Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:If I had an itemized bill, I would know what work was performed, but Premier has not provided a bill that verifies the work and materials in this totalI have an estimate from my insurance company that shows the work and costs that were approved, however, the insurance company would not know what work was actually completedI have an estimate from Premier that estimates the costs before any work beganThe Premier agent told me that they would not know exactly the work that needed to be done until they were actually doing the workPremier sent me an estimate that shows the materials and work that was anticipated to be completed, however, I do not have an itemized bill that shows the materials and work involved in completing the jobI want a bill that shows the materials and work that shows the work actually completed and how the total amount of the bill was calculatedAn itemized bill is similar to a sales receiptThe itemized bill would show the goods and services that were purchasedIf there was an adjustment in the scope of work, that would simply be a line item on an itemized bill that shows a cost adjustment“Property restoration per insurance proceeds and deductible” does not verify the work completed.Here is a copy of the billThis bill does not verify the materials and costs for the job Sincerely, [redacted]

Our representative [redacted] notified us that he was at the job site within hours of our receipt of the complaint from the Revdex.com and that the customer was now satisfied If there are any further issues please advise

Per our sales representative, Mr [redacted] insurance company did not cover all of the repairs needed to his property Our representative informed Mr [redacted] of this, apologized, and informed Mr [redacted] that he was free to pursue a different contractor Mr [redacted] would like Premier to complete the work for a price that will not sufficiently cover costs and Premier can not proceed with the construction under those terms Premier has not taken any money from Mr [redacted] and we ask that this complaint be removed on the grounds that no goods or services have been exchanged

We have notified the customer that the file will be closed, the $will be mailed directly to the homeowner, and Premier Roofing will not have anymore contact going forward We apologize for any inconvenience that this process has caused throughout the last year

We are unable at this time to provide a response as we do not have a specific request for an amount of money being requested We disagree in principle with the complaint for several reasons, both on the substance of the claim of damages and based on our contract with the customer Please provide a specific request for funds and provide either an estimate or a scope of work being requested as we are unable to respond to the request in its current form

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/09/24) */ [redacted] ***'s roof is complete To be clear- at the time of the complaint- the roof had not been under construction for monthsIt had been weeks from commencement The job site was not left in disarray and the quality of the work on the home is top notch [redacted] was frustrated that the project was not completed more quickly however it was not our contractual obligation to complete it in a shorter time frameWe had an issue with a crew member being hurt in a car accident mid-project which required a couple of weeks to find a replacementThe roof that was leaking was not our rowas the original roof on the homeWe understand [redacted] ***'s frustration but question the necessity of a Revdex.com complaint as we had never ignored any requests for information or failed to communicate with the customer and will provide copies of our phone records up to the time of the complaint being filedAttached is a snip of the minute phone call our general manager had with the [redacted] the same day the complaint was filedWe don't believe this complaint meets the Revdex.com's criteria for a complaint on our record and request that it be removed

We have been in contact with the customer and everything is moving towards final resolution and customer satisfaction

We reached out to the customer the day we received the complaint The customer indicated to us that they were satisfied at this time

We are in contact and will resolve the dispute

Dear Revdex.com, We are unsure of the specific request being made at this point in time as there are bullet points at the front end of the complaint regarding ice and water shield and a problem with dormer roofing, but later in the letter the customer infers that we did not install a ridge vent which she hired another contractor to install for $ I would like to point out that the customer in her complaint has noted that Premier has been responsive to her demands- including investigating an issue which was not Company's fault (the leak was originating from a window, not the roof) We stand by the workmanship on this project 100% and we also stand by our manager's position that there was no ridge vent installed prior to Premier Roofing's involvement I have attached "before" and "during" construction photos of the subject property which clearly show that no ridge vent was installed before the project commenced I have also provided photos of the ice and water shield which was installed properly at both the eaves and around the chimney If the customer is seeking remuneration for a ridge vent which was not part of our contract, or existing on the property prior to construction, we cannot meet that request as it is neither owed nor fair to the BusinessIf there is a different outcome sought by the customer we are not averse to listening to further demands

Customer has indicated to our staff in Kansas City that he is satisfied

We are still in communication and working with all parties involved to resolve this matter

Our General Manager *** *** is scheduled to visit the site with the Customer this Saturday

We have been in contact with Mr***r subsequent to his filing of this complaint We were not notified of the Revdex.com complaint until after we had been in contact with Mr***r as the Revdex.com's online system was down We are going to repair anything that has been damaged per our year
workmanship warranty.We do not know why there was a communication breakdown over this day period We do have a new administrator in our Fort Collins office- who is well-trained- however our General Manager was indeed out of the office at our year-end conferences on the dates listed and my only assumption is that there was some concern over the chain of command during this short day period Had our managers known there was a roof leak- they would have acted in a much more expeditious manner, and we are sorry that it took this long for our company to respond We will make everything right
