I purchased a car from them on the 12/4/no sales contract or paperwork was furnished for me, a days weeks later through trying to contact them after the car had bald tires needed a service and breaks the worksThe sales man gregory did not reply to me and upon arriving to the dealership again did not even know who I wasThe finance manager has yet to furnish me with paperwork on the vehicle even though I requested it many timesI just got paperwork in the mail saying I was financed at a interest rate of 12.9% which is not what I agreed toI also have no received plates or registration for the vehicle after asking many timesI feel defrauded cheated lied to with no response from the dealership upon trying to contact them or resolve my issues I was told to go get a lawyer if I was really unhappy, they have unfair practices here at this dealership and it should really be put out of buisness
