Review: We purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee in late October from this dealership. We were told that the vehicle had a V-6 engine. We just were informed that it has a 4 cylinder engine. We specifically asked the sales person about the engine on the test drive and were told that they did not make that model with a 4-cylinder engine. When we received the vehicle, it had no Maroney sticker affixed to the window. We have tried to work it out with the dealer, but they basically just accused us of lying about the issue. The sales person, [redacted], even told us that he was unsure of many of the options on the vehicles because he was new, but he was sure about the engine. We talked about it at length during the test drive. We also had other issues with the sale, including a rebate that was missed, necessitating additional paperwork, and a prank played by one of the technicians that left a "die Robin" sticker on the back of our new vehicle.Desired Settlement: I want a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited, identical to the one I purchased but with the V-6 cylinder engine we were promised.

Review: On February 28th I purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from Preston Chrysler. It included the entertainment package which was to com with a remote control and a set of ear phones. They were not there, so I called [redacted] and he said it was traded in without the remote or ear phones, but as I explained it was listed on their web page and he agreed that they would send them out. I've called numerous times and seem to get the run around. I last called on March 19th, but still have not heard anything from him. I am a patient man, but a month seems to be ridiculous.Desired Settlement: Just to have the remote and earphones sent as quick as possible
