The problem with the tv is there are board's that can cause the same problem[ ie] [ line's in picture ]When I received the tv for repair the first time, I turned it on and it took day's for the problem to show upI then did a diagnostic and determined the screen driver board was defective,
and ordered it and installed itI let the tv run for a few day's to make sure that this board fixed the problem because it took day's for the problem to show upThe customer lives out side of Albuquerque and I wanted to be sure the tv was fixedThey did pick up the tv and took it home and the problem showed up right awayThe customer called me and said the tv was not fixed and I apologized and told her that I would order the other board the following daythey brought the tv back and the board arrived in day's, this board was more expensive than the driver board, but the customer was not charged the difference due to the inconvenience of bringing the tv back, this is what I was hoping to prevent the first time So far the tv is working and I kept it longer this time because of the intermitting problem that it hadi did explain this to the customer and she understood I was not avoiding her call's, but was tied up with appointment'sI did drop the ball on this customer I will call the customer this wednesday to schedule a time to pickup the tv with a new guarantee from the date of pickup If the customer want's to back out of the repair, the only refund will be for the partsubmitted this day of 4/11/Joseph J***

Verbal Response:I have covered everything in my complaint, I do not know what more I could add. I continue to stand by my written and filed complaints with the Revdex.com. I want to receive the product that I have paid for the TV, and the item that I left to be sold the Sub Woofter. I was never given a price for instructions in the amount of $45.00, and I did not agree or receive any instructions. I only had the JBL Speakers test/repair, which I paid $45.00 for the repairs and he did not supply a receipt for the repairs but he did address it later in his documents. He did provide a receipt at the end of the transactions, which I have included a copy of the receipt with my complaint and it does not mention any cost for verbal instructions which I have stated that I did not receive nor ask for regarding speakers.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Hello, I [redacted] have accepted the response on 04/13/2016 from Joseph Jimenez (Premier tv repair).   On 04/11/2016  Joseph Jimenez stated he would call me on 04/13/2016 to schedule a pickup time. I waited all that day for a call from him and he never called! On 04/14/2016  I called Mr Jimenez and left a message stating for him to call me back with a pickup date. And on 04/15/2016 which is today, I text him and I still have no response from him!

The complaint that Mr. [redacted] filed is a moot issue, he was aware of all of the issues involving the delay of the repair of his unit's and agreed to the delay and understood and stated that there was no hurry based on the issue's involved and the problem obtaining vintage part's for the unit's....

Mr. [redacted] is not entitled to a refund of any kind based on the ongoing 6 month guarantee on the unit's. How ever because Mr. [redacted] demanded his unit's back and were picked up by his mother, technically he terminated the service contract's on his own. As far as I am concerned the contract is still in force, and Mr.[redacted] did exercise the guarantee when he brought the unit's back to be repaired, and then decided to have his unit's picked up not repaired which is his option because it is his property. To this date the service guarantee is still in force.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Submitted this day 11/4/15                                                                                                                                                                                      Joseph J[redacted]

RebuttalI gave consideration and got value from a relative who told me about Joseph J[redacted].I learned of Premier TV an Audio 2935 Bldg B San Mateo Blvd NE (Joseph J[redacted]) from a relative DBA [redacted], in S.W. Albuquerque. I drove to Premier TV on Sunday to speak with Joseph J[redacted] about my JBL JRX100 Powered Speakers. I wanted to ascertain that they were in good working order. I found Joseph J[redacted] and a young relative who was Building an FM radio at the shop on this Sunday. His open sign  was lit. I went in and got into a conversation with Joseph J[redacted] about the speaker system and told him I had to go home to get it if could check it out that day. He said he could so I drove home and loaded the speakers onto my truck and took them to Premier TV. The young man helped me unload them and Joseph J[redacted] hooked them up to his equipment and determined they needed potentiometer cleaning. He told me there was no charge to check them out but he charged $45.00 an hour for repairs. He charged me $45.00 and I paid him cash for this work. He didn’t give me a work order or repair order or payment receipt for this work. We talked about other equipment and he sold me a Westinghouse TV which was a piece of junk that needed repair. He told me he could fix it. I paid him $80.00 for that TV which I have a receipt for. To this day I have demanded the TV but he has never given it to me. It has been 2 months and I have not been able to conclude this transaction. He doesn’t keep regular business hours and doesn’t return calls. He claims I owe him $80.00 for the part. I have a receipt for payment of $80.00 for the TV and now he wants $80.00 more. I  want to see his requisition order for the part. I have paid for the T.V. I don’t owe him anymore. I still don’t have the TV in my possession. I told him in our conversation that I had an Infinity Powered Sub I wanted wanted to sell and he said he had someone who  was looking for a Sub like that. I took it to him and he sold it and now because I didn’t get an agreement in writing to sell the Infinity, he is denying this consignment. About 2 months ago Joseph J[redacted] changed the name of his business to Joseph’s TV and Audio Repair from Premier RV and Audio Repair. Why would he do that? He did this after the Revdex.com lowered his rating to “F”. I  want to know by what logic does Joseph J[redacted] charge me twice for merchandise and doesn’t deliver it. I deny and refute any and all allegations made by Joseph J[redacted]. He had twisted words and told untruths. He has used words without producing any proof or documents. He has 3 reviews on his website- all negative- not 1 positive review. I have given consideration I want value.

At this time I stand with my original response.

In response to complaint ID [redacted]: Mr. [redacted]'s response, again is a moot issue because he did return the unit to be repaired during the 6 month guarantee period and later decided he wanted the unit's back, and because of a threat of going postal by him, it was decided to have his mother pick up the unit's.  Mr. [redacted] amended his complaint and now states that a part is missing from the unit, this is a pure adulterated lie, the part is a plug in circuit board  and was reinstalled in the unit.  In the original complaint there was no mention of any part missing from the unit.  Mr. [redacted] demanded the return of his unit's during the 6 month guarantee period and by doing so, breached the repair contract on his own, and therefore is not entitled to any refund.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Submitted this day:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       11 / 13 / 2015                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Joseph J[redacted]

The TV Mr. [redacted]  purchased for $80.00 dollars was dependent on the availability of the main board, and he knew that it was going to be time consuming to locate the part because it was a Westinghouse TV no longer in production and the main board would be a used board harvested from...

another tv. I sold the tv to Mr. [redacted] for the price of the part because he had purchased other electronic equipment from me. Mr. [redacted] asked me to teach him how to hook up an amplified speaker that I repaired for him to his DJ equipment, I said ok and the fee would be $45.00. I spent 1 hour with Mr. [redacted] on the hook up of the system for his DJ equipment and Instructed him on what cables to purchase, The next day he called and asked if I would come to his home and hook it all up for him and he would pay me and I could do it when the part came in for the tv and I said ok. A few day's passed and then Mr. [redacted]  kept calling about the part for the tv and decided he wanted his money back. At this time Mr. [redacted] got out of control and came to my shop and was yelling out side the door and I had to ask him to leave and he did, he later returned and  I asked him to leave again. Because of Mr. [redacted]'s behavior I called the police and they instructed me on what to do. To date,Mr. [redacted] owes $45.00 for instructional time that he agreed to, minus the $80.00 for the part for the tv, leaving a balance of $35.00 owed to Mr. [redacted]. There is no Infinity powered sub speaker amp, and I do not take items on consignment. Mr.[redacted] has receipts for items serviced or purchased from Joseph J[redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: Business owner can't be serious. Equipment was returned for repair after it was picked up from his business the first time and found not to be working. Business owner then stated on many instances that the equipment was repaired and appointments were made for me to pick up equipment. However, when I came to the business to pick up equipment, owner never showed. This happened on at least two occasions. After the second instance, I demanded the return of my equipment, because I was concerned that business would end up keeping and/or selling the equipment. Return of the equipment took over a month and daily phone calls to business demanding return of equipment. With regard to the missing plug in part, it is just like the business owner to state that the part was there when it wasn't. When the arrangement to have my mother pick up the equipment was made, the owner informed me that the equipment had been repaired. But, when my mother brought it to her house and I tried the equipment it did not work - can be verified by my mother. I then proceeded  to remove the equipment's case and found the the plug in part was not present in the receiver nor were the drive bands installed in the tape deck.,

I am rejecting this response because:There is something inherently wrong with the fact that I am just now hearing about the status of my television from a reply from from a Revdex.com complaint.  If Joseph just contacted me, like he promised, we could of taken care of it...but he did not, instead he avoided me at all costs and I learn of the status of my television from his reply here.  My inability to contact Joseph for months, is the basis of this complaint.  Joseph has intentionally avoided countless attempts to resolve this matter by calls texts and five trips to his office which is a 45 minute drive from my house.  At some point Joseph needs to take the blame for his actions, or lack there of.  There are numerous negative reviews and complaints about Joseph on the internet and they all have to do with the same issue, once he gets your equipment and payment, he disappears.  This is not fair to the consumer and as a result Joseph should have a negative rating so others don't get taken advantage of in the same way.Joseph has also threatened to sue everyone that has given him a negative review (which are all of them), he must have a really good (and cheap) attorney on retainer.  I stated that since he will not return my attempts to remedy this situation my only conclusion is that he started selling the parts to the television.  That is not slanderous as it clearly states my opinion, as in "My only conclusion".  So Joseph don't threaten me with your nonsense, you want to settle this in court I would be happy to, and I promise you I have deeper pockets.Joseph I will pick up the parts of the TV, at my convenience, not yours.  I have driven to your store too much (including this weekend), and I will not be picking it up in the next 5 days.  If the parts are not there when I come and to pick up I will take further action. In closing, I would just like to reiterate how this has been the most frustrating experience in dealing with a business in my 40 years.  Joseph has proven, IN MY OPINION (please don t sue me), to be unprofessional, unreliable and a compulsive liar throughout my dealings with him.  Please do not allow him to keep up these practices.
