This co told me they could wipe out my fed loan bilschool bill.
I I was scammed by this co. They tell me I owe 175.00 for getting a forgiveness on my school bill. This was in July of 2019. They had me e sign now they say I gotta pay. I am not paying this. When I got this 175.00 notice I knew I had been scammed. I sent a message and got a response and phone number. Tried to call her Saturday say they close on sat. Open Monday at 9:00.

Desired Outcome

Resolve charges. Will not pay.

Spoke with this client . Account was cancelled per her request when she spoke to the manager. No money was ever drafted. Per the agreement she singed she had 3 days to cancel she called in we cancelled her account.

I was charged a $699 fee for a service that is legally meant to be done for free.
At the end of May 2019, I called MyFedLoan in regards to my student loans (I was hoping to lower my monthly payments). The phone number I called was THROUGH the MyFedLoan portal and a young man named Sean Johnson answered.

After asking for my social security number, he then proceeded to tell me that I qualified for "debt forgiveness" which would mean that they would work with MyFedLoan directly and I was forgiven of up to $18,000 of my student loans (meaning I would owe only a little more than 3k). Which didn't quite add up since my student loans were far less than that. It equivocated to 112 mo. payments of $112 per month (this was one of two options given). I have been making steady payments on my student loans for a while and the thought of having most of my debt from my education taken care of was almost too good to be true. I could even pay off the $3k quickly and then my bills would be $0.00 until the 112 month term had expired. All that needed to happen was a fee for this process to move forward of $699.

As I did NOT have that amount of money, they agreed that they could split the payments. Two payments of $349 on July 11, 2019 and August 3, 2019. There was no paperwork mailed to me (it was promised 30-60 business days after the fee was processed) and a contract was emailed over via digisign. I was also told that I no longer needed to contact MyFedLoan.

ALL the contract stated was that they were charging the fee in order to negotiate with the Department of Education over my loans. Fast forward to July 22nd, and I cannot get ahold of PPC (I have called many times during business hours and no answer...their voicemail says that they will re-open their office on MEMORIAL DAY....which is in May). I since researched their business, which there are many, many negative reviews where students such as myself poured money towards this process and later discovered that nothing had actually happened to their loans.

I've spoken with two MyFedLoan representatives and both have verified that even though the number was attached to their website, there is no indication that this company works with them. I also do not even qualify for what was promised by PPC. AND my account is active with MyFedLoan.

While I have only had a $349 taken from my bank account, I am furious that this sort of scam exists. It's brilliant honestly...technically legal and taking full advantage of the student debt system and the graduated students who are working hard to make that debt decrease.

I have since informed my bank accounts of their actions, opened up a Fraud request to attempt to get my money back, and sent an email to Sean Johnson of PPC explaining that I am "cancelling this process" and requesting a refund. I would like my money back so that I can put it towards an actual student loan, not a false promise.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for the $349, ALL of my information given/gathered to be deleted, and I would like to never be contacted by Sean Johnson or PPC again. PPC is also NOT authorized to not charge my bank accounts or credit cards any further.

I was charged $699 for help with student loans which I later found could be done for free. Can not get return phone call.
I was looking for my student loan provider and was directed to this business when entering information in a google search. Was told that it would cost me $699 to resolve my student loan issue and that this company was in direct contact with my provider. Spoke with Ricardo Duque at ext 314 and was given ext 300 for *** as my "account specialist." This was on April 1,2019. I was told my repayment on my Student Loan would be $20 a month. I have now received mail from another company stating my loan is with their company. I call this company today and was told that Premier Processing Center charged me unnecessarily and that the services would have been free from my original lender. I have also received email contact today from my original student loan lender with my regular monthly statement. I had been advised from Ricardo that I would no longer be paying my original lender. I tried calling Premier Processing Center and have been unable to reach Ricardo or *** and have received no return call. I payed $699 to this company using my debit card.

Desired Outcome

I would like the return of my $699.00.

I was told that I had to pay this company $600 to assist me in getting in a Federal Loan service that would get my Student Loans out of default. I enrolled in January. For three weeks now, starting in March, I have not heard a thing from the company, in particular, ***. I have sent numerous emails and called and left messages. Nothing.
Product_Or_Service: Student Loan Default Services

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like my $600 back. I am in law school and need to find another way to resolve my student loan issue. They scammed me.

Premier Processing Center Response • May 02, 2019

As per the agreement and passed *** than 2 weeks your loans are being serviced and be processed .

Customer Response • May 03, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I was able to get myself in a program at no cost to me working with the holder of my loans. I'm making $5 a month payments for 9 months and my student loans will be out of default. This company took my $600 and has done nothing to benefit me. I want my money back. I did in one day what they have failed to do in 3 months.

Like I stated
We stated it can take 6-9 months for defaulted loans to get out of the status in a rehabilitation program. Your loans were in a negative status.

the account is in a cancel status due to these Revdex.com complaints and refund is past due due to the fact past the agreement terms.
