I am trying to end this service. They are not taking phone calls and there is no email address for which to call. I just want to stop this subscript
I have tried calling and texting a stop services message to the number that was available but no response. I have tried to email from their advertisements contact information for which they say my email is not valid. Please help me , Thank you

Pretty Litter refusing to refund a fraudulent charge to their business with my credit card.
On November 29, 2019, 3 fraudulent orders were placed with my *** credit card number that I did not make. I did not see these charges until December 1, 2019 and promptly called *** at 2:59 PM to report the fraud. They marked all 3 charges as fraud, closed the old account, and mailed me a new Credit Card.

On December 6, 2019, I received a package in the mail from one of the fraudulent purchases which was from a company called PrettyLitter. The package was left at my door and USPS was gone before I could refuse the package. I called *** at 7:52 AM to ask a representative what to do. I was told to take the package back to the Post Office to return to sender. At 8:20 AM in the Post Office in Columbia, MD, I was instructed to cross my address out and mark the package as "Refuse - Return to Sender". I did just that and handed over the package to be sent back.

On January 22, 2020, I received a voicemail to promptly call back *** Fraud Dept. at 888-813-7092. When I called back at 5:23 PM that day, I was told by said representative that while two of the fraudulent purchases were approved as fraud, the one from PrettyLitter would not be approved. The company in question had determined that because the address partially matched, I had purchased the product legitimately. In speaking with the representative, I found out from *** talking to the vendor that the email the fraudulent purchaser used was similar to my personal email but not mine. The apartment number was also not on the package. I would most likely be denied my refund because of this. In talking to USPS, they said it was out of their hands.

On February 1 and 3, 2020, I received 2 letters indicating that they closed the fraud case and that I would be responsible for the PrettyLitter charge in the amount of $36.99. The charge had re-posted when I checked my account on February 11, 2020.

When I finally received a response from *** via the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau on March 30, 2020, I was still notified that Pretty Litter says the information was correct and they never received the package back. I am not satisfied by this response by either party. I have not contacted Pretty Litter myself and *** has handled all the communication until this point. The return address was marked to Pittsburgh, PA despite the company being located in California.

Desired Outcome

I would like Pretty Litter to issue a refund back to my credit card in the amount of $36.99 for the fraudulent package I received and promptly sent back. This item was purchased as a fraudulent charge on my card and I do not believe I should have to pay for someone else's misuse of my credit card. My email, which is the correct email used for this complaint, was not the one that was used to purchase the item. I do not have the order number because of this.

Hi Taylor, so sorry to hear of your experience with Pretty Litter. Is your cat a longhair? That may be contributing to things sticking to its backside. My guys are short and medium hair and have no problems with things clinging to them. I've had long haired cats before and things do stick to them. Hated having to cut their hair back there or worse, cleaning them up after they'd done their thing.

Issues with Customer Service and Delivery of Litter
Ever since I started with my subscription I have had on going issues whether it be with customer service or delivery of order. When I started my subscription I made it abundantly clear to the representative that I wanted to receive my orders before the first of every month. From the get go that did not happen and I had to call your customer care about it numerous times. Which your customer service team has not been knowledgeable enough to help me either I always end up having to ask for a manager. Yet multiple calls, much wasted time and I am still not receiving my order before the first of every month as requested numerous times now. I do not understand why it is taking 2 weeks to receive my order when we are only approx. 15 miles from the distribution center. This is not acceptable. I do not want to waste another minute explaining my situation to someone or on the phone holding because the reps put you on hold for every little thing which ends up wasting 20 mins to a half hour of your time and you still get no where. If this shipping issue and customer service issue does not get resolved I will cancel and return to using my store bought litter. I had this conversation with *** the manager of customer service last week. However, she did explain that she has nothing to do with the shipping portion of this so here you go! Hopefully someone will care enough to do something about this other then moving my ship date earlier and earlier in the month.

It's the Worst Litter I've ever used
I've had cats my entire life, I currently have 4. My partner used to experiment with different kinds of self cleaning litter boxes, but we eventually settled on the old fashioned method, because it was the simplest. When I heard about pretty litter I was so excited, an extra way to monitor my cats health, as well as a dust free litter, that I only had to scoop half as often, and it was softer on their feet! All their claims are complete lies. They won't post any review below 3 stars on their website, but go anywhere else online, and you'll find the real ones. My entire apartment REAKED of cat urine, for the first time in all my years of owning cats, because it didn't absorb the pee no matter how much I mixed it. And it created more dust than any other litter I have ever used. The smell and dust were so bad I was unable to clean it, even with my shirt over my face, and my partner had to clean it by himself for the whole month that we used it. When I called their customer support to talk to someone about it they 1.) seemed completely unsurprised, and uncaring, about the fact that all of their claims are false and 2.) charged me for 4 more bags because it was a subscription and I knew that when I signed up. It seems the only way this company makes money is by selling bad litter, and then trapping you in one of those "sign up for free, but then you're on our list and we'll charge your credit card every month without your say" type of scam. Please, for the sake of your cats, yourself, and your nose, don't get this litter.

Regarding cancellations, your PrettyLitter account is entirely in your control and you can always cancel through email, phone or on our website. Please note your order was fully refunded on 12/27/19. As for the product, it sounds like you were experiencing issues with saturation, which can be common if you don't use enough litter to get at least 3+ inches of depth for multiple cats. Everyone's litter setup is different so sometimes 1 bag per cat is not enough depending on the size of the boxes you have in your setup. My original order was never refunded, only the second shipment I was charged for was refunded after I had to ask for a manager (something I never thought I would have to do in my life.)
I order four bags, one for each cat, and followed the set up instructions exactly. I even switched from four litter boxes to two, to make sure there was enough litter for it to work. It didn't seem to matter.
I don't appreciate the kind response only after pretending to post my review to your website, and then discovering I went to another site. As a pet owner, we always know we might waste money, weither it's on vet bills for something that turns out to be nothing, or trying products with the hopes that it makes your pet's life just a little bit better. But this was the worst litter I have ever used, I am still shocked at how bad my entire experience was.

I was in love with this litter. Great price and so easy to use/clean. But now that my cat has been peeing the dark blue, which they urge you to go to your vet and 300 dollars later. My cat is fine. No UTI or stones and all the bloodwork came back negative! I'm beyond angry..

We always encourage waiting between 24 and 48 hours before taking your cat to the vet to make sure the change is consistent. They advertise a 30-day back gauarantee with a full refund and paid shipping but make you pay for shipping. False advertising. Thanks for scamming me.
I ordered 1 bag of PrettyLitter two weeks ago for the first time, and I haven't opened it. I decided I wanted to return it, but they will not provide the shipping label and have told me I have to pay for it.

However in their replacement/refund policy on their website, it says verbatim ""If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, call *** within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. You will be required to ship back any remaining unopened product within 7 days of the refund request. PrettyLitter will provide a shipping label for your return upon refund request.*** Your order will be refunded to the payment method used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return."

Therefore there should be no confusion or argument on who should pay for the return label. Given that they aren't honest about this, who knows what else they aren't honest about? The litter cost me $22, and it'll cost $10+ to ship back. So no this isn't a full refund. Also in the emails with this company they also said they provide the shipping label and then backtracked and said they don't with zero explanation. What is wrong with this company?

I have ordered pretty litter and charge was taken from my account, however I never received an email confirmation or shipping tracker/status update.

It seems that the log-in/account system for the pretty litter website is broken. I am unable to access my account and I have not received any communication on the status of my order. I am concerned that the professionalism of this business is not being up-kept..

I just want confirmation that my order is shipped/on it's way, and I want to be able to access my account on the website so I can track my orders and payment history. I think pretty litter needs to fix their website and make sure they are sending out confirmation emails/shipping emails so customer's can know where their orders are. If there is no information on the order, then how are customers supposed to know their business is legitimate?

They have solved my problem as the shipment got lost in transit

I made an order for delivery of cat litter on a monthly basis. But I canceled that order immediately because I got rid of the cats 2 weeks ago.
On Nov. 9 I made a usual check online about my bank account. I immediately began to track why Pretty Litter company did not cancel my order. The litter was charged and debited and I have no cats. The Revdex.com can ask me for the shelter reciepts if it wants. And how peculiar why on Nov. 9 my ORDER HISTORY shows that on Nov. 9 the order was being delivered. Today is Nov. 11. That ORDER HISTORY is not what I saw on Nov. 9. It was only just made up since I started plaguing company with emails and phones. All weekend long I had Pretty Litter on my mind and I didn't stop. I even called my bank to know what to do next. The Pretty Litter charge was pending and until the charge is posted, I should file a dispute. I haven't filed a dispute as yet. I will send additional documentation. I just have to put it all together for the Revdex.com to see. But not yet. Not yet.

Desired Outcome

There's only one resolution. Pretty Litter - put my money back and cancel my subscription. If and when I have a pet companion again, I told Pretty Litter its product was good and maybe we meet again, but not yet; not yet.

I have an email from PrettyLitter. Told me about the error and a refund will be forthcoming. I am happy. Thank you. If I ever have a pet that is not feral I will go back to PrettyLitter. I liked their product. God willing we will meet again.

I ordered PrettyLitter and then realized that I would need to buy more than one bag of litter in order to continue with this product, which just isn't feasible. I was not given the option to cancel the order and I can't get a refund now that it has shipped. Given how expensive this litter is and all of the amazing reviews on the website, I expected better customer satisfaction guarantees from this company. Never again.

They have made it impossible to cancel your subscription.
The first package I ordered wasn't delivered to my house. So I thought my order didn't go through because I never received a confirmation email or shipping information. I re ordered before I checked my bank statements. The day after I checked my bank account and saw I was charged twice. I called their support line and tried to cancel the duplicate order and get a refund for the one I never received. They said there was nothing they could do so I asked for a supervisor and once I was transferred I asked the woman to cancel my account. She said she did and would send me a confirmation email and call me back to let me know if they would be able to cancel the shipment of the second order. She never did either of those things and I still don't receive emails. A month later a pretty litter bag is delivered to my house. I was like well I guess I'll give it a shot and I even called to get a second bag added to my subscription because my cats seemed to like it but the odor control was nearly non- existent. So I tried to go to the website and cancel my subscription but they say to login. There is no option to create a login and the system apparently doesn't recognize my email still even though I updated it when I was on the call. So apparently I can't cancel my subscription even when I try to talk to someone directly

I just want to receive no further charges. And I want to cancel my account officially.

I was extremely excited to try out this litter - telling everyone about it and couldn't wait to get it in the mail.
I got finally got my order and immediately changed out my cat's litter to Pretty Litter.
The company advertises that the litter will last 30 days - this is a lie!
Within a week I could smell my cats litter, urine, and everything. Which, by the way, I've never had an issue before. Most people say they cant tell I have a cat.
At first I thought, let me reach out to their support because maybe I need more litter. I reached out to support and they said I needed to purchase an additional bag of litter. Which why in the world would one spend $45 a month on kitty litter! Well, I decided immediately that I would not be purchasing another bag of litter. I have one cat and their 6 lb bag doesn't do the trick for 1 cat and like I said, i'm not buying two bags of litter.
I reached out to support to cancel my service and ask for a refund but they're refusing to refund me! This company should guarantee their product. But they obviously don't because it doesn't WORK.
They offered a 40% refund, which, is not acceptable! The agent insisted that my litter was in the wrong spot, bathroom or laundry room and this is why the litter lasted only a few days. Well, isn't that where most people keep their kitty litter? In the laundry room? Ridiculous!!!
I just wasted $20 on one bag of litter, it lasted ONE week and now I've spent an additional $20 getting my cat's normal litter.

Please DO NOT do business with this company.. it's not worth it!!

It sounds like you might have a larger than average litter box which may have caused the litter to saturate before the 30 day mark. Since everyone's setup is different, we always try to collaborate with our customers on the best number of bags that will get them the PrettyLitter experience they deserve. My husband and I loved PrettyLitter. It is a little expensive but very convenient and easy for the human to use. Unfortunately one of our cats did not like it. We were determined to give her time ( 9 months ) but ultimately relented and made 2 litter boxes for each cat. In the end they both went for the old litter. As any cat parent knows the cat is the boss and we are sad to cancel our subscription.

Litter works! Odor control is great and the color changed indicated my cat has a lower urinary tract disorder. Thank you PrettyLitter! Also the reason I see any complaints here revolve around it being a subscription. I knew it was a subscription, it clearly states in on the homepage at the top (litter delivered monthly) and when I checked out there was a big button I had to click acknowledging it is a subscription. Either way, thank you PrettyLitter!

I wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE purchasing!! I have been trying to cancel my subscription and have sent emails but the only part of the website that conveniently isn't working is the "cancel subscription" part. I need to not be charged for this any more. I wanted to just TRY it.

Before hitting "Place My Order" on the checkout page there is a sentence verifying that we are a subscription service and that you will get charged every month for a fresh shipment of litter. As a courtesy, we have refunded your most recent order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in your account.

Pretty Litter tracks from the box all over the place. Does not work as advertised. Waste of money. Also made in China. also leaves a bad dusty smell through the House.

Ordered 1 bag of pretty litter to test out for my cat. Found out that I needed more than 1 bag because my litter box is too big for 1 bag. 1 hour after ordering I asked for my order to be canceled. They told me that they couldn't cancel the order and that I would have to return the item when I received it and pay for return shipping to get a full refund, or take a 40% refund now. This is after they tried to make me purchase another bag multiple times. Honestly this is bad business. I will not be trying this product out now and will not in the future.

Asked them to cancel my account, they agreed, then billed me 10 days later. Product does not work as intended, and I won't be using it anyway.
I ordered from them once to test their cat litter. It did not work as expected, so I reached out to them for it to be cancelled. A representative told me they respect my decision. I thought it was taken care of, and then woke up and checked my account 10 days later to see if been billed for my next batch....except I'd already asked for it to be cancelled.

I want my money back, and I want them to leave me alone now. I don't want emails from them and I don't want anything to do with them anymore.
