There were several bumps in the road but we are pleased to say we are in our home and slowly settling in One thing is I would not reccommend using their financial ( [redacted] ) the issues with them is one I still am upset about and have already begun working with my credit union to get rid of them I realize I can be difficult however I became that way due to the way I was treated They do not listen to you, you are rushed when asking questions, and of course blamed if something is wrong Our closing went fine, at first We left about min into our drive home we were called from [redacted] because the cashiers check for our down payment did not have our bank name listed on it, well I knew that and told that the day before when I was called because our bank is actually back home in [redacted] (we were told to keep it to show banking history) we use a shared banking branch here The shared bank would not issue a cashiers check as we were not account holders with their bank., we took the cash out and went to another bank (that I am joint acount holder with my ***) and they issued me a cashiers check so I assumed all was fine When he called me he had an attitude and said "you did not do what I told you to do" I was taken back at his aggresive tone, I told him no I told you it would not have our bank name on it you asked HOW we did our banking here and I explained that As my [redacted] and I listened to him and they way he was talking to me I told him I will call the title company and deal with them and I hung up All in all about hours later I had my bank (back in [redacted] ) wire the money and all was done The home is beautiful and I am happy but I am not satisfied with the financial aspect and would NOT reccommend anyone use them

Good Morning,The potential homeowner cancelled their contract with Anglia Homes on 12/05/After that time it takes four to six weeks for Anglia Homes to process an Earnest Money RefundAnglia Homes has no intent to withhold the five hundred dollars and is in the process of refunding the money

To Whom It May Concern:Mr*** closed on his home in December of and his warranty is past it's expiration dateOur warranty covers any defects with the home only, and does not include any damages caused due to lack of homeowner maintenanceOur inability to monitor how each individual
maintains and keeps their home, prevents us from extending our warranty to cover anything past the parameters that are laid out to the homeowner upon the close of their homeWe do, however, provide every homeowner with a warranty manual that outlines all provisions, exclusions, and expirations of their warranties as well as a Homeowner Maintenance Manual that outlines different processes to keep each home maintained, and when to inspect various aspects of the home to ensure damages are not caused because of neglectWe are unable to extend Mr***'s warranty, and will not be repairing any damages caused by homeowner negligenceThank you,

It is most unfortunate that Mrs*** was unable to
close on one of our homesHowever, we have had no response from her except
through the Revdex.comAfter leaving her several voicemails
requesting that she contact us regarding her contract, leaving both direct
business numbers as well as personal cell phone numbers as a method of
communication no phone calls were ever returned, nor emails receivedMrs
*** has yet to provide us with a letter of approval from an outside lender, and we are unable
to approve her through our in house lender, so we have been forced to cancel
the contractA check has been issued to Mrs*** for a refund of her earnest money and we wish Mrs*** all the best in her future endeavors
