Jacqueline was more than helpful today over the phoneI wanted to gain further clarification about my account and the consolidation processShe was able to send me all the information I was looking for on my account plus some that I didn't know I was looking for which proved very helpful! She was extremely friendly over the phone & helped to update my account for the better without me knowing that things could get better! I am very happy that I called today! Thank you!

I was $20,in debt after school, and life changes/choice put me in a predicament about paying my student loan paymentMy two highest loan amounts out of six total, were unsubsidized and at an interest rate of 6.8%Paying these would have been like paying for a couple nice car loans, for an example
Before and after paying the fees, which is nominal to the accrued interests I will be saving, Premier Servicing Solutions handled everythingThey also have the knowledge most borrowers I assume probably won't about this student loan business
In the end, all my loans were conveniently consolidated through the department of education, at an acceptable interest rate of 5.65%This company, PSS, also handled for now and will continue to handle the payment options available to us borrowersIt is quite the hassle to do this yourself, especially that one mistake can cost you
Aaron DeGeorge was the gentleman whom I am most pleased with as all my emails and questions were promptly aswered or returnedPlease call him at *** *** *** and stand by to have your mind blown and the stress relieved
Now I can focus on the future without the financial burden holding me downThis helped me to create and establish a plan, rather than being stuck under a rock

They called me and I enrolledSo far it has been great communication between me and themI can text them! They lowered my monthly payment more than $dollarsI can see the light at the end of the student loan tunnelI cant wait to have my loans forgiven
Premier Solutions has been a big help to meNaviant who my student loan was through was trying to get way more than what I had and I had told Naviant that I am glad that this company came along and offered to reduce my loan payment and even how long I had to pay my loan offthe payment isn't out of my budget and is pretty good I have had several other companies offering me the same thing and I wish that they would stop calling pss even said that these other companies wouldn't be able to lower the payment which is fine by mePremier is an excellent company and their staff are friendly professional, if they can't help they are honest and get me someone who can
When client was contacting us & her calls were not answered this was due to the hours she was calling were not during our hours of operationsClient sent an email on 03/28/inquiry about her account & she was contacted the following morning on 03/29/& there no was no answer
therefore a voicemail was leftThis voicemail advised Ms*** that we had received her email & asked that she give us a call back at our Toll Free Number providing her our Customer Support extensionAfter that we had no response from Ms*** for about another month receiving another email on 04/23/stating that she has already requested someone give her a call, in which we reached out to her that same day again leaving her a voicemailThen following up with client again on 04/25/an additional voicemail was leftClient stated that our services are hurting her credit ratings when in fact, Ms*** stated herself she only knows she has experienced her credit score dropping but has not seen a copy of her credit report to actually identify the creditors that she may be falling behind withMs***’s Federal Student Loans have been paid in full through consolidation & she had been approved for an Income Drive Repayment Plan in which she has received documentation ofWe also are not a credit repair companyAfter speaking with Ms***She doesn't know if its actually her student loan that is behind that is causing her credit score to decreasePremier Solutions Servicing has completed her file and she she was approvedWe are still waiting for Ms *** to send in a copy of her credit report to find out what is causing her credit to be negatively impacted out of good faithThis complaint is not a valid complaint as her file was completedTherefor complaint should be removed
Jacqueline has been very prompt in replying to all of my needs and efficient at guiding me thru this somewhat confusing and lengthy processShe is able to break down step by step what has been completed and what still needs to be
This company is very good, they answered all my worriesThe personal were very nice and informative I have referred all my family and friends to the for help
