In March of 2015, my husband and I broke our lease with Greenwood Acres, an apartment community for Princeton PropertiesOn the day we moved out, I went to the office and requested our balance dueThey stated they would send us a statement, so I provided them with a written copy of our new addressWe did not receive any statements to our new homeFor the next three months, we called once each month to check on a balance due and were advised that they did not show a balanceNow, two years later, we were denied a new apartment because Greenwood Acres is claiming $dueAfter speaking with the management at Greenwood Acres, we were advised our account was sent to collections, however we have not heard from any collections agency in the past two years regarding this balance, nor has anything been reported on our credit reportsThey were unable to provide the name of the collections agency for our follow up

I rented a property in gladstone ran by princeton I can not tell you how disappointed I am with that properties I was charged out of my deposit for paint I was charged for a missing towel rack that was never there when I moved in my fireplace damper would not open so I could not use the fireplace but was charged more per month maintenance came out but never fixed it the pool never worked the whole time I was there I will never recommend this place to rent the manager and assistant manager were very unfriendly and never welcoming to me

Heather is absolutely the most horrid person ive ever came across in life
Heather at cascade woods should never ever and I mean this from the bottom of my heartHeather should never be hired for employment

Addendum about living in property for less than months and the need to take your ENTIRE deposit for painting!!! We did not even put anything on the walls;ANYTHING! Garden Home Apartments: Pool was accessible for a total of days on Black mold growing all over my apt and the immediate neighbors Ants...aaaah! Raised the rent to percent, then had to backpaddle because of Oregon Law Cheap repairs, pass the buck attitude Dont wxoect to get your Deposit, back in any form...its just a fee hidden in paperwork Never Again

Princeton property management is a terribly greedy organization that will treat you like nothing more than an account numberThey will take and keep your money by whatever means they see fitIt is an onerous situation to live in one of their managed propertiesIf you are not evicted you are likely to be anxious to vacate as soon as you canDo not give them your money, they don't deserve itYou've been warned
