Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hello, I have a new car that did not have any scratches before going to your businessAfter coming out of the car wash I noticed the scratchesI understand that you think your car wash did not create the scratches but how could I have received them? After your car wash I went to the grocery store and noticed the scratchesThe drive to the store could have not caused the scratchesI also did agree to meet with you on May 7, and had asked if it was okay to call ahead of time if I was unable to meet at this timeI did not call ahead because this date and time was still available for meOn May 7, I called your personal phone to ensure you were still able to meet but there was no answerI called numerous times and left a message but there was no reply until a few days laterI also called the business numerous times along with leaving a voicemail I felt this action to be unprofessional, therefore I made a complaint to Revdex.comI would like to meet to solve this issue but I would also like there to be some responsibility taken by keeping arrangements that have been made Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] * [redacted] ,Thank you for notifying us of your complaintWe strive to provide you with the best possible service, and when you feel that it fails to meet your expectations, it’s important for us to know.We're sorry that you received service that prompted you to contact us with an incident report, and we regret any inconvenience or frustration that your experience has caused you.This Situation occurred on 2/29/The carwash did not know this incident occurred until March 2, when you came to notify us in personAt that time that’s when you filed the incident reportOur employee took a picture and sent it to myselfI then forwarded it to, our Onsite Manager [redacted] who was told to review the cameras on March 3, He reviewed the cameras and before entering the tunnel he did not see any scratches, but neither did he see any scratches when leaving the tunnelDuring your wash the carwash did not malfunction nor did we have any other complaints.He notified you and again you didn't except his findingsSo then you came in, so he can see it in personSo you met with him that day and he at that meeting used Facetime so I can review the scratchesI couldn't see anythingThat day, I was notified by you and throughout our mannerly conversation I ensured you I'd look into this situationThe next day I was able to review the pictures that were taken on March 2, I looked at the claim and also found these scratches not possibleAgain you were reluctant to understand so at that time I told you I will meet with you to show you how it was not possible at the CarwashWe then were scheduled to meet at the Fontana location on a day in which I don't recall exactly and I was unable to attend it and which I did apologized and rescheduled for a 7am meeting again at the siteYou accepted7am came and went that day and you did not show upI waited around what I remember minutes and leftWithin the hour I received a call from you saying you had slept inSo again I told you we can reschedule but once again I will only be stating the facts on how it wasn't possibieWe then both agreed it would be best for you to take this matter to your insurance.We have reviewed your claimand like mentioning in our conversation we are sorry but we cannot take any responsibility for your situationI would like to offer you a refund for your wash and the gas money for myself not making the [redacted] scheduled appointmentLet me know which wash you purchased and what gas was used.Remember, your patronage is important to us, and we hope that you’ll continue to give us opportunities to serve you.Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.Sincerely [redacted] PrimeWash Express General Manager

Hello [redacted] , I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this matter has caused youIt is our goal to meet each and everyone of our customers expectationsThank you for bringing this matter to our attention We have yet to find any explanation for this kind of ball sized scratch or scratchesWe find this scratch to be inconsistent to our carwash brushesOur car wash has actually never seen a scratch like thisOur Car Wash uses a very soft foam material that is very safe for any and all carsI would be happy to show you so you can understand how safe this foam is We did agree to meet at the carwash on May 7, @ 8AMWe had also agreed that since this date was set on April 28,2016, that you would contact me on May 6, 2016, to let me know if our meeting was still needed because you were looking into this matter yourselfI never received a call from you on that dateI did receive a call and a message from you on May 7, @ 9amAnyhow, like I said before our goal is make you make sense of this scratch so I am more then willing to meet with you on this matter at anytime Please feel free to contact me at anytimeYou have my direct line and if you don't it is 909-202-I hope to resolve this matter and retain you as a loyal customerHope to here from you soon Sincerely, [redacted] - PrimeWash Express General Manager

Hi [redacted] ,Thank you for the info Since I am not able to get the punitive damage to my property I would like to get a video footage of my car going into the car wash They claim I had damage prior to going into the conveyor belt The video footage will proof to be false Hopefully others will see my complaint and be aware of this company and their business practice Hopefully the message gets out so the public won't be taken advantage of.Thank you,Best,***

I did receive a phone call from the business so we can resolve the complaint The person was supposed to meet me @ my place of residence but never showed up Since that time, I have tried on several occassions to contact him in the last weeks, but they have not returned any of my phone calls
