a copy of
the building codes and Metcalfe installation procedures in effect during the time my home was
built. The following is a quote from the recent professional
HVAC technician inspection report:
"How is your duct work? All of your duct work systems are leaking
The supply plenum and connections needs to be replacedAll the attic duct work
connections are leakingThe supply and return lines all have kinks and bends
restricting air flowThe supply and return boot have not been sealed to the
attic floor." Estimate to repair $2,to $4,
