I purchased a *** *** in their store on January They didn't show me the carfax until I paid for the car, and it shows it has structural damage and had been stolen I went back and argue with them, but they are not willing to refund the car The manner of them are so bad, and they keep me waiting for their manager coming for about hoursThey keep telling me the manager is coming, but he's not coming at allMoreover, they try to change the car price on their ownI saw this car online for 27k, and all taxes and fees collected should be 30k final priceBut on the bill, they wrote 30k without taxes collected, which means they earn more than 27kIt makes me cannot register the car on my own, and they didn't even register the car for you, they let customer to do all the things on their own

We purchased a used vehicle in April with a lifetime warranty The vehicle was totalled months later and we requested a refund for the extended warranty The extended warranty company refunded a prorated portion to the dealer on October 27, who was supposed to forward the refund to the bankThe bank never received the refund I called the dealer on November 10, to check on the status and was told the check was mailed to the bank The bank still does not have the check I have called and emailed repeatedly and get no responses or returned calls Apparently only Anna, the comptroller can give me the date of the check and amount, but she refuses to take my phone calls

I purchased a BMW earlier this year and from the start, there were issues, but I looked for a while to find this specific car so I hoped for change, my mistake I guess I arrived on the day of my appointment and when I asked to test drive the vehicle, I was asked if I "intended on buying the vehicle" because they had to move "a lot of cars to get to it."
