Good Afternoon,I reviewed [redacted]. I just spoke with [redacted]bout his account and we went over the notes in the system from [redacted]i regarding the balance due. There was a misunderstanding in the phone conversation, [redacted] had offered a 75% off discount of the $89.32...
balance due, making the amount due $22.33 and we would take care of crediting the remaining $66.99. Mr. R[redacted] was pleased with the corrected amount due and will be sending in a payment.
