Great service. Keith came out 1/2/2020. Used his infrared device to find our leak and fixed it quickly. Although I was given a 2 hr window for arrival, Keith was early.
He was very thorough in explaining each step he would take and the costs.
This is the second job they have done for us and I will call them first the next time I need a plumber.

Ken & Nate were professional and courteous. They diagnosed and fixed a banging pipe issue and also cleaned out our sewer pipe which was very clogged causing back-up issues. We were even shown the before and after videos which showed the amazing work they did. We highly recommend Pride Plumbing and would use them again.

Pride came out to our home on time, provided a quote, and did the kitchen faucet repair in a very timely manner. had a leaky hot water tank- called Pride around 1:30pm. They said someone could be there b/w 4-7 pm. Scott showed up by 3 and diagnosed the situation and gave us options re: replacement heaters. He called the warehouse and another van arrived with our replacement heater. the job took several hours as the old tank was 22 yrs old and difficult to drain. Scott was polite,courteous and professional despite being the end of the day. Very happy with response and results. M&M

David V was friendly, professional, helpful, fast and replaced our hot water heater that had died after 20+ years very quickly and easily, carting away the old one, cleaning up and giving advice on other plumbing problems like sump drain, basement floor drains, foundation water damage, and a filter on the water line. I would call them again and not hesitate to hire for any work I couldn't handle myself. Prices were reasonable considering especially how quick and easy the install was. THANK YOU!
David V. replaced a kitchen faucet yesterday. He clearly explained and showed me my options. He worked efficiently, and as an observant person, pointed out a couple of things I was unaware of. He took care of one and explained how I could do the other. When asked, he was happy to give professional advice about a couple of other plumbing issues around the house. This is the second time he's been here, and I specifically asked for him because of an earlier kitchen/bathroom job he'd and because of his friendly demeanor. I've called Pride Plumbing other times over the past two plus years, and their work has always been good. If you have a concern about a completed job they'll come back and take care of it. Also, I've spoken to the owner, Ross, a few times, and he's been patient and helpful with any questions I have.

Called Pride on Friday - leaking bathroom sink. Made a Monday morning appointment. Monday morning Ken called, arrived soon after and within about an hour he replaced my pop-up assembly. Leak is history and there was absolutely no mess to clean up after he left. He was also very careful to put "booties" over his shoes as it had snowed overnight and he didn't want to track any water into my home. I've used Pride in the past and will do so again if necessary.

Several weeks ago, I found leakage in my kitchen sink and called Pride Plumbing given its seemingly good reviews. A plumber came and said he had to replace the faucet to fix the leakage problem. I paid about $780 for the replacement (including labor, the faucet they provided, and tax). After the plumber was gone, I searched online and found out their charge was way above the market price. I contacted their staff and was told that because they carried the new faucet on the truck, I need to pay some “premium” on that. I asked them to provide a breakdown of the price (price for the faucet and cost of labor). They denied, while offering a “courtesy” refund of $75. I checked up the price of the faucet I got from them and it is sold around $200 on plumbmaster.com. So I guess I paid them $500 for replacing a kitchen faucet?!
They treat you pretty nice in the first phone call scheduling for service. Later they told you that your request for price breakdown is a harassment! I seriously do not know where all the other good reviews came from, but my personal experience with them is terrible!

With our upfront, no surprise pricing, you knew the exact price before the job was started. You were given three different options and made the choice to have our technician proceed with 1 of those 3 options. Most of our customers appreciate knowing the bottom line before we begin. We charge by the job, not by the hour. Had the job taken longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances, the price would not change. There must have been a misunderstanding because we do not charge a “premium” to have a faucet on the truck. But we do provide excellent and efficient service by having a fully stocked truck - not having to leave to go get a part or fixture from a supply house to complete the job.
For you to have buyers remorse and then make slandering accusations and unrealistic demands boarding on harassment is totally unreasonable.

Yes, their price was upfront and I did pay for it. But obviously, as a consumer, I did not know 1) whether my kitchen faucet was broken which caused the leakage issue - that is why they need to replace the faucet; and 2) whether they charged a fair price for replacing a kitchen faucet. I did not find that out until after the job was done and I later searched online and checked with my friends. I know I was ripped off.
I called Ross, the owner, and he seemed to first agree that paying $780 for replacing a kitchen faucet was insane and then started explaining they need to charge a high price because of a variety of reasons, many of which were mentioned in his response. He did mention the “premium” for loading new faucets on their trucks and selling them to consumers when there is a need. Premium was his exact wording - otherwise I would not have known there was such a premium. In my last phone call with him, he also mentioned for the type of faucet I got from them I should pay more than $400. So I guess they charged $200 premium for a new kitchen faucet that is sold around $200 online?!
I really do not enjoy talking with the office staff. When I talked with Ross the day when the job was done, he said he would check the paperwork and give me a call about refund next Monday. I never got a phone call back from him next Monday. For the entire week, I was told that he was having an emergency and was not in office, and no one can make the decision. The week after, I was out of town for a conference. So I did not call them, and of course, no phone call from them, no refund. Then the week after, when I contacted them again, the staff became very impatient and aggrasive. They denied my request for a breakdown of the replacement price I have paid already. And Ross kept asking me what I do for making a living. Is this relevant?! Obviously, they believe consumers have no right to know what they actually paid for, but they want customers to disclose their professions. How ridiculous it is.
Finally, as a person who does not know plumbing, I respect those licensed plumbing professionals and am willing to pay for their time and work. But the information asymmetry problem as I noted at the beginning does make many people like me easily ripped off by these business. I paid for the price, did learn the lesson, and I have wasted so much time with them. I am writing this post simply to provide more information to any prospective consumers in the future.
Pride Plumbing took our call and arrived the same day. Their team member, Steve, was very polite and knowledgeable. He solved our problem quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Exceptional Customer Service!
We had noticed a mildew spot on out basement ceiling, and when Scott came out and investigated, he found that the toilet upstairs had leaked. He was courteous and efficient. He explained things thoroughly and fixed the toilet. He left the hole in the ceiling to dry out and we will have a mold abatement company come in to check. I was also told that Pride will have a contractor contact me to repair the ceiling.
We highly recommend Pride and will only be using Pride in the future! Reasonable rates and prompt service.

I have used Pride Plumbing many times over the years because they are professional, on time, clean and do a great job. I also appreciate the up-front pricing. They accommodate my hearing loss by communicating via text message and email as well which is a HUGE plus for me. Most recently, Sam V came to clear a clogged line that was resulting in a waterfall in my foyer. :/ He stayed until it was done even though it took him over two hours to clear. He did it all with a smile on his face as well. I highly recommend the company and plan on using them for all future plumbing needs (although hopefully I won't have too many! :) ).
