At this time I stand with my original response

In response to complaint ID [redacted] : Mr [redacted] 's response, again is a moot issue because he did return the unit to be repaired during the month guarantee period and later decided he wanted the unit's back, and because of a threat of going postal by him, it was decided to have his mother pick up the unit's Mr [redacted] amended his complaint and now states that a part is missing from the unit, this is a pure adulterated lie, the part is a plug in circuit board and was reinstalled in the unit In the original complaint there was no mention of any part missing from the unit Mr [redacted] demanded the return of his unit's during the month guarantee period and by doing so, breached the repair contract on his own, and therefore is not entitled to any refund Submitted this day: / / Joseph J [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hello, I [redacted] have accepted the response on 04/13/from Joseph Jimenez (Premier tv repair) On 04/11/ Joseph Jimenez stated he would call me on 04/13/to schedule a pickup timeI waited all that day for a call from him and he never called! On 04/14/ I called Mr Jimenez and left a message stating for him to call me back with a pickup dateAnd on 04/15/which is today, I text him and I still have no response from him! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There is something inherently wrong with the fact that I am just now hearing about the status of my television from a reply from from a Revdex.com complaint If Joseph just contacted me, like he promised, we could of taken care of it...but he did not, instead he avoided me at all costs and I learn of the status of my television from his reply here My inability to contact Joseph for months, is the basis of this complaint Joseph has intentionally avoided countless attempts to resolve this matter by calls texts and five trips to his office which is a minute drive from my house At some point Joseph needs to take the blame for his actions, or lack there of There are numerous negative reviews and complaints about Joseph on the internet and they all have to do with the same issue, once he gets your equipment and payment, he disappears This is not fair to the consumer and as a result Joseph should have a negative rating so others don't get taken advantage of in the same way.Joseph has also threatened to sue everyone that has given him a negative review (which are all of them), he must have a really good (and cheap) attorney on retainer I stated that since he will not return my attempts to remedy this situation my only conclusion is that he started selling the parts to the television That is not slanderous as it clearly states my opinion, as in "My only conclusion" So Joseph don't threaten me with your nonsense, you want to settle this in court I would be happy to, and I promise you I have deeper pockets.Joseph I will pick up the parts of the TV, at my convenience, not yours I have driven to your store too much (including this weekend), and I will not be picking it up in the next days If the parts are not there when I come and to pick up I will take further action.In closing, I would just like to reiterate how this has been the most frustrating experience in dealing with a business in my years Joseph has proven, IN MY OPINION (please don t sue me), to be unprofessional, unreliable and a compulsive liar throughout my dealings with him Please do not allow him to keep up these practices Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

RebuttalI gave consideration and got value from a relative who told me about Joseph J [redacted] .I learned of Premier TV an Audio Bldg B San Mateo Blvd NE (Joseph J [redacted] ) from a relative DBA [redacted] , in S.WAlbuquerqueI drove to Premier TV on Sunday to speak with Joseph J [redacted] about my JBL JRXPowered SpeakersI wanted to ascertain that they were in good working orderI found Joseph J [redacted] and a young relative who was Building an FM radio at the shop on this SundayHis open sign was litI went in and got into a conversation with Joseph J [redacted] about the speaker system and told him I had to go home to get it if could check it out that dayHe said he could so I drove home and loaded the speakers onto my truck and took them to Premier TVThe young man helped me unload them and Joseph J [redacted] hooked them up to his equipment and determined they needed potentiometer cleaningHe told me there was no charge to check them out but he charged $an hour for repairsHe charged me $and I paid him cash for this workHe didn’t give me a work order or repair order or payment receipt for this workWe talked about other equipment and he sold me a Westinghouse TV which was a piece of junk that needed repairHe told me he could fix itI paid him $for that TV which I have a receipt forTo this day I have demanded the TV but he has never given it to meIt has been months and I have not been able to conclude this transactionHe doesn’t keep regular business hours and doesn’t return callsHe claims I owe him $for the partI have a receipt for payment of $for the TV and now he wants $moreI want to see his requisition order for the partI have paid for the T.VI don’t owe him anymoreI still don’t have the TV in my possessionI told him in our conversation that I had an Infinity Powered Sub I wanted wanted to sell and he said he had someone who was looking for a Sub like thatI took it to him and he sold it and now because I didn’t get an agreement in writing to sell the Infinity, he is denying this consignmentAbout months ago Joseph J [redacted] changed the name of his business to Joseph’s TV and Audio Repair from Premier RV and Audio RepairWhy would he do that? He did this after the Revdex.com lowered his rating to “F”I want to know by what logic does Joseph J [redacted] charge me twice for merchandise and doesn’t deliver itI deny and refute any and all allegations made by Joseph J [redacted] He had twisted words and told untruthsHe has used words without producing any proof or documentsHe has reviews on his website- all negative- not positive reviewI have given consideration I want value

I am rejecting this response because: I don't believe a word he says. He has promised me he would fix TV but never returns calls or text messages. Ii have called or texted him almost every day for the last weeks. I have went by several times and he either wont open the door or is not there. He needs to call me to set up a time to return my TV and money if he is honest. So far for months he has not been

This is in response to the above ID Mr*** completely understood the delay in servicing the unit and stated several times that there was no rush considering the circumstances involved outlined in his complaintMr*** wanted his unit back and was able to pick up the unit, he got his
unit on AugSpecial part's were ordered for the modification of the unit and were attached to the unit when it was picked by Mr***, but he did not take the part's with him, these part's were special ordered and are not refundable and are still available to Mr***, the cost of the part's are $and are prepaid.Mr*** knew that the labor fee was $non refundable, the labor fee was a basic bench fee of $45.00, non refundable, because Mr*** is a veteran, other wise the labor would have cost $per unit, total $150.00, labor plus $for special order part'sAt this time Mr.*** is not entitled to any cash refund, and the special order part's are still available for Mr.*** to pick upAt this time there is a formal complaint with the Albuquerque Police Dept based on the fact that Mr*** attempted to file a police report that he knew was not true, he accused me of theift of his unit, (ie) theift by conversionThere is no money owed to Mr*** nor doe's he owe me any money, the only thing left is for Mr*** to pick up his part's by scheduled appointment. I stand by my response

As of this morning the situation has been resolved per agreement by Mr***, to continue the repair as intended

Part of Mr***'s complaint is true, for the first timeI did agree to complete the repair of his tv, however one of the boards was not available to complete the repair at the time of orderThe only vender's that I purchase part's fron provide a month guarantee on part's that is passed on to the customer, and the board was not available at the time and is still pending Upon completion of the repair, I provide a month guarantee The board that is needed is a Slave inverter board and is available only as a[ set ] that is a Master and Slave inverter board's, and I only need the Slave boardTwo board's are needed to fix this tv, a power supply board that is already installed and Slave inverter board When Mr*** brought the tv in for repair, he stated he did not want to spend l a lot of money to repair it, and if it cost's too much he would give me the tv in exchange for the diagnostic fee, of course he did not state this in his complaintHe did provide toward the parts only, and if he want's to back out of the repair at this time he doe's owe the diagnostic fee subtracted from the with a refund of 55.00, or I can continue to locate the board and complete the repairSome customer's file complaint's and always want a full refund after they know what it take's to repair tv, thus conning the service center out of the diagnostic fee, and then order the part's on ebayt to repair the tvThis happens frequentlyIn this case Mr*** did attempt to repair the tv himself before he brought it to meMr*** assumes that I want his tv, this is not true, I do not sell tv's only repair and this is an older tv, but in good condition

I am rejecting this response because: As consumer I was aware of of delays as reported by businessHowever, delays and excuses continued to be given with no attempt to fix equipmentA period of almost year from time of initiation of service until equipment was picked up - if business was not able repair equipment in this time they should have admitted they were unable to do work/obtain parts, returned equipment and refunded money. As business did not repair equipment and was unable to obtain parts, even though he stated to me on numerous occasions that parts had been received and equipment fixed, I still believe that the business owes me a refund for the work they did not completeAlso, when the equipment was picked up by my mother, because business did not want me to pick up equipment in person, the stereo receiver was found to be missing the original part that was supposed to be repaired - so receiver can no longer be fixed.

I originally filed complaint ID ***I took my inch Vizio TV for repair to MrJoseph J*** at PREMIER TV & Stereo Repair I paid $up front ( I have receipt) for parts for him to fix TV I owe him $to complete the jobJoseph J*** will not return my calls or text messages anymore to so I can pick up my TVThe police tried to contact him and he did not respondMrJ*** has my TV and my $and will not answer or return either oneMrJ*** threatened to sue me if I posted anything negative in the public mediaMrJ*** said there was a $diagnosis charge which would be applied toward fixing TVI Finally caught him at his place of business and he agreed to fix on 3/4/so I agreed and the complaint was closedAt that time he also told me he would not give me any of my money back so I agreed to let him fix TV if he actually wouldSince then he still won't Return my calls or text messagesHe is never at his business or wont answer door.I want my money and TV back I want Revdex.com to give him a bad rating for his bad business practice

Mr*** has filed a very inaccurate complaint concerning the repair of his tv The first inaccurate statement is He did not pay a deposit of $, this was a service call to his home outside the Albuquerque area and has a receipt that states SC charge Due to the age of
the tv and because it is outdated and no longer supported by the manufacturer, and parts are not readly available, any parts has to be done by a searchThe tv has three problems, the convergence ic's were bad and were ordered and installedthe digital control module was also defective because one color [ red] would not align with the other two colors ie blue and greenand I was able to locate this part and installed itthe reason this occurred is the main signal board that controls the digital control module is badThe main signal board is no longer available to date and cannot be rebuilt because it is obsoleteI have paid for the convergence ic's and the digital control module out of pocket and is a cost that I have to acceptMr*** stated that he think's I am selling part's from his tv, this is a pure adulterated lie, and a slanderous statement that he will have to answer toAt this point, Mr*** will have working day,s to pick up his tv chassis, there is no labor or part,s charge,s pendingprior to pickup of the tv I advise Mr*** to call me so I will be available for him to pickup his tvThe service call fee is not refundable The only reason I took the job was I really believed the tv could be repaired and the CRT's were looking good.considering the age of the tvMr*** was told by me, that if the CRT's were bad, I would have told him to forget repairing the tv and would only charge him for the house call, no where doe's he mention this, or all the time that I put toward the repair or the person that assisted me that I paid forThis is a classic example of people that like to complain about service when they have no idea what it takes to get some tv's repairedI would like to state that this tv is a 73" rear projection tv manufactured by Mitsubishi, and other shop's would not have even gone to Mr***'s home and attempt service of this unit Submitted this day of 4/11/ Joseph J***

I talked to ***, the person that brought the tv to my shop and we agreed to continue the repair and he understood that a part had to be sent back and a new one reorderedThis is in process now due to the fact that the part was ordered from a different supplierThe part is still on order at this time with an ETA of 5-days as of this morning

Verbal Update:Joseph J*** has perpetrated this fraud by purposely avoiding communicating with me by the internet or by textingWhere there is proof of the transaction, I believe that he will claim that there is no proof to my complaintHe has refused to deal with this fraud by threatening me with legal action to keep me away from him to resolve this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: like usual he won't answer his phone I tried calling 04-14-and 04-15-16. I left him a text message and he did not respond. This is how he does business. He is very unprofessional nothing he says is true
