entire 19 months of [redacted]'s stay at [redacted] in Tigard Oregon. Thank you for promptness concerning this matter.
Customer [redacted] has also requested a formal meeting with the GM of Princeton Property Management.
Customer [redacted] is disputing the excessive break lease fee because he had no intent to break the lease, and it was Princeton property Management that Terminated the lease and accepted a partial payment of rent and would not allow him to pay the fee.  Customer was told he could pay his rent while he was traveling on business in SF thru the Princeton property online channel because he would not be in town.  He tried to pay the rent and they did not accept Amex cards on the site contrary to what he was told by management.  Customer feels he was misinformed and mislead and taken advantage by management by charging him fees for something that was beyond his control and then not allowing him to pay the accrued fee.
Customer requests a formal apology for management making fun of him because he mentioned he was a Veteran of the US Navy and a Native American Tribe Member and the Management said they don’t care and there is nothing they could do to help him and hung the phone up on him.  On the Princeton Property Website it states how they are committed to helping Veterans.  [redacted] feels he was misled and taken advantage of in lease entrapment and that he did not understand the complexity of the lease and found the lease confusing.  He feels Princeton Property used him to get someone new who is currently paying more rent.
Customer feels he was taken advantage of when he faithfully paid all of his rent each month for 19 months.
Customer left many messages asking for help and was ignored by Amy and Jenny or Princeton Property Management causing him much grief and difficulty and anxiety.  Customer apologizes for being angry, but feels any customer would be angry and he has a list of people who have had similar terrible experiences with Princeton Property Management not helping. Complaint #[redacted]
