Ive talked with the facility and they did not receive any magizines for my husband at any time. so only you people know where it was sent.  Therefore you people got my 99.00 and I received nothing. I haven't even seen what my articule looked like but that's my lose and another fraulent gain for you as a business. I will not and should not have to pay another 99.00 for something that was already paid for.   Also I have called several time's and you people wii not return my call's but you sure called when you wanted the sale.  How  ironitic that is.   Again THANK'S FOR NOTHING  and enjoy my money. sincerely  [redacted]  [redacted]

 I  [redacted] has not received the magazine as promised neither has my husband.   His address is if you have it wrong is   [redacted]  [redacted]   He can receive all magazines and has not received it through the mail room.   They would let him know if it had been rejected.   Also I was to have one also and have not received it either. I was told that both of us would receive a copy,   where are they? I would like to hear from someone regarding this issue for I can never talk to anyone when I make the calls.   Thank-you

[redacted] became a member in June of 2014. He was sent a welcome package which included his personalized biography and instructions for revisions and submitting a photograph. We received his...

revisions by mail and made grammatical corrections to the biography, as was necessary for publication. [redacted] never sent a photograph by email, as is policy. His [redacted] spoke with him to advise him that we had no photograph and gave him substantial time to send one. Our magazine was published and delivered To [redacted] as per the publishing agreement. Therefore, since we fulfilled our agreement, no refund is due.

Review: I received a phone call, offering me a membership in this organization for $29.00. I agreed, and paid $29.00. Some time later, I received another call, asking if I wished to purchase additional copies of their publication for family and friends. I said no to this offer. The man told me that I would receive one book with my membership, which I had already paid. Several days later, a charge for $99.90 was processed on my debit card. I contacted Princeton, and they told me it was for one of the books. I told them I had declined the offer, and they agreed to refund the amount, which should process in two to three weeks. I contacted them again several times by phone and email, but as of today, April [redacted], 2014, I am still waiting for the refund. The money was taken from my account in November of 2013.Desired Settlement: They need to live up to their promises. I just want the money back that they took without my permission.

Review: I received a call from a [redacted] with Princeton Global who represented himself as an organization that enables people to network with others in order to get a job and become known to people who do the same type of work. I am a retired federal civil service (36 years) and thought this would be a good way to go back and work parttime. Once he got all my information he gave me the impression that all that they do is publish information which I was not interested in at all. I told him this and he hung up before I could tell him I wanted to cancel my membership. As soon as he hung up I called back and since he wouldn't answer left a voice mail telling him to cancel my subcription because I was not at all interested in the type of service he finally let on he was really offering. This was a Friday. Monday, I got a call from a [redacted] from the Finance dept saying he got my voicemail and needed to talk to me about my wanting to cancel. I called him back but he was never available. When he called me back he let it ring only twice so I was unable to get other than a voicemail. I reiterated that I did not want to continue and wanted to cancel. I did not feel it was worth $278.95 just to publish my information so I definitely wanted to cancel and requested he not withdraw this money from my credit card as I was not in agreement with the information that had been presented to me. I got him one time and he said the salesman was just doing his job and he was just doing his job and they had to feed their families. I told him that using fraudulent practices was not the answer. He said would check and see if he had received that voice mail and see what he could do about it. When I got my statement they had charged me for the entire amount. I am retired on a limited income so even with chronic pain I was willing to work but that is not what they were offering they just wanted my money. Please help.Desired Settlement: They should stop contacting people promising things that they do not intend to do. I thought they were a networking organization and they are just a publishing company. Why would I want a book publishing my accomplishments just for me? I really don't care. Anyway, I immediately tried to cancel the membership and I have not received any service from this company. They tried to send me a package which I refused. I just want them to leave me alone after they return my money. They never did call me about the voicemail because obviously [redacted] had responded to me in response to the voice mail. He knew I had cancelled.

I had a severe concussion prior to my retirement so I sometimes place things inthe wrong place. My email is [redacted]. The problem as to the refund has been resolved. My bank has advised me that Princeton Global Network has issued a credit to my account today. I just received the letter in the mail. I am so relieved. [redacted] is the company's financial officer. I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Thank you for your assistance.

Review: In 2008, I accepted an invitation to be included in Princeton Global Network's published compendium. When I received the publication, it contained errors in my own entry and several obvious errors in other entries. In June 2009, when I was invited to be included in further publications, I declined and explicitly stated in my email dated ** June 2009: "...you are to remove my records from your databases in their entirety and confirm that this has been done by email to me. You are also not to seek any further payment, nor attempt to deduct any further amount from my credit card for any services proposed or offered by Princeton Global Networks nor any associated entity." I did not receive the confirmation email but concluded that the action had been taken. In the period from June 2009 until May 2014, monthly deductions were made from my credit card. The deductions were not explicitly in the name of Princeton Global Networks and were mistakenly attributed to another fee. Initially these were $US9.95 per month but later rose to $US19.95 per month. In May 2014, I contacted the agent that was deducting this fee, confirmed that the fee was being charged on behalf of Princeton Global Networks, and terminated authority for the fee. In September 2014, I contacted Princeton Global Networks by email and sought reimbursement of 770 [redacted] dollars, an amount calculated to reimburse me for the illegitimate fees deducted and the additional fees charged to my credit card for these transactions. After I sent a second email seeking a response from Princeton Global Networks, I received on ** September 2014 an email from [redacted] of Princeton Global Networks acknowledging that my account had been charged for SEO monthly services - a service I never sought, have no record of being offered, nor authorized at any time - and that the account would be cancelled. I had already terminated the authorization for the deduction, so termination was superfluous. I received no direct response to my request for reimbursement, nor have I received any reimbursement. I have sent [redacted] and Princeton Global Networks 4 further emails seeking a response that confirms that Princeton Global Networks has taken action to provide the reimbursement I have sought. I received no response to any of these emails. Should you need it, I have copies of all the email correspondence between me and Princeton Global Networks since June 2009.Desired Settlement: I seek reimbursement of 770 [redacted] dollars paid to my credit card. This sum is compensation for the amounts deducted from my credit card without authorization by Princeton Global Networks plus the international transaction fees incurred for those transactions. It does not include any interest charges or penalties for these unauthorized charges. I just want my money back and I want it now. If it is not possible to reimburse my credit card, I am willing to accept a transfer of funds to my bank account provided that the transfer totals not less than 770 [redacted] dollars after deduction of all transaction fees charged by the bank.

Review: I was originally contacted by PRINCETON GLOBAL 00 OF [redacted] NY in 10/**/2013 and was talked into putting my name into a book to network myself as a Travel Consultant. I was told it was a one time charge for $278.95. This is the only charge I authorized. I was also told I would be receiving a copy of this book, which I never received. After that on 12/*/13 I received a charge on my credit card from [redacted] IL for $138.33, which my bank tells me is an affiliate of Princeton Global. I was charged this $138.33 every month until 3/*/15. Then on 12/**/13 I was charged $299.90 from Princeton Global and $329.95 on 1/**/14 and 3/*/14. After that I was charged $349.95 on 3/**/15, 4/**/14 ,5/**/14, 6/**/14, 7/**/14, 8/**/14, 9/*/15, 9/**/15, 10/**/15, 11/**/14,12/**/14, 1/**/15, 2/*/15 & 3/*/15. On 2/**/14 to 3/*/15 I also started incurring monthly charges from [redacted], which according to my bank is also an affiliate of Princeton Global, for $19.95 per month. The reason I did not catch this for so long was a computer issue with my bank. Unfortunately, in the end just the Princeton Global portion added up to about $5859.19 in unauthorized charges. When I try to call Princeton Global all I get is a message that all circuits are busy, try your call again later. The total for B2B Networx Inc was 2213.28 and B2B Networx Inc was $259.35. So from this one transactions that I authorized for $278.95 I was charged a total of $8331.82.Desired Settlement: I would like to at least get the $5859.19 back from Princeton Global Network of not all the money credited back to my Credit Card or some other form of payment as that card has been cancelled.

Review: I summited an article and paid for this in August of 2014, sent all information that they requested. I received an e-mail stating that the printer was down and they would get the magazines as soon as possible. I received another e-mail stating that they had been sent out on the [redacted] of Feb.. Here it is March [redacted] and I still have not received them,,, I have left at least 6 messages to customer service with no return calls plus I have sent then two e-mails with no response, If I'm not going to get them I would like my money back... The article is listed under [redacted] which is my business name.Desired Settlement: send our magazines or refund the money that was paid 100.00 plus

Review: I authorized a charge of 48.95 to my credit card for a lifetime membership. The conversation was recorded and this was the agreed price. However, I recently received a charge to my card for 478.95. I called [redacted] to ask about the charge in which I could not reach him after calling for 2 hours straight. I then called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I finally reached [redacted] during the day and told him about my complaint in which he stated his staff would never do anything like that. I then told him about the dispute and he stated he could not help me any further. I asked about the recording and he stated he would check on it. I called back several days and he finally stated that he felt I was confused but he would reimburse the money after the dispute was settled. I told him that if he knew there was a mistake, why he just wouldn't refund the money. He stated that it would look bad on the business and that I had already hurt them by filing a dispute. I told him I had no choice becuase it was a substantial amount of money that I had not authorized. I even got him online with Matthew from Captial One Services in the dispute department and [redacted] would not just refund the money because it hurts the business. I told him I was hurt because I have an amount on my credit card that I did not authorize. I asked him why he just couldn't do the right thing. He then became very frustrated and yelled a few things and hung up on me. Again, a witness from my credit card company was on the other line. Hopefully, my dispute will be processed and my money will be refunded. However, [redacted] could have done the right thing by refunding the money when he heard one of his associates give a false amount and charged me with something I did not authorize.Desired Settlement: I just want my credit card refunded. I have wasted too much time and energy including work hours given up dealing with this terrible situation. The amount I would like refunded is the full amount of 478.95.
