests made, and serious investigations by the BBC instead of just collecting complaints.

Made 3 payment 2019 September October November 600.00 for student forgiveness Program. Payment came out of my checking account. It was a scam
September 2019 1st payment October and November

Desired Outcome

Paid 3 payments. Came out ify bank account this is for my daughter student forgiveness program. Now it's messing up her credit score

They told me if I paid $900 that my student loan would be resolved and that it would stop reporting negative on my credit.
They told me if I paid $900 that my student loan would be fixed and I wouldn't have to make payments on it anymore. They told me by making 3 payments of $233 that I would just have to sign some paper in the mail that never came and my student loan would be good to go. My student loan is very much still effecting my credit and now even more behind on payments. I have sent multiple emails and nothing has been done. I've called multiple times no answer no call back like requested from the emails.

Desired Outcome

I want my $900 back

I paid over $700 for Student Loan Repayment processing. The state never received information. I was scammed and now they won't return calls or emails.
Premier Processing now calls themselves JE Medical. I paid over $700 for Student Loan Repayment processing. The state never received information. I was scammed and now they won't return calls or emails. I asked to speak with a supervisor. They will not supply a refund since this was all completed in June and they refuse to email information back.

Desired Outcome

I want my money returned to me. I can supply bank statementsNs a receipt they mailed to me for services which were never completed on their end.

I enrolled in a program with Premier Processing Center for student loans February 2019. I never get a response and my payments are always past due.
I enrolled in the *** D *** Federal Loan Forgiveness Program with Premier Processing Center February 21, 2019 with *** R. I paid almost $700 in an enrollment fee and was told my payments would be $10.00 a month for 10 years and the rest would be forgiven. She also stated I would get a welcome call as well as a welcome packet in the mail within a few days. She sent me a welcome email that day stating to "save our phone number and don't hesitate to call. We are here to assist you in document preparation and consulting services." I never received the call or the packet. She stated my payment would reflect FedLoans billing and it never has. She stated the payments would be cleared out for 3 months while everything was processing and my payments would start June 2019. I also received an email from Brandon that day requesting paystubs which I sent over right away. I remember calling several times within that 3 months because the payment was still showing due. When I finally was able to reach someone, I was told my application was missing references and was frozen. They never once reached out to inform me of this. I provided my references and come June, FedLoans again billed me for about $280 and every time I called it would go to voicemail and they never would call back. I also have requested the packet to be mailed several times since then and still have not received it. When I finally was able to reach a manager July 26, 2019 by phone, I wanted to cancel the program and get my enrollment fee returned to me so I could pay the past due balance to FedLoans. The manager, Alise, told me they would return half the fee as the work was done. I have no proof of any "work" being done and the program/service they offered has still not been fulfilled. Alise stated I would get a call back from *** R. that day to get it all taken care of. She called back and once again promised my payments would reflect the $10.00 and I would not have to call back again for the same issue. I emailed on July 28th thanking her for the call back on the 26th and asking for the packet to be mailed again. She email back on July 29th stated she would mail the packet. I checked every month after that and my payments were always $0.00. Come October 27th, I received my FedLoans statement and it showed my payment of $279.91 due November 11, 2019. I emailed *** R. on October 27, 2019 informing her of the payment as well as never receiving the packet. She emailed back October 28, 2019 stating she would look into it and that was the last contact I have had with them. I have left voicemail after voicemail and email after email explaining my payments are now past due for November and December and I have January due January 11, 2020 and never once got a response. On December 10th, I emailed stating I want to cancel the program and get my full enrollment fee returned so I can pay the past due payments and just start paying FedLoans directly and if I did not get a response by December 13th, I would take further action. I still have yet to receive a response.

Desired Outcome

I would like a call back by phone from Alise, my program cancelled, and my full enrollment fee refunded to me.

I paid this company $700.00 to start the Loan Forgiveness Program. I made 2 payments to start the process. I was told that it would take 90days for the process to be complete. I was told that my loans would be consolidated. This has been over 90days and yet to receive any paperwork. I have been dealing with this Since May 24,th 2019. I cannot reach them. When you call leave messages/email they don't return your calls. I call daily and can never get through. I feel like my number has been blocked. They have scammed me out of $700.00 for a service that I paid for that never took place. I'm beyond furious. I want my full refund back. I'll never do business with this company again.

Customer Response • Nov 07, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As you can see, the company did not work on my behave until I have called and emailed them many times. Many of the claims they make happened because I called the loan service and refiled all the paperwork myself. They did not get the payment down, I did. I was also told I would be enrolled into a grant program, which they did not do. When I confronted finally got in touch with someone at their company, I was hung up on. Their customer service is poor. I had to redo all the paperwork myself that they claimed to submit.

I gave the company $699 in 3 installments to consolidate loans. I keep trying to get ahold of them and no response.
I paid the full amount requested to have loans consolidated and forgiven after ten years. I paid $699. I have tried to reach out to them and no response.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded the full amount of $699

Premier Processing Center Response • Oct 16, 2019

per the agreement you signed and stated past the time for a refund.

Promised a loan repayment to be completed in 13 months with remaining debt to be forgiven.

Desired Outcome

I would like a total refund of charges.

Premier Processing Center Response • Oct 16, 2019

per the agreement you signed in march its passed *** refund time. Please go to the agreement if you have any questions.

Customer Response • Oct 22, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I absolutely do not accept the response.
According to federal law, "if one party will lie or deliberately conceal a relevant information, a contract will be considered void due to misrepresentation." The agreement in March would NEVER have been signed if I was given the correct information. I was lied to and mislead, by both Sergio and ***, to believe my loans would be forgiven through the Fedloan PSLF program in 13 months if I paid $699. In October, I learned it is impossible to have loans forgiven through the program in that time period. I was drug along on this scam from March until October so I would have been unable to request a refund in a timely manner. Had I known then what I know now, I would have requested for a refund then. Irregardless, the agreement is void due to misrepresentation by Premier Processing Center, and I should still be refunded my $699.

Premier Processing Center Response • Oct 23, 2019

Per the agreement and the 13 months was never mentioned due to recordings that Our head of company listened to when we requested refund due to clients request. The PSLF program is 120 months for non profit , state or government job. As well paper work has been submitted and completed and a full refund can not happen due to agreement that was signed by the client.

This company pretended to be a reputable student loan forgiveness service and scammed me out of $700.
I qualify for the student loan forgiveness program because I'm a public servant. Ended up talking to this company somehow and was promised that the $699 "processing fee" would be credited to my account after paperwork went through. This never happened and they stopped answering phone calls or emails. They completely scammed me and I feel dumb.

Desired Outcome

I want my $699 back.

Premier Processing Center Response • Sep 26, 2019

Hello , Your file is completed and per the agreement you signed that you have states what we do and what gets done. You have disputed this with the bank and got a refund. We cant refund if you disputed it with the bank. We are handling the case with the bank.

Customer Response • Oct 03, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I had to dispute with the bank because your "company" took my money and ran with it. I called and left several messages and emails with no returned response. This went on for months. You would have never refunded my card because you are not a legit, reputable service. You got what you wanted from me and I feel sorry for others who fall into your trap as well.

I paid this company $700 to get my wife out of student loan default and never got the service they promised us. We would like our money back
In February of 2019 we reached out to this company to help process the paperwork needed to get my wife out of here student loan default. They informed us it would take 90 days to get this done, but come the 90 days we recieved no paperwork and everytime I called they say it would take another couple weeks. *** was the point of contact and after months of them dodging us I disputed the payment with my bank but they informed me they couldnt help because the payment was made longer than 90 days. I believe this company tells you the paperwork will take 90 days because they know the banks policies of disputes. They now have my wife and my cell phones blocked and when I call on another phone *** HANGS UP ON ME!!!

Desired Outcome

I would like my $700 back and the world to know that this company is a scam.

Promised loan forgiveness if I paid 699$ and when I checked no loans were paid off.
On June 25th if 2019, I contacted this company in hopes of being able to star paying off my student loans. The woman I spoke with told me that I was eligible for loan forgiveness. I just needed to pay 699$. I said alright and gave her my bank account information. I checked my loans today (August 30th) and nothing has been paid while they have taken 466$ so far. Others have stated they lost the full 700$ or more.

Desired Outcome

I would like my 466$ back so I can personally start paying off my student loans myself instead of relying on another company promising loan forgiveness when I am not eligible.

Premier Processing Center Response • Sep 20, 2019

The payments per the agreement you singed is a processing fee. We are working on your file and everyone is eligible for student loan forgiveness . Goes by income and family size. Per the agreement passed you cancellation date.

I was scammed out of $700 that I paid this company towards my student loans.
In May of this year I reached out to this company for help with my student loans. (I was in default, and was trying to re enroll in school) I spoke with an agent named Sergio in June. He gave me information about forbearance, deferments, and consolidations of my student loans. At the time, I had no job so I was told I qualified for $0 payments. I was also told by Sergio, in order to enter into the program I would have to make 3 payments of of $233 or I could make one payment of $699, which I was led to believe the payment was to completely remove me from default. I made the payment over the phone in June with Sergio with my debit card. Never heard anything else from them until I started calling them weeks later. After getting the run around fork Sergio, I began to speak with *** (The Manager). She would always promise to call me back but never did. When I began calling and asking for her directly, she would answer then leave me on hold for hours. Finally they stopped answering my calls. I would then start to call from different phone numbers and they *** and Sergio would always answer the phone. After I'd give my name they would either hang up or put me on hold. Fast forward to July, I called Dept of Education, Navient, Nelnet, Great Lakes. They all have my loans and say no payment was ever made to them. They say they have never heard of the company and have not had any communications from anyone about my loans for months. I finally reach *** (from a number with a completely different area code. Every number I dialed that starts with '601' she wouldn't answer) she tells me Premier Processing Center was buying my loans. The company I paid. My first time hearing this. Sergio nor *** will email me or text me anything about my loans. I just think it's very unfair that they can scam hard working people like this and get away with it. I've tried twice to get a refund from my bank. No success.

Desired Outcome

A refund. Or at least an update on my loan status. According to my school, I am still in default. Also according to the Dept of Education and Navient they have had no communications with this company.

Premier Processing Center Response • Aug 27, 2019

Per the agreement you signed as well your loans are defaulted there is a 6-9 month process to get out of default. Per the agreement you signed which when ever a client is signing an agreement it stays in your email for a copy for your records.

Customer Response • Sep 10, 2019

My loans are not being consolidated. Every time I speak with someone at Navient or The U.S. Dept. of Education, they have no records of Premier Processing Company. They also tell me every time I call, I'm still in default and the process of the default removal has not even started. PREMIER PROCESSING COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Also Premier Processing also never informed me it would take 6-9 months to get out of default. I was told 30 days. I was also told to call my school each week after my payment was received to check the status. After I started requesting refunds and call backs, I was then told it could take 6-9 months. They lied to me from the beginning.

I have cancelled my contract with Preimer Processing and they still have not refunded me my deposit.
Called looking for my FedLoans to resolve my payment plan. When I googled the number, I ended up calling Premier Processin . They offered to resolve my student loan concerns and provide me with student loan forgiveness if I agreed to be in the program. On July 8, 2019 they had me agree to the program and rushed me through the contract to have signe . The processed the payment on my Keybank debit card for $699. I felt unconscious with the situation and contacted the FedLoans number directly from my statements for confirmation on this plan. Fedloans informed me that Premier Processing was not a legitimate business acting on behalf of my student loans and I should not have to pay to qualify for a FedLoan program. I called Premier Processing in July 12, 2019 to cancel the contract. Per their contract agreement, they agree to refunding you 50% of your deposit. As of today, August 25, 2019, I have still not been refunded. I contact Premier Processing once a week since the cancellation and have been hung up on, re-routed or informed that they have refunded me, but the merchant has not processed the payment.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded the 50% of my deposit ($349.50) that I am contractually owed from terminating my agreement with Premier Processing.

I NEED TO BE REFUNDED 233.37 IMMEDIATELY FROM JULY 15TH 2019 DUE TO PREMIER PROCESSING CENTER BEING A COMPLETE SCAM. I WILL GIVE YOU ONE HOUR THEN....
JULY 15TH 2019 THEY TOOK $233 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I MUST RECEIVE IT BACK. IM NOT LIKE THESE OTHER PEOPLE I LIETERALLY FEED MY ENTIRE FAMILY BY MYSELF. YOU HAVE UNTIL THEN END OF THE DAY IVE ALREADY CONTACTED MY BANK YOU SHOULD BE HEARING FROM THEM SHORTLY I DO NOT CARE *** HOW LONG THIS TAKES I WILL SEE YOU ALL IN COURT.

Desired Outcome

REFUND ME MY MONEY PLEASE AND THANK THE AMOUNT OF 233.37

Premier Processing Center Response • Aug 27, 2019

Hello Good Morning,
You could of called a manager or the rep who assisted you. And per the agreement you signed you have a time frame for cancellation and it states our name on the contract YOU SIGNED on 7 pages. Per recording rep never mentioned he worked for fed loans as well. As we email mail our clients back to let them know step by step there status our name is on our emails as well. Even when we send you a welcome email the same day welcoming you into the program.

I am in a forbearance program with Fed Loan Servicing. On 08/05/19, I called Fed Loan Office to have an update about my file. While the receptionist transferred me to the Finance Dept., somebody from Premier Processing Center took over my call phone and identified himself as Fed Loan associate worker. He pick up my bank account ID number and certified me that he will change quickly my Forbearance to Loan Forgiveness; and Fed Loan will reduce my principal to zero (0) balance. That PPC man had withdrawn $466.00 from my bank account in two bank transactions. On 08/14/19, I called Fed Loan Servicing who clearly stated that's a fraud that Premier Processing Center made on my bank account. So Fed Loan requested me to call them quickly to give me my full refund. I called PPC Office on 08/15/19. My file showed up. So they recognized they used Fed Loan name and made a fraud on my bank account. But, they refused to give me my money back. So I report my situation to Revdex.com in order for Premier Processing Center to refund me my full amount of $466.00.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like for Premier Processing Center to refund me my full amount of $466.00.

Premier Processing Center Response • Aug 27, 2019

Hello ,
Per the agreement you have a cancellation period especially when we started working on your forms. You signed a contract that was on 7 pages per the VERIFICATION RECORDING with you agreeing and understanding what we stated what was getting done and payments and dates and amounts.

Customer Response • Sep 05, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Honestly if I did know about that company and if I knew that they weren't working in collaboration with my loan I will never get affair with them. I remembered clearly they clarified me that they will help me with my loan (paid off my debt), and they made me believe on them. But instead of helping, they made me in a bad position with Fed Loan, When I contacted my loan to double check with them. before I made my second payment that they already took from me without contacting me. Fed Laon agent personally told me they did not receive any of those payments and the worse thing is they didn't know absolutely nothing about that company. They stated to me also that I made a big mistake. The fact is I don't need to have affair with that company and I need them to give me my full refund back. Thank you.

I am unable to contact this company. They are charging me $699 to keep me on the pay as you earn program because of being disabled. Can not reach them
I am disabled because of brain trauma and was charged $699 by this company to put me on the "Federal Student Loan Pay as You earn program". I just found out that there is no fee for this and that I should not have been charged for this program.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the $699
