Review: My bank account was charged $13.95 without my authorization. I signed up on May *, 2014 for a trial 1 month subscription for $.99 to Juneau Empire, which is in Juneau Alaska. Then on June *, 2014 I was charged $13.95 without my authorization. I do not want a subscription to Juneau Empire, I cannot afford it, as I am living on social security.

I called this number, Press Plus: **##-###-#### with no answer.

I called Juneau Empire in Juneau, Alaska: ###-###-####, they said they cannot do anything there, to call Press Plus.

So here I am with Revdex.com.

Alll I want is $13.95 put back into my account, I will have to change my account number with the bank, but I would like this taken care of before I do that. It is scary that a business would do that without contacting a customer for authorization to charge their account.Desired Settlement: I would like $13.95 put back into my account.

Upon searching our phone records, we see no record of this customer calling us. Our number is ###-###-####, so if she dialed **##-###-####, that might have been the issue. We have 24/7 customer service available as well as a customer service email address available to the public, so there should have been no issue reaching us.

Upon singing up for the trial, it is stated that the subscription will automatically renew (see attached screenshot.)

While it is just outside of our refund period, I will be happy to refund this customer right away. Access to the digital content of the paper will cease immediately.
