We are aware of Mr/ [redacted]'s concerns and have not refused to address them. There have been 2 different repair facilities look at his floor and both state there is no warrantable issue that they can see. There was a repair made to the wall and...

during that repair there were no signs of any interior water damage. We have told Mr. [redacted] that should his concern with the floor change that we would be happy to have an authorized repair facility inspect it again and make any necessary warrantable repairs that are found at that time.

Irregardless of whether the condition of the RV is directly related to the flood, the fact remains that the floor has dropped and the wall is warped. The unit was NOT in that condition when I took delivery and both of these issues appeared after the flood. Prime Time has had two opportunities to correct the problem and restore the RV back to its original condition and have refused to address it under the manufacturer's warranty. The inspecting dealers do not determine whether the manufacturer will warrant the repairs. To quote one dealer regarding the floor: "since it does not affect the room slides PRIME TIME will not warrant the repairs." That in itself is an admission that a problem exists that the manufacturer will not address.
Additionally, Prime Time has refused to honor their advertised Satisfaction Priority #1 by failing to stand behind their product as advertised and insuring any issues are resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: Attached is email correspondence from Primetime.  We filed the claim because we could not get a return phone call and the last email response was:   **,My apologies but our response remains the same. Prime Time Manufacturing is declining assistance with your linoleum for the reasons we have already discussed.[redacted] We have tried to work with them but we do not get return phone calls and as stated above they declined to help us.  We just want the linoleum repaired.

purchase date of Feb,17,2017. Just over a full year ago. The concern of cleaning the RV is clearly outlined in your owner’s manual.   Wash the exterior monthly with warm water and a mild detergent. Wax at least once a year with a standard liquid or paste wax.   I understand your frustration as well as the position taken by our vendor. However as a goodwill gesture we will supply all front cap graphics to you at no charge. We will also honor the 1.0 hr. labor towards the replacement of them. It appeared to have been improperly adjusted, thus causing the issues that they have experienced. [redacted] has assured us that the unit is working properly and is now ready for pickup.

I will pickup my unit tomorrow and the warranty runs out I beleive in June. What happens say in August or September with the slide ? I feel that this camper has spent more at a repair shop instead of in a camp ground. We like camper but are worried about the quilty

We purchased a 2016 Spartan 1245 42.5' Toy hauler. It is a super nice RV, however service is non existent after the sell. You can call their offices, but no one ever answers. I even called the parent company Forest River, and they were going to get their (PrimeTime) service center on the phone for me and they couldn't even get through to anyone.

One of their dealerships has now had our brand new unit sitting longer in their service center ( going on over 3 months) than we have had actual possession of it since we purchased it brand new.

The product looks great, but when the service is the worst ever we wont be purchasing our next from them again.

My wife and I would suggest looking elsewhere for a company that actually cares about customers /support after the sell, and who want to build brand loyalty vs just the quick sell from Prime Time.

We ordered a BRAND NEW Prime Time Avenger 32BHS from Prime Time manufacturer from our local dealership on 6/25/14. Upon inspection there were numerous factory defaults with the camper; including colored putty filling on the ceiling, lights, carpet and bed. A hole in the leather couch. A hole in the accordion door that separates the back bedroom from the living area. Numerous flaws on the outside of the camper. And while at the dealership checking it out, the slide out was put in and the floor was torn and gouged. None of this happened while in our possession, it was directly after delivery to the camper dealership. A second BRAND NEW Prime Time Avenger was ordered and was delivered on 8/15/14, came off your line on 8/12/14. Again, it arrived at the dealership brand new with a buckled floor. The lenoleium was buckled from one side of the camper to another across the seam of the floor.
Prime Time prides themselves on their awards and craftsmanship and on their inspections. If that is the case, how do you explain how these 2 campers even came out of their warehouse in these conditions! I have documentation of all of these items.
We've contacted them and are waiting to hear back. We've posted this on their facebook page and they keep deleting our comments. So I guess we wait and see if they will respond.
