Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionOur records show that Ms [redacted] completed a phone survey with our company in June Ms [redacted] was offered a magazine package to purchase at that timeAs per Ms [redacted] s request, any orders she placed with our company have been cancelled and closed and no monies are dueThank you for your time in this matter

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company knows exactly who we are, we have had many phone conversationsThey submitted a check as if it were a personal check from our business accountThe check was submitted with the wrong name and wrong address, the only thing correct on the check was the routing and account numberI called to find out what the check was for and the woman that I spoke with refused to tell me why our bank account was being chargedShe demanded I give her our bank account number and told me that it was none of my business It sounds to me like the lowest of the low getting their money by taking advantage of good, honest, hard working peopleShe does it in small amounts hoping to slip by un-noticed During another one of our phone conversations she stated she would return the money and that she did not want to do business with us and we accepted that She never returned the money, she refused to give a name, she could not provide a PO or invoice number and could not produce an account number From my research on the internet she has some kind of magazine scam going on, yet we have not once received a magazine...go figure She then told me that the person name that is on said check has the authority to cash checks through our business account That is a LIE, there is only one signer on the business account and that is the owner of this companyI have asked her for the return of the money more than once and she refuses, so this is the first step in destroying her little scheme We will not be taken advantage of and if she does not comply then we will proceed on to the next step....the LAW She illegally cashed a check, plain and simple Regards, [redacted]

Dear Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention Our records show that [redacted] placed a magazine order with us in July [redacted] ordered [redacted] *** She had given her [redacted] Card ending in *** for her first payment of $ and asked us to continue billing this Credit Card monthly [redacted] 's Credit card was declining and not accepting any charges as of November [redacted] s bank never updated her Credit Card with us, her account fell past due We attempted to contact [redacted] for several months by phone and mailWe reached her on the phone once and she hung up on us immediately In July 2016, her account is past due for services she has received and not paid for We will be more than happy to cancel her service as per her request We do ask she bring her account current for service she has received.Thank you for your time in this matter

Invoice must be itemized clearly showing which magazines I received and on which date before I issue paymentNo Invoice will be paid with an arbitrary grand totalGolf Digest, Flex, Rolling Stone, and the other titles I never asked for will not be paid forThat was the initial issue which has since been coupled with non-transparencyI have spoken to my postmaster and will obtain a history of what has been delivered to my address and the point of origin per issuing party see we can verify what has been delivered.The underlying factor is I am not sure what I am being charged for and the fact that I have received titles w/o asking for them compounds that uncertaintyr [redacted]

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention Our records show that [redacted] placed a magazine order with our company in February for the following magazines: House Beautiful, Taste of Home, US Weekly, Country Living and Country Woman Her service was a month period and she would pay $each month for consecutive months only [redacted] , DID IN FACT supply us with her VISA CREDIT CARD ending in for her first payment which was billed on February 10, Thereafter she would receive a monthly statement where she did mail in several monthly payments We are not sure why [redacted] wants to cancel her service, but as per her request , we have cancelled her magazine service and marked her account unpaid thank you for your time in this matter
