ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!
I ordered about a week ago two photo blankets two separate orders using *** Voucher. I have not received order number or tracking information. I have called the provided number and there is a recording every single day saying the office is now closed and to call back during normal business hours 9-5! I have called from 10am on and recording is still playing. I have emailed my concerns and all that is sent as a reply is an auto generated basic email asking me to wait for a response from the customer service department. I feel like I have been frauded. They withdrew all the money from my bank account and have not provided and shipping information, order information, or tracking information and there is now way to get a human on the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED as these were holiday gifts and the holiday is drawing near.

Desired Outcome

I want both of my orders and I want them delivered before Christmas as I did my part of ordering in the right amount of time and paying for my purchases in full.

My order has finally arrived. Although, there was a huge blue stain on the white side of one of my blankets. The pictures looked good however the quality of the blankets were far from impressive. I'm not sure if I would recommend this company or even use them again myself. Perhaps maybe if they provided a complimentary item as my first experience has been less than desirable.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. They take my money offering FREE shipping , only to take(steal) $107 after saying shipping was free. I called within 5 minutes to cancel and they said NO I can't do it. They say they'll have a call back to me in an hour or less. NO call. Next day No call. I call back..NUMBER IS CHANGED. I go to bank filke a complaint to reverse the charges. Today I get a call from Printerpix and they want $30 to cancel? Over their FRAUD??? Now I am waitin to hear from my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM these people. You get put on hold and talk to rude Indian people that barely can pronounce english(no joke). They refuse to cancel order and refund my money $224. I refuse to accept any package. I have proof in email and phone records

This company is a JOKEI sent an email, got an automated response sayin that I would receive a response within hoursNo responseCall the number a week later on hold for minutes and am told that I need to send ANOTHER email with proof that my item is damagedSo I can wait another week for them to not respond againRight

This company ripped me off nearly $200 back in early 2018. I bought vouchers off of G that were non-redeemable. You couldn't even get to the creation page after you clicked on 'use voucher' - it would just loop you back to their homepage with no voucher applied. It was literally theft. I can't believe there hasn't been a lawsuit filed against these guys yet. They are 100% fraudulent.

I purchased what appeared to be a great G. I spent 2+ hours designing my Christmas card on a NON user friendly site (and I'm pretty tech savvy). I paid $10.24 on shipping and 6 business days later (both of which their website explained) I received 1 card. Yes 1 card that would have required no more than a stamp to mail. When I called I was informed by one of their representatives that I must have chosen the wrong quantity. However I'm not that unintelligent and would not spend that much on 1 rather than the 70 I ordered. I was told I would have to pay shipping again and to redesign my card. I redesigned and modified according to the representatives request and tried to pay shipping however each time I pushed the button to pay it returned the quantity back to 1 (which would make sense that it happened the first time). After calling Printerpix again I was told to wait for an email for a link to pay and then to call them back however the link would take 4-5 hours. The card itself was beautiful but the pain is not worth it. I purchase a larger quantity every year for both Christmas and birthday cards and will NOT be purchasing from them again and will try to save others from the same trouble. I just want my Christmas cards and rushed since it was not my error.

Placed an order on 11/07/2019 and have yet to receive it. Have tried calling everyday at multiple different times for past week and a half and get recording that they are closed. Then business hours are sited. I have called from time they say they are "open" til the time they say they are closed. Tried live chat and it was sent email but still have had no response. Have ordered from this company before and had no issues but this time has been ridiculous. Will never order from them again. Very disappointed!!!

I purchased two Groupons for 16xmetal prints from PrinterPix on April Placed my first order on April and my second order on May 4th I received both today after numerous complaints to customer service and waiting for nearly weeks for my initial order Costumer service was slow and ineffectual Unfortunately, they decided to "upgrade" my orders from two 16x prints to two 20xprints without my consent Two problems with this: First, I ordered the 16xsize because I am moving overseas, and the 20xprints are to large to pack and take with me Secondly 16xand 20xare different aspect rations, which means they screwed up the crop of my images they look horrid Will never use this company again

Before submitting my order I checked their fine print to see if it said anything about delays due to the holidays Fine print stated 'Redeem your voucher by December in order to receive your item by Christmas!' My order was placed on December 3rdAfter a week I started checking the on my order under 'Where's my order', which stayed at the 25% 'WEâ RE PREPARING YOUR ORDER FOR PRODUCTION' I contacted support on December 8th to find out when they thought it would move alongTheir contact system sends an automated email giving you a ticket number but had no estimated time for a responseI did not receive an response until December 30th - days after I contacted them and days after my promised delivery timeSadly this response seemed to be a template and did not reference my question at all 'We are really sorry for the delay in responding and the inconvenience caused // If you are still experiencing the same issue as per your original email, please reply back to this email and we will respond within business days.' My initial email listed my order number, I am stunned that their Customer Support did not do the small leg work to actually look into my order

I placed an order #XXXXXXX with Printer pix on 11/23/and have not received When making calls to the company I am placed on hold and the call is never picked up Last try was 12/30/and I was on hold for minutes before I hung up Emails to the company are not answered I still have vouchers that I purchased that are unused If I do not receive a response soon my next step will be to file a complaint, and contact my bank

Terrible service I ordered two photo blankets in November as Christmas gifts My order was acknowledged the same day I submitted the order When I realized that by December 22nd I started to get worried because almost a month had gone by since I placed my order I used the online chat to try to find out what had happened with my order The online chat person led me to believe that my order fell through the cracks and ensured me that he would expedite the order and said I would receive my items by Christmas Needless to say since I am writing this complaint I never received my order It is now December 29th and I still have not received my order I paid over for my order I tried calling their number and the recording left me on hold for a while and then told me to call back at another time Terrible service I have also sent them two emails days ago and have not received any responses to either of my emails

Horrible experiences with this company Made the mistake of trying them more than once Got a metal print them from - not impressed with quality Had gotten the voucher via Living Social After failed attempts to contact the company (no email response and too long wait times via phone), contacted Living Social, who refunded my money Ordered a calendar for Christmas on 12/14/and paid for expedited shipping....it's now 1/9/and their website shows that it hasn't even printed it yet Called and like others here, waited 30+ minutes to talk to a "customer service" rep I put that in quotes because I don't think this woman has been trained in customer service at all If I had to talk to so many disgruntled customers, I'd feel the same way Anyway, she didn't seem surprised at this amount of printing time, so take it this is their standard operating process Best she would do was say they will refund different of shipping methods and will send it via regular mail (if/when it gets printed..) BAD customer service!!!!! Cant ever get anyone on the phone!!! Always having issues with site and phone!! WARNING: I bought Groupons for this businessthe 1st one was a photo blanket as a Christmas gift for my grandmother at the beginning of December, and now they just emailed me saying that estimated delivery date is Dec 29th 2nd Groupon was for a stuffed photo bear Entered the groupon code and my credit card info, then noticed after that they did not credit my groupon and charged my credit card $ I should only have paid $for shipping Now I'm waiting for them to credit my account back It's been over weeksThey are very slow to respond to emails, and do not return phone calls DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE I have also filed a complaint with Groupon, and hope that if enough people file complaints, they won't do business with them anymore

The complaint is due to the cost for poor product quality, false and misleading return conditions and an ad hoc refund policy.

I originally purchased a *** for $27 for three metal photo plates but due to its expiration Printerpix charged $204.96 dollars for the product. The samples on the site did not match what was received. The metal plates were thin, flimsy and the pictures were poor quality (one picture wasn't clear and the other two did not fill the plate as was advertise. Note that the actual pictures submitted for printing were professionally done). The product received was not worth the price.I sent an email requesting a refund and received a call to contact customer service at a number provided. I spoke with Adam, the customer service representative; he stated that the terms and conditions states the time limit for refunds was 30 days and my request was beyond the return time allotted. However, the 'return, refunds and exchanged conditions' states, "For personalized merchandise which is at fault or differs from that ordered please return them to the Company within 7 days". 'Please' is polite consideration, not a stipulation. As such there is no concretized return policy. I called customer service again and spoke with Adam, he stated that the company's policy is flexible and 30 days is a customer courtesy. Again, I stated that the terms in writing does not indicate a concrete time window. He replied that his manager already stated he will not honor the refund. I asked to speak with his manager and he transferred the call to his supervisor Mike. I restated the terms and complained that the terms are misleading. He said he will speak to the 'higher team' to change the verbiage but will not grant a refund. I reiterated that this is false advertising and you're duping consumers to pay for overpriced poor quality products under false terms and conditions. By their own admission, the terms are misleading and yet were adamant to keep payment for a shoddy product. The same day of my complaint they changed their return policy on the site. However, I have A copy of the policy originally on the site.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund. I paid $204.96 under an obscure falsely advertised return and refund policy

The issue is due to an ambiguous return policy. This was brought to Printerpix attention and yet the refund was still denied. However, they changed the return policy the same day. I have the original return policy which was posted with the complaint and is attached below.

Beyond awful experience dealing with this business! I have been trying to contact them for several days with no answer on the customer support line after waiting up to 50 minutes! Then when contacting through "live chat" online I keep getting the same run around that my order has been "escalated to production manager", but have yet to give me actual answers on when I should receive the two blankets I've ordered when in reality I should have already received them. Very disappointing and will DEFINITELY not be doing business with them again or referring their company to anyone else!
