This picture frame turned out beautiful! It was a picture of me, my sister and my mom before she died. My sister loved it and thought it was beautiful!!

'I LOVE the 40 page hardcover book that I ordered to display our wedding photos. I love that I can place the photos in the order I want them and I could edit them different ways and add wording to the pages. I took the book to a family function and ended up ordering 5 more books because the family loved them just as much as I did. Will always order any special occasion books, photos, and anything else here.'

I have bought 8 of these to turn into family yearbooks. I love them and my kids love pulling them off the shelf to look at. They're great for recording and having easy access to memories.

Printer pix is a good company that offers fantastic deals on photo books. I worked with Stafford from customer service this morning and he was great to help me with my dilemma. I do think their graphics for photobooks are too oldschool clip art but again, some great deals.

An emailed request for help went unanswered for multiple days.
Calling in after 3 days, the service agent tried multiple times to break off the call and make me send an email help ticket instead.
The manager was unable to help transfer my 11x8.5 hard cover template to an 11x8.5 leather template. The manager disconnected me before answering my questions about paying the difference of the Groupon value, or extending the deadline for the use of the Groupon.
I rebuilt the project, taking screenshots of my A4 sized project. PrinterPix shipped an A5 size instead.

I ordered a 5' x 6' photo blanket. There was a problem but the service rep Georletta was very helpful in getting the order corrected, and a new blanket to me. It was Kate for the gift ordered but I will have it for Christmas. I will order from them again. Communication was by email and very often to make sure everything was satisfactory upon receipt of the new one.

placed order over two months ago - shipping information is not available. was told several times items were being shipped - never received.
Order #*** - two custom blankets. Originally purchased through groupon. I am having an issue with the company PrinterPix - I do not believe it is a legitimate company! I placed my original order on June 29 after spending hours uploading pictures, etc to get the custom blankets. I received an email confirmation but when I clicked on the shipping info no details were available. So I called after three weeks - was told order must have got lost and that they would replace the order on a rush. Again no shipping info so I called again and asked to speak to a manager - was told no one was available and I would get a call back. Never happened. It has been two months since submitting my order.

Desired Outcome

I would like the goods that I purchased to be delivered asap especially since this was originally supposed to gifts and now those occasions have already passed. plus I have already inquiried about getting a refund from original purchase site (Groupon)

I received my items today - although the quality of the blankets leaves something to be desired that is neither here nor there. They did finally come through on their promise to ship my items so I am comfortable closing this case.

Made 3 orders, first order paid more for expedited. Phone rep first told me 7-10 days; didn't happen. 2nd rep promised shipping by 8/25; didn't happen
I intended to purchase leather embossed photo book for my wife for wedding anniversary gift. I called in early Aug. and asked about shipping time because one part of website suggested 25 days. Phone rep said it should only be 7-10 days.

I spent many hours making custom photo book (because user interface is not the best) and placed order on 8/16, expedited to me (Order #: *** (expedited)). I placed 2 more orders to send copies to relatives (Order #: ***; Order #: ***).

I called the company on 8/21 or 8/22 and phone rep said orders should ship by 8/25 and she would send message to production to expedite and deliver to me by 8/31. Today is 8/29 and all orders are "still in production."

I have sent multiple emails with no response given. I have tried calling and get disconnected when I call. The online chat feature has never worked.

The checkout process online was also misleading, as it suggested I would have my order in 5-7 days if I paid extra for expedited. The initial "production" time is hidden elsewhere on their site, and regardless, the first phone rep I spoke to told me only 7-10 days.

I have been misled by 2 phone reps and the website. I have yet to receive a meaningful response.

Desired Outcome

Since I have been misled by the company, and there's apparently no way I will receive my initial expedited order in time for my anniversary on 8/31, I would like the following: 1) Complete and ship my orders as soon as possible. 2) Duplicate my initial (expedited) order at no additional cost (i.e., I would end up with a total of 4 orders). Despite all the delays I still want the finished product after spending so many hours on the project. An additional copy will allow me to share the product with another relative. There is still a leap of faith here because I have yet to see the finished product and have no clue as to the quality.

Company also reached out to me separately. Customer service still very slow and lacking, and even a replacement order was messed up so they're doing that again. Overall, it seems they are stretched too thin and need to increase both production and customer service capacity, but at the very least they need to be honest with customers up front about the ACTUAL amount of time expected to fill orders. If they had simply been honest with me from the beginning instead of making empty promise after empty promise, this all could have been avoided.

Printerpix has great customer service. I had a problem getting my order through and their customer service staff was awesome. Very accommodating and prompt to respond. Their website was very easy to use to create a wonderful blanket for my daughter with a copy of all her softball jersey's from 14 years of playing the sport.
