they pulled teeth and were paid..they did no other work They have no right to collect any other money They should have never billed me for work they did not do to begin with I never opened my mail because I thought it was promotions and I wasn't interested! *** *** presented for a denture in September of Impressions were taken and he was referred to the oral surgeon for extractionHe came to the office twice and then didn't show up for the third appointment We sent billing statements for months, exhausted the collection process, and
finally filed a small claims writ a couple months agoThe patient had moved out of state and not made us aware, we then had to pay a skip tracing company to locate him*** *** called and made us aware that he had never received the dentureWe offered to accept $as payment in full for the account because the billing provider left two years ago and had been paid for the services Had *** *** not ignored our billing statements as well as letters, we would have had the opportunity to recover the money from the provider and correct the issue At this point, we are unable and we think it is only right he should be accountable for some of those loses Thank you
