Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] , if you ordered materials for this contract, then you can just cancel the order I told you personally on August 31st that we were not going to continue with your company for the roof or any other part of the work Not sure of the exact date, probably earlier in Augustspoke to another person who indicated he was your production coordinator who offered to install the roof the following week and forget about the rest of the work I told him no at that time, he was going to have your accounts payable person contact us regarding refunding our deposit Never got that call either If you wish to discuss any sort of settlement that does not include keeping almost half or our deposit, that might be arranged Otherwise, I will have our attorney look over this contract for validity, and proceed accordingly Never, in my entire lifetime of being an adult, have I had such a horribly, exasperating experience dealing with any company that supplied us with materials or a service Seems like all the contact people I was given no longer work for your companyIf I have had this much difficulty contacting the company before installation, gives me nightmares what I might be faced with after installation Not trying to insult you, but you have got to do better with customer service, this just is not working Sincerely, [redacted]

I just spoke with [redacted] last night and expressed our apologies and that there must have been miscommunication when we last spokeLast we spoke she told us she wanted her siding replacement setup before we moved forward on her roofAt that time we decided not to send her claim into negotiations with the insurance company so that we could speed the process up for herHer material has been ordered and as I told [redacted] last night our productions coordinator would be in contact with her today in order to give her date of delivery and date of roof completion

I order carry outI order a small meat's pizza and mushroomsIt was suppose to be close to dollarsWhen I got there they said I said I think they got the order wrong and told them what I orderedThey said it was correct so I figure I must of read the menu wrongI added a tip so it came to When I got the food I went to the car to see if it was correctIt was not correct at allI went back inside to tell them thisThey took the food and told me to come back some other timeThey didn't even refund the I left the place with no food and they got from me Product_Or_Service: Pizza

To whom it may concern:We admit to the time it has taken however there have been over separate occasions where the homeowner has not allowed our contactors to be on the property to do their workLast we spoke with the homeowner they stated they were fine with all of the work completed including the windows and that the only issue they had was with one piece of siding on the homeWe scheduled a time for our siders to go out and correct the issue however yes that is correct as they were late showing up to the property so homeowner did not allow them to fix this one issueHomeowner has stated several times they will not pay the balance of $11,until this one issue has been resolvedI personally spoke to [redacted] weeks ago and notified her that we had to re schedule our siders to go back out to the property with one of our reps as our siders have refused to go back out to the property alone because of intimidation from Hozel the occupant of the home and as this last time was the 3rd time they did not allow our siders onto the property to workAt this point we are willing to give a $discount for the siding they told us they are unhappy with however we would request remaining balance be called due immediately as we are currently debating the lien process for the propertyAlso a permit was pulled with the city of Aurora Permit [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I filed this complaint last ThursdayYou contacted PrestigeThey responded that the problem would be resolved that dayIt was notI am still being stonewalledThe complaint is the following: Prestige replaced our roof on 11/11/but did not pull a permitThey still have not pulled oneThe solar company will not replace our solar panels without a signed inspection which requires a permitWe have been paying for electricity for days and the solar panels are in our back yardWe need help getting a permit, and inspection, and the replacement of our solar panels.We need help getting a permit, and inspection, and the replacement of our solar panels Sincerely, [redacted]

I definitely do apologize for any miscommunication or lack of communication on our partWe are still looking into this matter at this time however please do understand this is a big project and things like this do take timeIt normally takes anywhere from 30-days just to negotiate with your insurance company on final numbers for the project which we are in the middle of doingYour insurance company would definitely frown upon any work being completed prior to negotiations being completedAgain we are looking further into this matter and hope to have a resolution soonThank you for your understanding

Materials have been ordered and are waiting deliveryAt this point in time we can either do the roof as contracted and part way on any other items if you would like or we can come up with a price for cancelling the contract we can both agree on or arbitration

Your insurance should be releasing all of your money to you today for the work we have completedWe will make sure you have an updated invoice as well so that we can avoid lien proceedings and get our final paymentThank you

has not tried contacting me in response to fixing problems with my roof adjusting and removing charges for things they did not replace or even do, my vents were not replaced and they are charging for a shed roof in which they didn’t touch, nor have they turned my roof over to be inspected by the city to see if it’ll even pass inspection

I completely apologize for your experience with these issuesAfter speaking to *** *** he had stated he spoke with you regarding your concerns and was figuring out how to resolve the issues you had with the project

Our customer relations representative finally found a different phone number for *** and was able to speak with her on several occasions** *** our General Manager has since met with the customer at her property to address some of the issues she had so that we now know what needs to be fixedWe are continuing down this path to get everything resolved

This roof has since been completed

I apologize for the confusion in this matterIt is true we finished work before the permit was pulled however this will be resolved todayWe will also be in discussions with the city to expedite the final inspection of your roof so that the solar company can re-install your panels onto your roof
We take full responsibility in this manner as we have processes in place that are supposed to shield things like this from happening however in this case they were not successful

I am rejecting this response because:I filed this complaint last Thursday. You contacted Prestige. They responded that the problem would be resolved that day. It was not. I am still being stonewalled. The complaint is the following: Prestige replaced our roof on 11/11/16 but did not pull a permit. They still have not pulled one. We are working with the City and County of Denver to get this issue resolved however it is taking longer than expected in dealing with them and we definitely appreciate your patience in this matter. Prestige will be taking care of any costs of electrical that you are incurring during the time your solar panels are off of the roof and will be in contact with you with any updates as we receive them.

I am rejecting this response because: This business appears to be "All talk and no action".  We have been dissatisfied with the quality of work since they started.  I am very disappointed because the only way this company knew what was going on, is through our complaints.  No one ever came out to ensure the job was done correctly.  They assumed all the work was completed, notified  the insurance company of this and stated the customer was satisfied.  Now they are only concerned with receiving final payment instead of customer satisfaction....thus this complaint.  Yes we scheduled a time for the siders to come out and correct some issues.  They were scheduled to come out on 27 Feb 2016, between 11 am-12 pm.  They showed up 3 hours later.  Due to other plans, they were turned away.  After which, I spoke with the business and was told they will contact me when they can get someone to come out again.   I am still waiting to hear from them to set a date convenient for all.  Although a permit was filed for the roof, according to the City of Aurora, a permit for the siding has not been filed.  The sooner we get the finishing touch done and the permit for the inspection on the siding, we can discuss final payment.
