Horrible Work
I captured special moment photos of an event and I wanted to apply the photos to a canvas to hang in my office when I received the canvas the head in the photos were cut off who in their right mind would complete an order & ship it to a customer I emailed customer to service some guy name David Edison emails back I want the order corrected or I want a full refund he said he’d schedule a call and I have yet to hear from David , what good is a canvas that I can’t use , horrible job & you mail this trash to me does anyone not check your work before shipping an order I see this company has bad reviews guess I should have read them prior to placing my order

WARNING THIS CONPANY IS A HUGE SCAM!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED OF PRINTERPIX FRAUD!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY & NEVER DELIVER YOUR ORDER!!!!

I ordered 3 canvases and only received one, it has been over a few months now and I have opened 2 tickets and just receive a generic Covid19 email response, when I call the customer service people say they cannot hear me and hang up, I have tried calling from multiple phones, I never get thru via chat. At this point I feel like I am being cheated out of my other 2 canvases which costed me a good amount of money, this business should be investigated for fraud, I have checked other reviews and found many have experienced the same thing I have, I wish I would have seen the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered some canvas' from Printerpix on May 11, 2020. It has been almost 3 months and they can't tell me why or when it will ship.
I have contacted Printerpix via online chat and have tried through phone many time. They will never give me an answer as to when my product will ship. It has been almost 3 months. When I call, they have a prerecorded message making it sound like someone is there trying to talk to you and they pretend they can't hear you and then hang up on you. Also on their chat, I have been #1 in the cue and all of the sudden I have to reconnect and start the whole process over again. Now my order will not even show and it shows it has an error.

Desired Outcome

I want to get my canvas' I ordered as soon as possible.

We have spent hours, actually more than 24 hours on hold TRYING to get help to make our books that we paid over $60 for. PP offers a CHAT line but we have waited MORE THAN AN HOUR on most occasions and were then disconnected or the person just gave us a 'link' and clicked off. The link did NOT apply to our needed help. When you call the "Customer Service" number you get a British-sounding woman welcoming us to PrinterPix UK = United Kingdom!!! The two time we have actually gotten to speak with a person the connection was sooooo bad that it sounded like THEY were standing out in the wind (BTW we ONLY use an old style phone connected to the wall for quality purposes!!!) Finally when we have asked for a refund as this company does NOT provide any services and at our age spending hours and hours on the worst hold music ever when we ask for a refund we are 'accidentally' disconnected. All we want now after WEEKS of trying to get help is to get a refund. PLEASE help us

Simply a refund, PLEASE. My wife and I use our computers daily and are computer savvy - as explained we have easily and successfully made more than a dozen photobooks with other companies. We were suckered in by PrinterPix numerous email ads and wonderful offers

Per PrinterPix email reply we will be refunded for our unusable vouchers. We WOULD have loved to use them but did NOT receive the help we requested and even when we expressed the desire for a phone call to discuss the situation none was received. We will just hope that PrinterPix follows through and does refund our money.

I have been trying Printerpix to take care of a problem with an order I made months ago. Every time I get an "answer" it is that they are busy and will get back to me.
If you are planning on using this company please rethink your decision.

The first file is the mask I was shown I would receive. The second file is the what it actually looked like. I ordered 4 masks which cost $60.

After I saw how the good the masks were supposed to look, when prompted by the website, I ordered more. The website said the turnaround time was two weeks. Because of Covid, I have been understanding about delays on anything I've ordered and waited two weeks before asking for an update. After I got an email confirmation from Printerpix, I received an email from them every other day trying to sell something but I could not get an indication on when my order would ship. Their website makes it look like you can live chat but when I tried, I got an automated email response days later that did not specifically address my order.

When I received the order and was extremely disappointed, I went onto their *** page to see if there is a different way to contact them. They don't allow you to post on their page but the comments on their posts are visible and they are awful. There are so many people that have been ordering gifts or something meaningful and they are either getting no response or a product that is broken or not at all as advertised. As with their website chat, their direct messages on *** are also automated. *** page:*** Please read the comments on their posts. People are unable to get any response on products they've ordered or they show up wrong, broken, etc.

Also, while my order was shipped from Florida, they drive traffic from their website to a UK *** page. Their US page is not very active but the comments on posts there are also not good: ***

I started emailing them asking for an update on my order on June 30. I did not get a response until July 6 and only after I threatened to cancel my order. They never answered me or addressed my concern. The email I got was generic.

After trying to communicate with PrinterPix through their website, email, ***, Twitter, and receiving nothing but a generic response, I can't think of another way to resolve this. In trying to contact them I see more and more people upset with their similar experience.

Desired Outcome

I understand that custom products come with a disclaimer on refunds but what I received is not at all the custom product I ordered. I would like a full refund.

I don't believe my complaint was read or attachments viewed. My complaint was not about delivery time but that is all the response addresses.

I'm aware of irregularities in delivery times due to the pandemic. I expect delays, but also expect that they will be communicated to me, like other online retailers have done.

I ordered masks because of the pandemic, in order to have something my son would wear. The masks I received look nothing like what I ordered. They are not the quality that I was shown.

My complaint was not about a delay in delivery. It was about the product and communication I received. This response, outside of a few order specific notes, is another generic response.

Please look at the images of what I ordered and what I received and explain the drastic difference between the two. I've attached the two files again.

I would like a full refund or I would like the masks that look like what I ordered. Please honor your commitment to "Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we won't rest until you're happy."

I received the refund today. Thank you for reading my message.

Ordered 5 blankets on Feb 7th. Tried to cancel order on March 26th. Tried to return order on April 5th. Have not gotten any help from the company.

Paid $89.95 for the *** and paid $39.99 delivery fee to PrinterPix.

March 14th I sent an email inquiry about the order. Nicole, from Customer Service replied a confirmation # and delivery # will be dispatched.

March 26th I sent an email wanting to cancel order to Nicole. Charles responded with a tracking number. He did not acknowledge my cancel request.

March 26th I sent another email, again requesting to cancel order. They never responded to this direct request. They never acknowledged that those words were even typed in the email.

April 5th still had not heard back from them. I sent a request to return the items because they were not soft, cozy blankets but just pieces of material. A very inferior product. It was not what it promised to be.

April 6th I sent another email asking how to return the blankets.

April 7th received an email from Charles (which every email had a different "tracking" number attached to it which made it very confusing) asking what the issue was. I replied to the email explaining that the blankets were just thin material and not soft, cozy fleece.

April 8th received an email from Evelyn that explained what the product was. There was still no response to a return request. I replied again that I wanted to return the blankets and asked what the process was

April 10th I sent another email again asking how to return the blankets.

April 13th I sent another email asking how to return blankets and if there was a contact person I could talk to on the phone.

April 13th, Evelyn said there were some technical difficulties in responding and asked to attache photos.

April 14th I sent the photo and explained that the blankets were just thin material.

April 15th Evelyn requested a new photo saying the previous one was not clear - though it really was a clear photo.

April 16th I sent an email asking for clarification on how they wanted the photo - 1 blanket out of the bag?

April 17 had no response so I sent another photo of the blankets I received.

April 21st I sent another email asking if there was an issue with the photo I sent.

Sent the same email on April 27th, May 5th and May 18th.

On May 18th my daughter tried to call multiple times. Calls would be disconnected right away or the customer service rep acted like they couldn't hear. She did an online chat and the customer service rep said to email 5 individual pictures of the blankets. So we sent those pictures in an email.

May 18th Evelyn said she received the photos and that it was being reviewed.

May 27th received an email saying there were high volumes right now.

June 15th I sent another email saying I have not gotten a response yet and still looking to return the blankets.

June 16th my daughter tried calling three times. The first two times they acted like they couldn't hear her and hung up on her. The third time the cs rep said that the product needed to be returned, according to their return policy, within 7 days. She reminded him of all the contacts we have had with this company and she read the return policy that is stated on the website "We care about quality, so we guarantee you'll be 100% satisfied with your photo gift. If you're not 100% happy, let us know and we'll do whatever it takes to make it right. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we won't rest until you're happy - whether that takes a reprint of your order or a refund." and he hung up on her. She called back to talk to a supervisor and was informed that someone would contact us within 24 hours. We never heard back.

July 9th my daughter tried calling the company again. While the cs rep was looking up the order number he hung up. My daughter tried calling back 2 more times and the cs rep again acted like they couldn't hear her.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a refund of $129.94 ($89.95 for the *** and $39.99 Delivery) due to the inferior quality of the products. They stated that they were supposed to be a super soft, cozy fleece blanket and all it is is a thin piece of material. These were supposed to be birthday gifts for my children.

purchased on May 11 and order placed that day also with Printerpix. On July 7, I still don't have my order.
I ordered 3 photo canvases on May 11, 2020, order #63437180. After a month, I chatted with a customer service rep (named Patricia) who said my order would be completed and shipped "soon." After a few more weeks, I chatted again with Patricia, and she again told me that my order was almost finished and would be shipped. On July 7, I chatted again with a rep named Jessica. I spent almost 3 hours waiting in a queue and then waiting for Jessica to respond to my queries. Now my order is in the "quality check" and "will be shipped soon."

Desired Outcome

I'd like my order now; I've already posted a negative review on their Trustpilot site and I'm filing this complaint. These are family pictures I'm waiting for, and I wanted them for gifts. Mother's Day and Father's Day have now passed....

I ordered a canvas picture for mothers day on 4/23/20 before the cutoff time to be delivered by Mothers day. Been 9wks no tracking or delivery.
I ordered a canvas picture for Mother's day and well before the cutoff time for it to be delivered by mother's day. It has been 9 weeks and I haven't received any tracking info and no help from customer service. I've gotten the same auto message that it is still being printed and will be shipped soon. This has been going on for 5 weeks+ and over 10 emails from "Martin" from customer service. This company has been a nightmare to deal with and I just want my order.

What really gets me is they were advertising to order by a certain date to receive by Father's day and yet I had ordered a month earlier and still hadn't received mine. I will make sure people looking for printing NEVER use this company.

Desired Outcome

I want my ordered shipped and delivered. It is suppose to be a gift. But if not possible in any clear, reasonable time, I want a refund. I'd like for the company to look at their issues and figure out what they need to do. Also have a disclaimer that they're having issues with printing, shipping and delivering products.

The business response said that they would refund my shipping cost due to the very, very long wait and no help from their customer service. They said a refund would be 2-3 working days. Have not received my items
I placed a order on on 6/3/20 and have yet to receive my items. I have emailed, called used the online chat and yet my issue still have not been rectified. I have requested multiple times through email for my monies to be refund and I still haven't gotten it yet. I believe this company to be a scam. They state that if you order by 6/10/29 your items will be in time for Father's Day. I order 6/3 and Father's Day have come and gone and I still don't have my items I purchased.

Jessica from their customer service was really helpful, but everything else about their website sucks!!!! The status bar is so unhelpful and cheap looking, it glitches, and it takes FOREVER for them to print something out. never gonna buy anything from them again

I made several attempts with this company to return my money because I cancelled on 6/22/20 and they Refused to refund me my money.
On Sunday June 21,2020 I made an on line purchase for $86.20 plus 32.00 *** was added. The company was closed on Sunday for business. I immediately called in the morning on June 22,2020 to cancelled. Which when I called they were demanding me to pay a $30 cancellation fee which I didn't understand why when I was calling within 24hrs of ordering to cancel the order. I asked for a supervisors and they refused to place one on the line when I called. False advertising and non existing customer service.. product not received yet to rate the quality
The website states that if ordered by 6/10/20, the product will be delivered by Father's Day (6/21/20). I ordered on 6/6/20 and online it still shows under production. In addition the website date keeps changing. The last time I checked, it said that if ordered by 6/16/20, it will Arrive by Father's Day. When I called customer service, the hold time is usually at least 30 min and then someone picks up and then hangs up. After numerous times, I got through to someone who said he will expedite it and I should get an email shortly notifying me of it and will get it by 6/21/20. I had the feeling he said it to just get me off the phone. Of course no email received and also no merchandise. After that I was unable to get through again. They pick up and then hang up the phone. There seems to be numerous complaints on them for the similar reason

I still need the product but they should at a minimum refund the shipping charges for not delivering on time for an important event.

Thank you for the response. I am still waiting to hear from you regarding adding a gift note to the order and to make sure the pricing is not shown on the order since it is indeed a Father's Day gift. I submitted this question inquiry several weeks back and still haven't heard from anyone.

I have yet to receive a confirmation email with shipping information. Why is this taking so long? This was suppose to be a Father's Day gift and granted I purchased it past your guarantee order date for delivery on FD but we are going into July and no package in sight! This is unacceptable. I have bought items from them a couple times but largely I avoid them. Two reasons: it's basically a scam, and their communication is terrible.
You buy a "voucher" for a certain amount, then redeem the voucher for your product and THEN you see there's a $15-$20 shipping charge. You're not able to just purchase the product and have it shipped. The "sale" looks good until you get to the punch line.
The main issue, though, is their lack of communication. You email them and email them and you'll get the same canned response every time. "High order volume", "unexpectedly high volume of customer requests" etc etc. It's basically a scam and I suggest anybody who thinks of using them stays away.

My 2 products I ordered April 28 have yet to be shipped to me. I have not gotten a response from customer service after contacting them multiple times
I ordered 2 puzzles for Mother's Day and placed my order April 28, 2020. I was expecting my order to be shipped a couple weeks after I ordered. Every time I look on my account on their website it says it is 0% completed. I have sent multiple emails, tried the live chat feature, and called. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication from customer service. I still have not been able to get a response from anyone as of today, June 18, 2020.

I am appalled to see so many others comment similar stories on social media. It seems that this company is not communicating with customers and is not sending products that people have paid for.

Desired Outcome

I would like an apology for the lack of communication over the past 2 months and a full refund for the products I have never received.

I received my order in the mail.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
I ordered two sets of 6, 12x10 canvas photos. The site says they were both processed within minutes of each other. I received only one of the two orders. I called last week, waited over an hour to speak with someone. The agent stated I would receive the package that day, (Wednesday 6/10). It is now 6/16 and I have yet to receive the second package. The chat will leave you waiting for hours, then when they do connect they give you a few seconds to respond and disconnect your chat. Here I am again on hold for customer service going on 50 minutes....and counting. I will never order from them again. Update- after being on hold for over an hour and a half a rep picks up and claims she cannot hear me. There are no issues with my phone, she just ignored me and hung up. Now I have to call again and wait another hour or so to get help.
