Hello Mr [redacted] Our Vinyl liner warranty is a one year full and a year prorated warranty meaning the first year the labor and materials are covered 100% and after the first year the liner is prorated up to yearsProvided the liner has a manufacturer defect, which only includes seam separation, the manufacturer will prorate the liner warranty only not the laborDue to the location of the recent tear in your liner, it was not in the seamI know we gave you the liner material to try to match up the patternHowever if you have not done this yet we can we can try to do this for you at no costI know you know this but as a previous pool owner you know how important it is to keep your pool water balanced we recommend 3-times a season to prevent any long term problems with your liner and equipment so you may get the life expectancy out of your poolIn reference to your concrete deck and kool deck finish there is a one year warranty but not against any hair line cracks or minor chipping of the kool deckWe did come out several times after the one year warranty without any charge to you to repair some of the areas on the kool deckSince the deck is out of warranty, repairing the areas at cost is very reasonableThere is a minimum of sqft to apply the kool deck however I have talked to my installer and we will do the area sqft at cost per sqft.= $We do have a referral program if a customer refers another customer of $We can mail this to you or give you a gift card to use as neededLet me know please thank you

HI [redacted] In reference to the kool deck the area that has chipped can be repaired however the kool deck will not be a complete matchTherefore, I am sure you prefer for the kool deck to be a close matchAs discussed in the past kool decking the sqft area is more than what has chipped but will be a better blend to the existing kool deckAfter discussing this with our contractor, there is a minimum of sqft @ $per sqft to do any type jobIn your case the sqft @ $per sqft is $to resolve your concerns however the contractor will waive the the minimum sqft and will do the job 50% less @ $per sqft for a cost of $We will be applying more kool deck than is neededIn reference to our reward program program your file indicates there was no referral by you for the sale of Mr [redacted] poolThere are guidelines and specifications for the reward program, however we can change this to a referral in order for you to receive the reward fee of $I will process this payment and mail to youPlease let me knowThanks
