Shady billing!! Stayed for a night and received a check out bill week later, my credit card is charged for a different amount Called to complain and was told that it is what it is

Over Crowded so much that at my Daughters 8th Birthday Party not everyone could bowl like previously discussed while putting down the deposit for the party, at which time answers where we can do that, no problem, you might have to purchase an extra lane but only if you choose to do soWell we arrived to NO EXTRA lanes to purchase over crowded atmosphere Uncontrolled chaos and a whole bunch of waitingThe party started mins late The hostess only came over once, we had to ask for the lanes to be turned on, for soda, for refills, for pizza, for bowling pins, for free passes, All Of Which are clearly stated on BrochureWe never received the smoothies nor did my daughter get the cosmic bowling experience promised at time of depositThe manager did nothing besides state that their leagues are on Saturdays All lanes are full his hands are tied I told him you do realize that you are leaving out guests of an yr olds Birthday Party he said theres nothing he can do and proceeded to the bar areaI was upset and mad at this time he did nothing to attempt to help us or to offset the issue at Hand, Talk about HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! We will never throw a party hereThe kids only played game as we started late and there was to a lane which is their MaxI always Host my kids Birthday parties somewhere whether Great wolf lodge, Newport Aquarium, Eastern Lanes This is by far the WORST EXPERIENCESo I thought I would warn others they will promise whatever until you show up and than what do you do with people planning on having a Party, your stuck and I think that this business took full advantage of that and the fact my party was paid in full

My family had the most horrible experience at this establishmentI have never voiced an experience publicly beforeHowever, this was not something to be ignored or swept under the carpetWe paid for fifty people to celebrate my son's wedding complete with ceremony, a reception over dinner downstairs, a night at their lounges, a dozen different hotel rooms for family and friends, gambling, restaurant dining and as well as other features Mont Bleu had to offer that seemed appealingWhat we got in returned service was far from expectedGetting past the hotel room mix ups upon checking in, the many hours of fire-alarm drills the morning and afternoon of the wedding and poor attitude of the staff, there was something much more upsettingThe night of his wedding, my son called the front desk for some one to help unlock his room due to a bad keycard - it was sometime around four AMInstead of the bell boy he asked for, four security guards showed up at his hotel and pulled out a room service billThey demanded payment right then for outstanding charges because the hotel room was paid for through Expedia and they had no valid card on fileThis was in front of his bride and friends; again, at four in the morningMy son told them how inappropriate their demand, attitude and furthermore timing] was and they, moments later, finally let him into his roomThe following morning immediately upon check out, John J***, the hotel manager in charge, left me (groom's mom) a very threatening voicemail while I was having breakfast in one of Mont Bleu's cafe'sIt was an order to "come right now and pay [my] outstanding charge!!" My family had spent nearly five thousand dollars on this weekend at Mont BleuJohn J*** assumed that we would skip out on a $room service billHe was very aggressive and told us that his actions were valid because, in his past experiences, people skip out on paying their very oftenI did what I was told and went straight to the front desk to take care of my businessI spoke with John J***, the manager in charge, and he accepted NO responsibility and when asked why it was necessary to have security guards go to my son's room, he denied knowing anything about it or the process; it was not his departmentWhen asked why he left me a voice mail, he said it was meant for my son! When asked why he did not talk to my son when he called the front desk for an extra room key, he stated that he did not knowWhen I asked John J*** who was above him , he named Steve D*** (not working on a weekend), Ruby T*** (not working on a weekend), and head of security Gary A*** (not working on a weekend)Although, they felt he was competent enough to handle the hotel and customers when he cannot even explain who and what happened over a room service billThe wedding was nice, but then we went down to the area for cake, the cake was an additional $and it was nice to look at, but no one liked it at all and it was stale and no filling and no one ate itWhen a person complained later, she was told that a disgruntled employee made the cake since the actual baker did not have time and so she did not care what it turned out like on her last day of employmentThe only show of apology was when the wedding assistant agreed to refund a small portion of the cake which was an attempt, however smallI would never, ever recommend doing ANY business with this companyHow unfortunate it is that this will be the marriage my son and his wife will always remember
