Review: I ordered an engagement ring today 16/**/2015. I paid for the ring and felt comfortable as they have a 30 day 100% refund guarantee on their products, plus free shipping. However I changed my mind about the purchase a couple of hours later and decided to cancel my order. As they have not had to ship or do anything I expected what any reputable company would do, respond positively and refund me my money. I paid them through paypal payflow pro and the money is still pending in their account. All they have to do is click a button and cancel payment and I will get my money back into my account. Out of decency I hope this company does the right thing, but the customer service dept are giving me the run around.Desired Settlement: Refund in full out of good gesture at the very least. No goods were exchanged. I hope they do the right thing.

I was returned my money in full. I would respectfully suggest to the business they do not ask customers to send them photos of their bank card and ID's after a purchase is made as this was what made me wary of this company in the first place, especially as an overseas buyer. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to others as they handled my cancelation and complaint perfectly.

I was in a continuous communication with [redacted]. Hew asked and knows that work on the replacement item. Some the issues mentioned were not correct after inspection (such as center stone size etc. which was actually bigger than promissed). The customer is communicating with us and knows that a replacement item is suppose to be shipped in few days.

Review: I ordered a diamond ring from [redacted]. They did not ship the ring I ordered. When I called to tell them I did not receive the ring I ordered [redacted] told me they no longer make that ring because the setting was weak and they had a lot of problems with that ring. I asked why I was not notified of this change. [redacted]'s reply was I apologize for that but the ring they sent me had bigger diamonds and was worth more money. The ring they sent me had 20 less diamonds.

[redacted] stated if I check the website in a few days the ring I ordered would no longer be available. I checked the website daily for a week and the ring is still on the site. I called to tell them the ring I ordered is still on their site. He told me to check the site. They changed the description from 69 diamonds to 48 diamonds. Now [redacted] states I can order the ring in the picture but its an upgrade. I have copies of the description of the ring when I ordered it. I

requested a refund at this point. I paid $40.49 to ship the ring back. When I received the refund they minused $29.99. I sent primestyle an email on 3-**-15 wanting to know what the $29.99 charge was for and requesting my $40.49 shipping charge be refunded because they sent me a ring I did not order. They replied with an email that a request for support has been created #[redacted] and a rep will follow up as soon as possible. I sent several emails and all I would receive is automated emails stating I could follow the progress of support online: (NO LINK)! After sending several emails I emailed primestyle once again on 4-*-15 requesting the money they owe me and if I did not hear from them I would file a complaint with the B.B.B. On 4-*-15 they finally emailed me stating the$29.99 was for shipping.( Shipping was FREE!f ) They want me to check my records to make sure they refunded me the right amount. On 4-*-15 I called Primestyle and once again explained I want a refund of $29.99 because shipping was free and $40.49 for my shipping to ship the ring back. I emailed a copy the [redacted] receipt X2. I have copies of the picture and description of the ring I ordered and also of the ring I received. In this phone conversation with [redacted] I told him I have this as proof. He said he would have to talk to his accountant and he would get back with me. No reply from primestyle since 4-*-15. The ring I ordered is still for sale on their site.Desired Settlement: I want PrimeStyle LLC To pay me The $40.49 I had to pay for return shipping.

I was in contact with a customer from the beginning when she received the item. I explained to her that was slightly modified the design due to previous customer's feedback and that it's not affecting in any shape or form the design of the ring. Since I realize that the customer is still not happy I also offered to get the ring back and send the old design which is inferior to the new one. The customer was contented the beginning but after word changed her mind. We had no problem with that is still gave all options to the customer returning the item for refund or for exchange. I am in a direct communication with the customer to resolve the issue she has with the return shipping fees.

I am very satisfied with the thoroughness, the informative, patient, polite, knowledgeable, kind, and personal involvement that Jenny provided me in this transaction. I called her several time and she was the same on each call. The ring was beautiful and my wife was shocked because of the brilliant diamonds. She had no idea that I had bought her another set for our 38th anniversary. I will recommend Prime Style to my family and friends. Thank you again Jenny for your outstanding service. I so very much appreciate all you did in the process. Please continue to serve others as you did me.

Review: Returned two items for a refund because they were not the advertised quality. Shipped with insurance on January **, 2014 via USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day - tracking number [redacted] (Couldn't send because Revdex.com's system thinks its a credit card number?). Tracking information shows it was signed for and delivered on January **, 2014 , 11:36 am. Still hadn't received a refund by 2/**/14. Contacted support multiple times, on each occasion they asked for the tracking number and claimed that they "Didn't have anything on record that arrived" They said they would get back to me the next day which they did not. I can no longer get through to them over the phone or via "live" chat. It says that all representatives are busy repeatedly and on the phone it says they are busy helping other customers and to leave a voice message.

I was searching the web for a nice bridal set when Prime Style LLC appeared as a quick link. I was very impress by the price and the many styles to choose from, so I called and spoke with Jenny in customer service she was very pleasant and knowledgeable . I order an 18k gold set. The quality for the price is unbelievable ,beautiful diamond setting and fast delivery . I highly recommend the company to friends and family [redacted]

Review: Purchased an engagement ring for financee and recieved an item (Diamond Ring) with inaccurate quality promised.

Diamond ring received was to the value of quarter of the promised and stated (certified) value from PrimeStyle.

I have asked for documentation to support the valuation certification supplied by PrimeStyle in which they have failed to supply.

I have had the product valued by '[redacted]' NCJV Registered Valuer N635 Independant Certified Valuer of the National Council of Jewellery Valuers Australia on the 03/**/2012.

His finding were as follows

Diamond Ring:

18ct all cast made hand set diamond ring. The ring measures 1.7mm at the base of the shank and tapers up to the

shoulders where there are ten 2mm diamonds approximately 0.02pts each SI H/I each side all claw set with rhodium

topped claws. The centre stone is a princess cut diamond measuring 4.64 x 4.64 x 3.48mm calculated as 0.61pts P1

J/K, Poor make. The ring has a total diamond weight estimated at 0.81pts. The ring weighs 3.7grams and has a high

polish finish. The client provided documentation with the ring that he was given at point of purchase. I do not agree

with this documentation.

Retail replacement value given by [redacted] was $3500.00

PrimeStyle Valuation Certificate in which no acceditaion stated was supplied with correct information as purchase promise yet product did not reflect this.

I ordered an engagement ring for my fiancée, well when I received it I didn’t like the way the diamonds looked. When I did my research I realized I was at fault and had ordered the diamonds I received. So I contacted primestyle support and asked to upgrade the ring for better quality diamonds, and why not more caret weight. Support was extremely helpful and I received my upgraded ring in a timely manner. I will definitely be doing business with primestyle again

We ordered my ring on a Sunday night 5/*/15 and received it 6 days later Saturday 5/*/15, right on time for Mother's Day the next day. I immediately fell in love with my ring. We were very satisfied with the quality of the ring and all the details. Everyone who sees it...loved it!!!! We are now working on get the matching webbing band. My ring was 2.40 carats in total. Center diamond was 1 carat. It shines and is so clear you can see it miles away. Happy we did business with prime style and will continue to do business with them in the near future. Customer Service was beyond excellent and thorough. I loved [redacted]!!!!

Review: The company advertised and sold us a diamond bridal set at a specified grade (with an included grading report) and then sent us a lesser quality stone than advertised.

PrimeStyle.com sent us a lesser quality bridal set, than was advertised, and than was purchased. My fiancé purchased my bridal set from PrimeStyle. He selected the Spectacular 2.35CT round cut diamond set with the .80CT center stone, G-H / VS1-VS2 quality. The diamond grading report that was sent from PrimeStyle with the bridal set reads that the center stone is H color, VS1 clarity, and .08CTS.

We had the ring appraised by a GIA Certified Appraiser. The appraiser found that the center stone is not H as claimed, but actually I color. The clarity is not VS1-VS2, but S1. And the size is .68CTS and not .08CTS as we were supposed to receive. This is a lesser quality ring than purchased. The appraiser stated the center stone was not even close to being what we were told we had. Not even close to being an H, VS1-VS2, .08CT center stone.

What’s most disappointing is that all though PrimeStyle claims to warranty its products, no effort has been made to remedy this unfortunate situation. The lack of responsiveness to this problem speaks to an intentional bait and switch by this online retailer.Desired Settlement: I would like PrimeStyle to provide the bridal set with the stone that was selected, and that we were supposed to receive.

PrimeStyle is a pretty amazing company with equally amazing service. I purchased an engagement ring and selected the details I wanted very easily. Free overnight shipping was great, and my fiance loved the ring. I was very impressed too. The diamonds were fabulous and glowed in any light setting :) Had an engraving too which no other jeweler in my city could do on a 2mm width ring. Was very happy!!

they are happy to take your money but when you need a refund good luck because it will never happen. I had to go to my bank and reverse the charges because I was promise a full refund for days and it never came through. Typical NYC cheating company

I have just received the diamond bracelet I ordered through Prime Style and I have to admit that the bracelet has exceeded my expectations. I was originally a bit sceptical about ordering diamond jewellery through the web and especially as I live so far away (Australia)! But there was no need for concern as my bracelet arrived promptly and it is perfect. It is gorgeous and I cannot wait to put it on and start receiving compliments!! Tha quality is fabulous and the price cannot be beaten. I would definitely be recommending Prime Style to all my friends in Australia.

Review: On December **, 2013 I purchased an engagement ring set (two rings) from Prime Style. The ring set was advertised on their website at [redacted] as a 2.25 total carat weight 14 karat white gold set with princess- and round-cut diamonds. The centre diamond was to be a 0.45ct princess cut diamond with 17 other diamonds, for a total of 18 diamonds. All diamonds were advertised as “nearly colourless” and with “very slight inclusions.” The retail value of this set, according to their website, was CDN$9550.99, but was being sold for CDN$1941.99. I paid a total of CDN$1966.91 after taxes and with a $30 Prime Style discount.

On December **, 2013 I received the package, sent by FedEx, and was horrified at the obviously poor quality of diamonds we received. On both rings the diamonds are quite obviously yellow, not the near-colourless quality they stated on their website.

Secondly, I was charged $80.72 by FedEx for the shipping, which was not explained to me by Prime Style in advance of placing the order. Their website states shipping is free.

Thirdly, the appraisal certificate provided for this ring states it is worth $8974.00, not the CDN$9550.99 as stated on the website.

I communicated these complaints to Prime Style via email. On December **, 2013, I received a call from [redacted] at Prime Style, who admitted they used “the lower quality” diamonds but offered to “upgrade” the ring set to “the higher quality.” I found this incredibly inappropriate, as if they were trying to extract even more money from me after they had already provided an inferior product. Prime Style provided return instructions via email on December **, 2013 and the package was returned on January **, 2014. On January 3, Prime Style refused to accept the package because they said the package was missing some Fedex paperwork. It took four days of working with Fedex to solve Prime Style’s complaint, and Prime Style accepted the return on January **. I received a refund of the CDN$1966.91 on January **. However, I am still owed $80.72.

This matter would have never happened in the first place if it weren’t for Prime Style’s misleading advertisements. If their products matched their advertisements they would not have had any issues. To deliver a lower quality product to a customer then offer to make it right by upselling them is greatly inappropriate.

As well, a number of my interactions were not with “Prime Style” but with employees of another company, appearing on shipping invoices and answering their phones only as “AIB.” Further research by matching the address AIB used on invoices indicates this is “AIB Express Inc,” a logistics company (http://[redacted]). AIB is used on some invoices to send documents to me, yet I returned my package to the Prime Style address ([redacted]) and it was accepted. Who is this company? What is their relation to Prime Style? Is Prime Style using multiple names to conduct business?

This complaint should serve as a warning to any customers seeking to do business with Prime Style.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $80.72 that is still owing and a warning to other customers to not use Prime Style.
