Well first off thanks for the opportunity to review a company as there are way to many poorly managed and crappy businesses that the Revdex.com should crack down on like apartment management companies first off However the premier solutions team is great professional kind caring team And for a company that helps millions pay debt off at an affordable rate some of the other companies I researched actually charge you to use them increasing the overall debt cause your paying the off as wellI don't feel that way with premier solutionsI changed my debit card and missed a payment and they were on top of making sure I stayed on top of my game and played up without extreme punishment or consequences that's a team who cares my property management team could learn from this company Go Team Premier Solutions , special thanks to Laura Garcia and Ly Phu super vigilant and hard working women, I feel the deserve a raise a substantial one promotions!? I cannot express how grateful I am to Premier They have saved me literally THOUSANDS of dollars I was so stressed over student loans and Premier Solutions completely put my mind at ease Jacqueline [redacted] has been wonderful in helping me through this transition I have had to do almost nothing but provide some paperwork and Premier has taken complete control over the servicing of my loans I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Premier to anyone struggling with student loan debt It only takes a phone call!

My loans had spiraled out of control and they seem to just be growing and growing every time I looked up my balance I simply could not afford the $payment they were requiring from me I spoke with my student loan adviser, [redacted] and she was very patient in explaining my options to me I was a little skeptical at first because you made it so painless to actually get this taken care of I received my first bill for my new federal program and it is now $per month which is a lot more manageable I am so excited!!! Jackie helped me with both mine and my wife's student loans under the forgiveness programsMoney has been tight, so getting payments adjusted to our current income is very helpfulWe understand that our payments will go up as our income does which will hopefully be soonUntil then, I haven't really seen much of the details that are being managed, so I assume they're doing a good job?? I know our current payments are lower than beforeIt's the start of my second year and since income is better, our payment increasedThis was annoying but expected, and fairI'd love to simply have the loans forgiven, but understand that's not how it worksIf you think so, than it's my opinion you're part of the problem We'll probably end up paying them off completely because our income will go up, but if we don't after a certain time, we're doneIf we get to that point, I'll be curious if extra fees will be added on in the processHonestly, for the services provided, I think that'd be acceptable as long as they're reasonableI don't know why anyone wouldn't do this if there having a hard time making ends meet
