Review: We are very upset. My fiancee purchased my diamond from PrimeStyle less that 3 months ago and my prong broke and diamonds fell out. Their prices may be cheaper but obviously the quality is terrible. We are highly disappointed. We should have known when we first received the item as the center stone prongs are all different lengths and there is a black spot in the stone! We were obviously a little too leniet to allow that but there is no excuse for prongs breaking after wearing a ring for less than 2 months!This is very disappointing.Desired Settlement: Full refund

We have tried to contact the customer multiple times after receipt since the item was return after the 30 days period. we couldn't get a hold of the customer. We decided to refund the customer.

Review: On Sept. **, 2013 I made an online purchase on my credit card of 3 stone diamond ring that was advertised as a total carat of 1.30, with the center stone of .80. I received the ring a week later on Oct. *, 2013 via FedEx. I came home from work that evening around 7p and immediately opened the package and was appalled at what I saw. I immediately noticed that the center stone was definitely not a .80 carat. And that was even more apparent when I compared the ring, side by side, to a .75 carat diamond ring that I already own. After the comparison and confirming the obvious fact that I was not provided with what was advertised on this site, I placed the ring back in it's packaging and placed it in a safe place until I can return it. Within the hour of opening the package, I got on my computer and on the primestyle website and started a chat and requested to return the ring. I was advised by the representative that I have to initiate a return request and that can be done from their website. She further stated that I would here from one of the manager's within 3-4 business days once I have completed a return request. I immediately thereafter, completed a return request and received an email confirming that the request was received. I wanted so much to return this ring ASAP, that I could not even wait 3-4 business days, so on Oct. *, 2013, I went back on their website and started a chat again and advised the representative that I still haven't heard from anyone nor have I received any emails. I even requested to send the ring, but she insists that I have to wait to hear from the manager before sending the ring. She also stated that she will notify the manager and that I will hear from them the following day. After that chat, I then received an email confirming our chat with a ticket#. The following Tuesday evening, I decided to call them instead; received a voicemail to leave my name & number for a return call. 3 mins. later I did receive a return call from [redacted], whom I explained to that I do not want this ring and why. I further advised her that I still have not heard from the manager. She tried to tell me that the manager supposedly sent me an email the same day. I advised her that I have not received any email from the manager. She then went on to tell me that he emailed me the previous day, which she stated as Tuesday. I had to correct her and advised her "today is Tuesday". She brushed it off and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to exchange the ring or get an upgrade; which I clearly stated "no thanks" and instead I want a refund. She took my number and advised me that I will hear from the manager the following day between 10a-6p.Desired Settlement: Well, I plan on sending the ring back via FedEx on October *, 2013 (tomorrow) whether or not I hear from the manager. I no longer want to nor do I feel comfortable to continue holding on to this ring.

I would like, upon primestyle receiving their ring, to acknowledge their 30day money back guarantee without any restocking fee return policy. Moreover, I would like them to give me my refund just as quick as they were when they were charging my credit card. I do not want the run-around that I have read that they do, from some of the reviews that I have now read from some of their other customers.

request was dealt with in a professional manner and in accordance with the

return policy which is clearly stated on our retail website at

receive a full refund after the policy was explained again by [redacted], who is a

valued and trusted associate. [redacted] did inform the customer that the weight of

the diamond had been matched against factory records and reports and appeared

to be accurate, but the offer was made that the piece could be returned for

reassessment. The customer stated she preferred a refund which we were happy to

process and the transaction has been fully completed.

and is fully trained and authorized to take actions to attempt to resolve such

matters in a satisfactory way.

Thankyou Prime Style for a truly new experience in buying Jewlrey. I have one comment for improvement is I needed to customise my bracelet length and needed to speak with customer support. Living in Australia the phone number left via email and answering machine from their staff didn't include the area code. This delayed the process of my order it became frustrating. Eventually an American colleague was able to help me, I went on to place my order. Thankyou Jenny & Thomas
I received my bracelet and there were a couple of problems, the staff were great they offered that I take it to my Jewler and Primestyle would pay the cost, because I live in Australia this would be more convenient for me. I opted for a different style so they started the process of making my new bracelet while I returned the other and shipped it out all in two weeks. I absolutely love my new bracelet.

I ordered an emerald cut diamond ring from Prime Style and absolutely loved it. From the time of order until I received it they were always in touch telling me the process as it was being made. The ring itself is just stunning. I am so pleased with it. I am from Canada and I received the ring within 5 days. Amazing. Thank you so much Prime Style.

We ordered my new ring and received it on Saturday. It was so much more beautiful in person and I cried like a baby when I saw it. We are more than please with it.

We will be purchasing again from Prime Style in the future due to the great customer service we received and The Beautiful quality and style they have to offer.

I have made a total of four purchases from Primestyle and very pleased with all the experiences. Recently I made a purchase of a bridal ring set that I customized. It was hassle free with the order process and emails were sent to me upon each step of the process. When I received the product, I didn't care for the style based on my personal taste. I called customer service and they were helpful, professional and friendly. I was able to return the customized rings for another customized set I was interested in. Once they received the returned set, my new order was expedited and through the whole process I was kept up to date through emails sent to me. The merchandise doesn't fail to impress. The diamonds can be described in one word: stunning. I have always been pleased with this purchase and my past purchases with the quality of the product and the great customer service.

Review: My Name is [redacted] and my order number with Prime Style is [redacted]. I ordered a platinum halo diamond ring with a .80 carat cushion cut center diamond and the side round brilliant diamonds surrounding the center diamond measured .25 carats according to Prime Style. The center diamond that was ordered was H in color and VS1 in clarity. The accent stones surrounding the center diamond were G-H in color and VS1-VS2 in clarity.I took the ring to [redacted] and [redacted] in [redacted]. [redacted], who is a graduate gemologist and does not work for [redacted] and [redacted] did the appraisal. [redacted] and [redacted] has an outside gemologist come in for appraisals as to keep the interest unbiased and fair. My appraisal came in the mail and it states the following. "The center stone in this ring is a round brilliant cut diamond (not cushion cut) weighing approximately 0.65 carats (not .80 carats). The clarity of this diamond is SI1 and the color id is K-L-M (not H in color and VS1 in clarity). The accent stones which total 18 round brilliant cut diamonds weigh 0.15 carats (not .25 carats) and are SI in clarity and G-H-I in color. The total carats ordered were 1.05, being the center stone .80 carats and the side stones weighing .25 carats. I received a ring that totaled .80 carats which was a center stone of .80 carats and side stones weighing .15 carats in side stones. The color ordered was H and VS1 in clarity, I received K-L-M in color and SI1 in clarity. My fiancé likes the ring and I received good customer service, but I am embarrassed and feel like I have been taken advantage of. Prime Style's appraised retail replacement value is $11,075.00. The appraised retail value according to [redacted] is $3,795.00 I paid $2,250.99 for the ring with is still a good deal, but it is not what I ordered. According to Prime Style's website, If I ordered a lesser ring with a center stone of .55 and I-J in color, they would charge $1,592.99. The side stones would also total .25 carats, bringing the total carats to .80 carats total. Since the ring I ordered is only .80 carats total, I believe that I should have paid $1,592.99, not $2,250.99. That is a difference of $658.00.Desired Settlement: Since the Actual product was not what was advertised, I would like a refund of $658.00 since that is what Prime Style would charge for the same ring in platinum and .80 total carats as I outlined in my explanation.

It's always a good practice to try to contact the seller and give us the opportunity to try to explain or to offer a resolution.

I attached a 3 page copy of a certified appraisal from a graduate gemologist that includes a picture of the ring. I would rather not send the ring to Prime Style for inspection since their appraisal was nowhere near what the end product was. As I stated in my original complaint, Prime Style appraised the wrong diamond cut, carat, clarity, and color. The retail value was also off by $7,280. I have provided sufficient proof with a certified appraisal and sufficient details in my original statement.

I understand your concerns. However as a [redacted] who serves thousands of customers we have a policy. We are asking you to send the item to have it inspected so we can help. If we will need, we will even remove the stones to check the weight of the diamonds and their specs again. We can't rely on external appraisal even tough we support the fact that you did it since you are not a diamond specialist. However, resolution of an order that is passed the 30 days (you have had it for 3 months) will need to be done via inspection of the item. If the item is not within the specs we will also offer you the option of full refund (even tough you are out of the 30 days policy).

[Your Answer Here]I did not appraise the ring and diamonds, a GIA certified gemologist did. Those are the attachments I attached to the last response. I went to [redacted] who I have insurance through, and they will not accept your appraisal. Your appraisal has no signature from a recognized appraisal expert (GIA ext). What you are suggesting is that I take your word over a high end jewelry [redacted] that brought in a certified gemologist to appraise the ring and have you appraise the ring. Then I would have to go back to a certified appraisal expert to check your work that is not certified and recognized. No, this is not acceptable. I can see that we are getting nowhere and I will just take my business elsewhere from now on. As I said before. You appraised the ring at over 11k retail. My certified appraisal was $3,795. It does not take an expert to see that something is wrong with this picture. Thanks for your time.

Review: I ordered a VS1 loose diamond, but received a diamond with a very large, visible to the eye, tornado cloud in the pavilion of the diamond, which, according to their own standards, is not indicative of a VS1. When I requested the refund, I explained this to the customer service manager who agreed with me, and in fact, admitted they "may have sent me the wrong diamond." I would have expected a full refund, especially since the return was due to a quality issue on the part of PrimeStyle, however, they charged a credit processing fee of 4% and refused to refund that portion. I made several attempts to resolve this to no avail. The amount unfairly charged to me was $65.68.Desired Settlement: Do the right thing, refund my money.

Review: I purchased a diamond bridal set from this company on 11/**/2015

When I received my order the "diamond grading report" that I received from the company indicated that the diamonds were J in color (near colorless) and VS2 (very slightly included) in clarity. They also appraised the replacement value at $25,294.00. The diamonds in both rings were visibly yellow in color so I immediately took them to a local jewelry appraiser for evaluation. Under closer examination the stones in the rings proved to be nowhere near what their paperwork had indicated and the appraisal value of the rings was slightly over $6,000.00. I blame myself for this since I did in fact do my homework and had read other reviews that indicated very similar issues with other customers who purchased items from this company. I foolishly thought that their experiences were probably isolated. Much to my disappointment I found out that this is apparently their typical way of doing business. I have contacted them and they offered to "evaluate" the rings and "see if anything could be done" I declined and requested a refund.

To add insult to injury, they have a policy that states return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. So, despite the fact that they falsely advertised and knowingly sold me an inferior product I am now responsible for paying for sending their misrepresentation back to them.Desired Settlement: Aside from a full refund, I am reporting this business so that other customers wont be taken advantage of.

evaluate your opinion. We were contacted by you and a manager offered you to

have the item back for inspection. You chose the refund option without allowing

us to review your local appraisal nor to give us an option to reinspect the

item. Our return rate is less than 1% which is a testimony to our quality

products and low prices. However you chose to return the item for a refund

which was offered to you. A manager also called you and offered you a return label so please call us back so we can assist you with that.

Although this business did honor their 30 day money back guarantee, and very promptly I might add, their advertising is very deceptive and the uninformed consumer, will likely be taken in by this deception. The rings that I received were accompanied by a document indicating that they had been checked / evaluated to be a certain color and clarity. As I indicated in my previous correspondence this proved to be untrue. If Prime Style would provide such documentation then they either have no idea what they're doing or they are being intentionally deceptive. In either case I had no desire to continue to deal with a company that was this incompetent.

I was truly thrilled not only with the bridal set I ordered for my wife, but even more impressed with how fast it was delivered. Prime Style went above and beyond to make sure I had it in time for mine and my wife's 7 year anniversary.
I know my wife is going to love her surprise gift as we renew our wedding vows! I will definitely be purchasing more jewelry from Prime Style and I will be spreading the word to my friends and family as well. The whole experience was a delight, a very comprehensive site,lots of great offers, and easy to manipulate.

When my ring arrived I was thrilled, it's just beautiful, my husband was very impressed too.
