I had many good experiences with Pricerock. I have been purchasing jewelry from them since 2005. Every time I recieve my purchase it exceeds my expectations. I get them tested and authentated by a reputable jeweler in my town and the gold jewelry always is as advertised. Also, their prices are extreemly good. I shop around online and I can't find any other site with better prices. When I call them for any assistance there is always someone there to help me.

Excellent website. Highly recommended.

Review: February 13, 2015 I purchased a 14kt charm from Pricerock. After waiting 3 weeks I emailed Pricerock asking them where my merchandise was and I received a response telling me that the item was back ordered and would not be in until March 18, 2015. April rolls along and nothing and no refund either, I emailed Pricerock again and receive a call about 5 days later telling me that they would call me back the following day because they did not know what happened to it. It's been 4 weeks later and I am still waiting. I made the purchase through paypal on Pricerock website. I contacted paypal and pricerock telling them both that I want my money refunded and this is 10 days ago. I Paid $50.53. My husband and I are senior citizens almost 70 years old and I do not appreciate being stolen from. I explained to them that I was going to file a complaint against them and still no reply. My husband is retired veteran, and has a permanent lung disease. We want our money back ASAP. I will never order from them again as they are thieves p. [redacted]

Review: I ordered an item,that they have listed,for a listed price.This item has a advertised measuremen of 4mm thick with advertised weight of 30.5grams. This item is 14k solid yellow Gold diamond cut rope chain 24inch long.This item is listed at a price of $1353.58 dollars. Now deduct 20%discunt and total price I paid was $1082.85. However this is not what I received, instead what I received was a 3.5mm thick, weighing 23.8grams. This item is 14k solid yellow Gold diamond cut rope chain 24inch long. As anyone can see that there is a significant difference between two sizes. When I tried to explaineing to Pricerock that they shipped the wrong size chain, they said no, that it's the right chain,it's just not quite 4mm nor 30.5grams .So then it's not what I was paying for then is it. They sell a chain that is 3.5mmthick weighing 23.9grams made of 14k solid yellow Gold diamond cut rope chain 24inch long,and is listed for $1028 85,now deduct 20%discunt from this price and the cost is $830 77. This is the price that I should have paid,for the chain they shipped to me. Bottom line I paid for a 4mm thick chain that weighs 30 5grams, instead received a3.5mm chain weighing 23 8grams. They owe me the cost defferance of $252 08.Desired Settlement: Refund me the amount I over paid them ,for the item I didn't receive .$252 08.

Review: I bought a gold neck chain for my grandson for Christmas. it was too small, so returned it. meanwhile, I ordered the correct size, which is now on backorder. The return was made but I cannot get them to confirm the return or respond at all to my requests, many many requests. it also has not been refunded. this is not a small amount, it is over 300 dollars and the one I have ordered is almost 400 dollars. I have asked that if they cannot even give me confirmation of the return, that I would like to cancel the order that is on back order, again no response at all. this is not how I would like for a business to act.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from this company that they have even read my emails and on site requests. I would also like to have the return refunded immediately. and an inquiry from the company of whether I still want the back ordered item.

Review: On 12/22 we ordered a 14k solid yellow gold diamond cut rope 2mm thick and 22 inches. We paid for priority shipping. We have repeated emails back and forth with Pricerock.com requesting the tracking number. They said that the item was shipped 12/23/14 but THEY have failed to provide the tracking number. Everytime we call the 1-800 number, NO ONE PICKS UP. I'm now having to dispute this fraud charge with my bank.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND ASAP AND WOULD LIKE IT TO BE KNOWN THAT THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

I am rejecting this response because:It wasn't until we filed a complaint with the Revdex.com that the item was shipped. We placed the order 12/22 and paid for priority shipping. We didn't call on 1/1. We called several times and no response. We were told via email on 12/23 the item had been shipped(I have the email).This was a lie. We made repeated attempts via email to get the tracking number that we didn't get untill 1/2/2015 way after the 23rd.. The same day we received the tracking from you the post office attempted to deliver. We were not home because we didnt know the package had been sent. We had to go the next day to the post office to get the package.We request a refund for priorty shipping. I will upload proof of all emails once I get home. Im currently via mobile.

I have paid the price given on the website of 509 dollars. The product arrived and the weight of the chain is 8.83 grams instead of 11.2 grams of gold. This signifies a product missing 20% of its declared weight in gold.Desired Settlement: I have immediately called the business 1-866 number and despite having called the number three times I cannot speak to costumer service.

The recoding states to leave a message only even though it is still within their business hours.

It is outrageous that a business elects to have such unlawful conduct as to sell gold jewelry (14K) and send a costumer a product that does not correspond to the weight in gold as disclosed in their website.

I'd like to return the product and get my money back but there isn't anyone I can directly speak to in order to receive instructions on how should I proceed.

I thank you in advance for your assistance with this consumer complaint.

I am a faculty member in [redacted], and have used an analytical scale in my laboratory, which is yearly checked by authorized technician to weight the chain, that I properly zeroed. I took the weight of the chain three times, and three times it read 9.83g only.

Review: I bought a gold necklace in within a few months it started to break apart. When I contacted the company I explained what was happening and they said to return the necklace to see the problem. I mention about getting something more durable or getting a refund. Instead I was sent a new necklace. When contact the company again they said they would not refund the necklace because it was past the return period. I was upset because they said they were going to do everything they for great customer service. I assumed the return would not of been an option. After a few more emails I asked to see if she would talk to the supervisor. She said she would. I contacted you with 90's of the sale and my request really doesn't even so out of the charts. Your response just makes me feel you do not back your product. Horrible return policy and not willing or do not have anything durable and not made to last.

Review: I made a order on 4/21 receive item sent item back use Fed Ex have call numerous times and also spoke with manager there and was told they receive item and a refund include my fee for sending back item. The manager stated that this would be my last time to get a refund. And that my refund was being process and that was over a week ago and still no refund. Review: On Dec 27, 2013 I purchased a "1.6mm White Gold Snake Chain 18in." from PriceRock with 2-3 days shipping. After my money ($281.39) was removed via Paypal I never had a confirmation from Pricerock so I called them on Jan 2,2014. They then started processing the order and it was shipped on 1/4/2014 and received on 1/8/2014 by me. Upon opening the item it was not what I ordered. They sent me a "1mm OCTOGON WHITE GOLD SNAKE CHAIN 18in." I contacted the company and they responded to send the item back to their return address. I paid 10.50 to return the item and it was returned on the date of receipt 1/8/2014 via USPS with a signature required upon receipt. They received the item back on 1/11/2014 upon confirmation with USPS. Since this time I have requested them to refund my money at least 5 times and have had to open a claim with Paypal for not receiving my refund over a week after they received the item. They have gone so far as to DENY MY REFUND. I now have had 281.39 STOLEN by PriceRock as I have NO ITEM nor MY MONEY. This company has HORRIBLE customer service. They claim to "check their shipment before it is sent" but I received the WORNG THING. I did not order an OCTOGON SNAKE CHAIN. I have NUMEROUS EMAILS to their customer service department. They claim they will refund my money when they receive the item back. THEY HAVE HAD IT SINCE 1/11/2014 and continue to give me the same run around. I will be happy to forward all transaction information and copies of the shipping information and emails to help resolve this issue. This company claims to have a 100% Satisfaction or your money back, BUT it appears after searching about customer service satisfaction they do this with many people.Desired Settlement: I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS ANY LONGER WITH THIS COMPANY.
