I am rejecting this response because:It wasn't until we filed a complaint with the Revdex.com that the item was shippedWe placed the order 12/and paid for priority shippingWe didn't call on 1/We called several times and no responseWe were told via email on 12/the item had been shipped(I have the email).This was a lieWe made repeated attempts via email to get the tracking number that we didn't get untill 1/2/way after the 23rd The same day we received the tracking from you the post office attempted to deliverWe were not home because we didnt know the package had been sentWe had to go the next day to the post office to get the package.We request a refund for priorty shippingI will upload proof of all emails once I get homeIm currently via mobile Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: Your motto is to make a customer extremely happy. Your service
does far from that. I contacted you with 90's of the sale and my request really doesn't even so out of the charts. Your response just makes me feel you do not back your product. Horrible return policy and not willing or do not have anything durable and not made to last.

After speaking with a really nice representative finally from pricerock who is short me of my quick and easy refund I'm now very satisfied with this companys integrity and do look forward to doing business with them again it was explained to me why the delay was a parent and assured me that I would be compensated and reimbursedThank you so very much pricerock.com for your help!

Our records indicate that we have reached out to this customer since they were making multiple high ticket returns over the course of one year. We had to verify with the customer their reasoning for the multiple returns and wanted to assist them so that we could help them find what they wanted

I did not receive any type of refund till today and was not credited for my shipping as promiseWhat I order I just was not happy with the item and now due to all the delay and having to sent a email to Revdex.com to even get any type of actionI would not ever do any type of business with this customer
